When the live broadcast terminal receives the confirmation information, the watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification in the confirmation information can pull the live broadcast data through the preset network address, and then the live broadcast is watched. The preparation work before the start of live broadcasting and watching live broadcasting is simplified, the live broadcasting and watching live broadcasting can be quickly initiated under the live broadcasting teaching mode that the operation requirement is low, the live broadcasting field or the watching field is relatively fixed, and the live broadcasting teaching efficiency is effectively improved. Meanwhile, a live APP is arranged in the live terminal, a live streaming media service platform does not need to be logged in, a plurality of servers do not need to be deployed aiming at the service platform, and live teaching cost is further reduced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when the trigger operation of the session button is received, the live data collecting device is turned on, and the step of receiving the video data and the audio data collected by the live data collecting device includes:

When the live broadcast terminal receives the trigger operation of the user on the class button, the live broadcast terminal responds to the trigger operation on the class button and acquires live broadcast configuration information based on the trigger operation. The live broadcast configuration information may include a live broadcast terminal, a video capture device and a corresponding input port, an audio and video capture device and a corresponding input port, and the like. Wherein the video capture device may be a camera. The camera can be an RTMP camera or an HDMI camera. The corresponding input port of RTMP camera is RJ45 net gape, and RTMP camera passes through the RJ45 net gape promptly and is connected with live terminal. The input port corresponding to the HDMI camera is an HDMI input port, namely the HDMI camera is connected with the live broadcast terminal through the HDMI input port. The audio capture device may be a microphone. The input port that the microphone corresponds is 3.5mm audio input interface, and the microphone is connected with live broadcast terminal through 3.5mm audio input interface promptly. The audio and video acquisition equipment can be a personal computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a camera and the like. The input port corresponding to the audio and video acquisition equipment is an HDMI input port, namely the audio and video acquisition equipment is connected with the live broadcast terminal through the HDMI input port.
Under different teaching modes, the live broadcast terminal can start different live broadcast data acquisition equipment according to the live broadcast configuration information. For example, under the teaching mode that the teacher mainly said, live broadcast terminal can open video acquisition equipment and audio acquisition equipment according to live broadcast configuration information, through video acquisition equipment acquisition video data, video acquisition equipment will gather video data transmission to live broadcast terminal. Audio data are collected through audio collecting equipment, and the audio collecting equipment transmits the collected audio data to a live broadcast terminal.
In a teaching mode of live broadcasting without a main teacher through video playing and a teaching mode of temporary courseware playing, audio and video acquisition equipment can be started according to live broadcasting configuration information, and video data and audio data are acquired through the audio and video acquisition equipment at the same time. And the audio and video acquisition equipment transmits the acquired video data and audio data to the live broadcast terminal.
In this embodiment, when receiving the trigger operation of the class button, the live broadcast configuration information is acquired, so that the live broadcast data acquisition device is determined according to the live broadcast configuration information, the live broadcast data acquisition device is started, the live broadcast data acquisition device acquires video data and audio data in a live broadcast process, and the video data and the audio data uploaded by the live broadcast data acquisition device are received. The following description will take an example in which video data is encoded first and then audio data is encoded. And the live broadcast terminal encodes the video data to obtain encoded video data. For example, the video data may be encoded in h.264 High Profile. And coding the received audio data to obtain coded audio data. For example, the Audio data may be encoded in AAC (Advanced Audio Coding). And then, aligning the time stamp of the coded video data with the time stamp of the coded audio data by the live broadcast terminal to obtain the synchronized video data and audio data.
And the live broadcast terminal encapsulates the synchronized video data and audio data according to a preset protocol to obtain target live broadcast data. For example, the preset protocol may be an RTMP protocol. The live broadcast terminal can transmit target live broadcast data to a preset network address through a pre-established RTMP channel. And then the watching terminal pulls the target live broadcast data from the preset network address, so that the live broadcast is watched, and live broadcast teaching is realized.
In one embodiment, synchronizing the video data and the audio data to obtain synchronized video data and audio data further includes: when the data format of the video data is a first data format, encoding the audio data; and carrying out time stamp alignment on the video data and the coded audio data to obtain the synchronized video data and audio data.
