Detailed Description
< mounting Structure of accommodating case >
An installation structure of a housing case according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 1. Hereinafter, a mounting structure of a housing case mounted on the vehicle 1 will be described as an example.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram for explaining an installation structure of a housing case 20 according to an embodiment. Here, the vehicle 1 is a truck, and a housing case 20 is mounted in a cab. As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle 1 has an instrument panel 10, a housing case 20, a fixing bracket 30, a cross member 40, and a support bracket 50. In the present embodiment, the support bracket 50 corresponds to the 1 st bracket, and the fixing bracket 30 corresponds to the 2 nd bracket.
The instrument panel 10 is a panel provided with instruments, for example. The instrument panel 10 is made of a soft material, for example, resin, as compared with the housing case 20. The dash panel 10 is disposed in the vehicle width direction in the vehicle compartment. For example, the instrument panel 10 is disposed in front of a driver seat and a passenger seat in a vehicle compartment.
The accommodating case 20 is located at the lower side of the instrument panel 10 and accommodates an airbag. The airbag in a folded state is accommodated in the accommodation case 20. Here, the housing case 20 houses an airbag for an occupant seated in the passenger seat. The accommodating case 20 is fixed to the instrument panel 10. For example, brackets extending from both sides of the accommodation case 20 are fixed to the instrument panel 10 via fastening members, respectively.
The fixing bracket 30 is a bracket extending downward from the bottom of the housing case 20. The fixing bracket 30 is located at the center of the accommodating case 20 in the vehicle width direction. The fixing bracket 30 has a pair of extension portions 32 and a fixing portion 34. The pair of extensions 32 are portions extending downward from the housing case 20. The fixing portion 34 is connected to the pair of extending portions 32 and is in surface contact with the support bracket 50.
The cross member 40 is disposed along the vehicle width direction. The cross member 40 is located below the fixing bracket 30. The cross member 40 is connected to, for example, panels on both sides of the vehicle compartment. The cross member 40 is a member constituting a framework of the vehicle compartment, and various members are fixed thereto.
The support bracket 50 is a bracket that supports the housing case 20 via the fixing bracket 30. The support bracket 50 is combined with the cross member 40. The support bracket 50 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the cross member 40 by welding, for example. The fixing portion 34 of the fixing bracket 30 is fixed to the support bracket 50 via a fastening member 82.
Here, the fixing portion 34 of the fixing bracket 30 is fixed to the support bracket 50 at one point via 1 fastening member 82. That is, the housing case 20 is fixed to the cross member 40 at one point via the fixing bracket 30 and the support bracket 50. Therefore, the fixing work of the housing case 20 to the cross member 40 can be simplified. Further, since the fixing bracket 30 and the support bracket 50 can be made smaller, the weight and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram for explaining the structure of the support bracket 50. As shown in fig. 2, the support bracket 50 has a support portion 55 at an upper portion. The support portion 55 is a portion that supports the fixing bracket 30. In other words, the support bracket 50 supports the housing case 20 via the fixing bracket 30. A plurality of (2 in this case) support portions 55 are provided in the support bracket 50 in the vehicle width direction.
The 2 support portions 55 are bent portions each bent from the upper side of the support bracket 50. The support portion 55 is bent at a right angle from the support bracket 50, for example. The support portion 55 is located above the fastening member. On the support portion 55, a placement portion 35 for fixing the bracket 30 is placed. The mount portion 35 is a curved portion that curves along the support portion 55 in the fixing bracket 30. The mounting portion 35 and the support portion 55 have the same curved shape.
As shown in fig. 1, the mount portions 35 are provided on both sides of the fastening member 82 in the vehicle width direction. Since the support portions 55 are located at the same positions as the placement portions 35 in the vehicle width direction, they are provided on both sides of the fastening member 82 in the vehicle width direction. In this manner, the placement portion 35 is supported by the 2 support portions 55, and the housing case 20 housing the airbag is held in a stable posture. In the present embodiment, the support portion 55 corresponds to the 1 st bending portion, and the placement portion 35 corresponds to the 2 nd bending portion.
The support portion 55 supports the housing case 20 via the placement portion 35, thereby preventing the housing case 20 housing the airbag from moving downward due to its own weight and thus preventing the instrument panel 10 from being deformed. Further, by placing the placement portion 35 on the support portion 55, the housing case 20 is positioned at a desired position in the height direction (the vertical direction in fig. 1). This makes it easy to fix the fixing bracket 30 to the support bracket 50 via the fastening member 82.
The flow of the mounting operation of the housing case 20 will be described.
First, the housing case 20 in which the airbag is housed is prepared. A fixing bracket 30 is provided on the accommodating case 20.
Next, the brackets on both sides of the housing case 20 are fixed to the instrument panel 10 via fastening members, respectively. Thereby, the storage case 20 is suspended from the instrument panel 10.
Next, the 2 placement portions 35 of the fixing bracket 30 of the storage case 20 suspended from the instrument panel 10 are placed on the support portions 55 of the support bracket 50, respectively. Thereby, the suspended housing case 20 is held at a predetermined height. As a result, the instrument panel 10 is less likely to be deformed.
Next, the fixing bracket 30 is fixed to the support bracket 50 via the fastening member 82. Since the housing case 20 is held at a predetermined height, the fastening operation of the fastening member 82 is facilitated.
< effects of the present embodiment >
In the above embodiment, the support portion 55 of the support bracket 50 coupled to the cross member 40 supports the fixing bracket 30, and the fixing bracket 30 extends from the bottom of the housing case 20 fixed to the instrument panel 10.
Thus, the support portion 55 supports the housing case 20, and the housing case 20 housing the airbag can be prevented from moving downward by its own weight and deforming the instrument panel 10. Further, since the accommodating case 20 is supported by the support portion 55, the accommodating case 20 can be easily positioned in the height direction, and therefore, the fixing bracket 30 and the support bracket 50 can be easily fixed by the fastening member 82.
The present invention has been described above with reference to the embodiments, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the present invention. For example, the embodiments of the distribution and integration of the apparatuses are not limited to the above embodiments, and all or a part of the embodiments may be configured to be functionally or physically distributed and integrated in arbitrary units. In addition, a new embodiment which is created by arbitrary combination of the plurality of embodiments is also included in the embodiments of the present invention. The effect of the new embodiment by the combination has the effect of the original embodiment.
The present application is based on the japanese patent application published on 2018, 06, 05 (japanese patent application 2018-108097), the content of which is hereby incorporated by reference.
Industrial applicability
According to the present disclosure, it is useful in that deformation of the instrument panel to which the housing case is attached can be suppressed.
