Detailed Description
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a dog-shaped plush toy doll 1 having a doll eye unit 10. As above, doll eye unit 10 may be assembled to face 2 of doll 1.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of doll eyeball unit 10. In doll eyeball unit 10, doll eyeball 20 and eyelid opening and closing mechanism 30 are held in case 13 formed by combining upper case 11 and lower case 12. The upper case 11 is formed with two substantially circular opening portions 11a on an upper surface thereof for exposing the doll eyeball 20 and an eyelid portion 31 of the eyelid opening and closing mechanism 30, the eyelid portion 31 being described later. In the upper case 11, a peripheral wall 11b extending downward from the upper surface is formed, and a lower case 12 formed in a flat plate shape is assembled to the peripheral wall 11 b. The doll eye unit 10 includes two doll eyes 20 having binocular symmetrical structures, an eyelid opening and closing mechanism 30, and a support base 14 described later, but in the following description, the doll eyes 20, the eyelid opening and closing mechanism 30, and the support base 14 on one side will be described.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, support bases 14 are provided on the inner surface of the lower case 12 by three support ribs 12a on the left and right sides and the center. The support table 14 is formed bilaterally symmetrically for both eyes. The support base 14 is formed with a plate-shaped horizontal plate portion 14a extending from one side to the other side and a partition 14b for partitioning the left and right eye portions. A bearing portion 14b1 having a notch-shaped recess is formed at the upper end of the partition plate 14 b. A cylindrical support hole 14c is formed in the center of the horizontal plate 14a, and one end, i.e., the lower end, of the coil spring 29 is inserted into the support hole. A rib-like vertical plate 14d that forms the upper case 11 side in a concave arc shape is formed on the partition 14b from the support hole portion 14c to the center side, i.e., the glabellar side. A curved outer plate 14e having a concave arc shape on the inner side is formed on the left and right sides of the support hole 14c, i.e., on the outer side of the temple side. A hole-shaped bearing hole 14e1 is formed near an end of the curved outer plate 14 e.
The upper end of the coil spring 29, which is an elastic member inserted into the support hole portion 14c, is connected to the eye member 25. The eye member 25 includes a hemispherical member 26 of a solid hemisphere and a reflective member 27 of a disk shape. The hemispherical member 26 is formed of a resin material having light transmittance. The hemispherical member 26 includes a spherical surface 26a on the opening portion 11a side of the upper case 11 and a flat surface 26b facing the spherical surface 26a, and the spherical surface 26a is also referred to fig. 1. The flat surface 26b is formed in a concave shape on the lower surface of the hemispherical member 26, and an annular rib 26b1 is formed on the outer periphery of the flat surface 26 b.
The reflecting member 27 is formed with a substantially disc-shaped disc portion 27a and a support cylindrical portion 27b formed in a substantially cylindrical shape at the center of the lower surface side of the disc portion 27 a. The diameter of the disc portion 27a is formed substantially the same as the inner peripheral surface of the annular rib 26b1 of the hemispherical member 26, and the disc portion 27a is formed so as to be insertable into a recess in the annular rib 26b1 of the hemispherical member 26 so as to be engageable therewith. The surface of the circular plate portion 27a facing the flat surface 26b of the hemispherical member 26 is a reflection surface 27a1, and is subjected to vapor deposition treatment or plating treatment of aluminum or the like, or a reflection seal or the like is affixed. A concave circular hole 27a2 is formed in the center portion of the disk portion 27a corresponding to the support cylindrical portion 27 b. The upper end of the coil spring 29 is inserted into and fixed to the support cylindrical portion 27 b.
In the eye member 25, the reflection member 27 inserted into the hemispherical member 26 is elastically supported by the coil spring 29. The elastic coefficient of the coil spring 29 is set to the degree that the eye member 25 swings in response to the fine movement of the housing 13. Then, the eye member 25 is provided with a translucent spherical cap 21, and the spherical cap 21 is disposed with a gap of a predetermined interval from the spherical surface 26 a. The spherical cap 21 is formed in a substantially hemispherical hollow shape to cover the spherical surface 26a of the eye member 25. At the edge of the opening of the spherical cap 21, two circular-hole-opened protrusions 21a are formed and fixed to the upper case 11 with screws, not shown in the drawing.
As above, doll eyeball 20 is formed by eye member 25, spherical cap 21, and coil spring 29. The eye member 25 is formed by the hemispherical member 26 and the reflection member 27, has a reflection surface 27a1 facing the spherical surface 26a, is solid, and is permeable to light.
Further, the doll eyeball unit 10 is provided with an eyelid opening and closing mechanism 30. The eyelid opening and closing mechanism 30 has an eyelid portion 31 formed larger than the diameter of the globe 21. The eyelid portion 31 has: an eyelid body 31a in a comb slit shape that cuts the ball in a radial shape; and shaft portions 31b1, 31b2 which are rotation shafts that protrude outward in a substantially cylindrical shape at both ends of the eyelid body 31 a. The inner shaft portion 31b1 is inserted into a bearing portion 14b1 at the upper end of the partition 14b of the support base 14 and a hole portion formed by a plate-like body 11c having a cutout hole portion extending downward from the upper case 11 and colliding with the partition 14b of the bearing portion 14b1, and is rotatably supported, and the plate-like body 11c is described with reference to fig. 5. The outer shaft portion 31b2 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a portion chamfered, and is rotatably inserted into a bearing hole 14e1 of the curved outer plate 14e of the support base 14.
The shaft portion 31b2 on the outer side of the eyelid portion 31 is provided with a swinging portion 32. The swing portion 32 includes a swing arm 32a extending from the shaft portion 31b2 toward the opposite side of the eyelid portion 31. A cylindrical sinker member 32a1 is provided at the tip end of the swing arm 32 a. The pivot arm 32a and the shaft portion 31b2 are joined to each other in such a manner that a hole having the same shape as that of the chamfered cylindrical shaft portion 31b2 is formed in the base portion of the pivot arm 32a, and the pivot arm 32a serving as the pivot portion 32 is not easily rotated with respect to the shaft portion 31b2 serving as the eyelid portion 31. In addition, the axial center DL of the shaft portions 31b1 and 31b2 of the eyelid portion 31 is inclined with respect to the horizontal direction of the housing 13 and doll eyeball 20 such that the outer shaft portion 31b2 is positioned on the lower side.
Further, as shown in fig. 6(a) and (b), since the eyelid opening and closing mechanism 30 and the eyelid portion 31 are positioned below the rocking arm 32a, i.e., the sinker member 32a1, regardless of the posture of the doll eye unit 10 and the doll in which the doll eye unit 10 is incorporated, the eyelid operates like an open when the doll 1 is standing up, for example, as shown in fig. 6(a), and the eyelid operates like a closed when the doll is lying on its back, as shown in fig. 6 (b). Here, since the axial centers DL of the shaft portions 31b1 and 31b2 of the eyelid portion 31 are disposed in an inclined manner, even if the doll 1 is disposed with the eyes facing the left and right outer sides like a dog, the doll eyeball unit 10 can be disposed relatively naturally, and the eyelid opening and closing mechanism 30 operates.
Further, according to the doll assembled with doll eyeball unit 10, eye member 25, that is, hemispherical member 26 and spherical cap 21 may be formed of a colored transparent material. Further, although the eye member 25 is constituted by the hemispherical member 26 and the reflective member 27 in the present embodiment, the eye member 25 may be formed by applying a reflective coating on a flat surface of the hemispherical member 26 to form a reflective surface, for example. Further, by applying a pattern such as a star or a circle to the reflection surface 27a1, a state like a glint inside the pupil can be expressed.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and can be implemented by appropriately changing the embodiments. For example, the eye member 25 may be formed on a flat surface of a solid hemispherical member by a sticker or the like to form a reflecting surface opposite to the spherical surface. Further, the hemispherical member 26 of the ocular member 25 may preferably express a lacrimal eye by being formed in a solid hemispherical shape, but not limited thereto, being formed in a substantially hemispherical shape having a spherical surface 26a of a substantially spherical curved surface may express a lacrimal eye. For example, hemispherical member 26 may be hollow, which may or may not have a bottom surface equivalent to flat surface 26b, or may be filled with a liquid. Further, the reflection surface 27a1 is formed so as to reflect light, and the reflection surface 27al may be formed by various coloring treatments such as gold and white in addition to silver such as aluminum.