The live terminal may identify a data format of the video data after receiving the video data and the audio data. When the data format of the video data is the first data format, the first data format may be a coded video data format, that is, it indicates that the video data is collected by the RTMP camera, and at this time, the live broadcast terminal does not need to code the video data, but only needs to code the audio data. For example, the encoding method of the audio data may be AAC. Therefore, the live broadcast terminal aligns the time stamp of the video data to the time stamp of the coded audio data to obtain the synchronized video data and audio data. When the data format of the video data is the coded format, the live broadcast terminal only needs to code the audio data, and the data synchronization efficiency can be improved.
In one embodiment, synchronizing the video data and the audio data to obtain synchronized video data and audio data further includes: when the data format of the video data is a second data format, coding the video data and coding the audio data; and carrying out time stamp alignment on the coded video data and the coded audio data to obtain the synchronized video data and audio data.
When the live broadcast terminal identifies that the data format of the video data is the second data format, the second data format may be an original data format, that is, an uncoded data format, that is, it indicates that the video data is acquired by the HDMI camera, and at this time, the live broadcast terminal needs to encode the video data and the audio data respectively. For example, the video data may be encoded in h.264 High Profile. The encoding method of the audio data may be AAC. Therefore, the live broadcast terminal aligns the time stamp of the video data to the time stamp of the coded audio data to obtain the synchronized video data and audio data. When the data format of the video data is the format after not being coded, the live broadcast terminal respectively codes the video data and the audio data, so that the video data and the audio data are compressed, the data transmission data volume is reduced, and the data transmission speed is improved.
In this embodiment, the video data and the audio data are processed synchronously, so that the time delay between the data acquisition end and the data playing end can be reduced, and the time difference between the video data and the audio data played by the watching terminal can be reduced, thereby ensuring the live broadcasting teaching quality. And packaging the synchronized video data and audio data according to a preset protocol to obtain target live broadcast data. The synchronized video data and audio data can be stored in the same file, so that the video data and the audio data can be simultaneously pulled by the watching terminal.
In one embodiment, after obtaining the target viewing terminal identifier in the confirmation information, the method further includes: marking the class state of the watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification as a ready state; sending a heartbeat packet to a viewing terminal corresponding to the target viewing terminal identification according to a preset time interval; and when the response information of the watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification is not received in the preset time period, marking the class state of the watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification as a ready state.
After the live broadcast terminal acquires the confirmation information, the target watching terminal identification in the confirmation information can be acquired, the class state of the watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification is marked as a ready state, and a heartbeat packet is sent to the watching terminal according to a preset time interval, namely, the heartbeat packet is sent to the watching terminal at a certain frequency. The heartbeat package represents that the live broadcast terminal and the watching terminal are normally connected. When the live broadcast terminal does not receive the response information of the watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification within the preset time period, the heartbeat of the watching terminal is abnormal, the live broadcast terminal can automatically disconnect the watching terminal, and the class state of the watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification is restored to a ready state. At this time, the live broadcast terminal will send the invitation instruction to the watching terminal again at regular time until receiving the confirmation information. Meanwhile, the live broadcast terminal can reestablish the connection with the watching terminal. Therefore, the safety of data transmission between the live broadcast terminal and the watching data is improved.
In one embodiment, when receiving a selection operation on a plurality of viewing terminal identifiers, before generating an invitation instruction according to the selection operation and sending the invitation instruction to a viewing terminal corresponding to each viewing terminal identifier, the method further includes: acquiring a course identifier to be live-broadcasted and course configuration information; and determining a watching terminal identifier corresponding to the course identifier to be live broadcast in the course configuration information.
After the live broadcast terminal finishes the live broadcast preparation work, the course identification to be live broadcast and the course configuration information can be obtained before the selection operation of the plurality of watching terminal identifications triggered by the user is received. The course configuration information comprises a plurality of viewing terminal identifications corresponding to the course identifications. And the live broadcast terminal determines a watching terminal identification corresponding to the course identification to be live broadcast in the course configuration information. And the live broadcast terminal responds to the selection operation of the plurality of watching terminal identifications, generates corresponding invitation instructions according to the watching terminal identifications and sequentially sends the invitation instructions to the watching terminals corresponding to the watching terminal identifications. Because the course configuration information is pre-configured and stored in the live broadcast terminal, when the live broadcast terminal starts the live broadcast, the watching terminal identification corresponding to the course to be live broadcast can be directly selected according to the course configuration information so as to send an invitation instruction, and the fast start of the live broadcast is realized.
In one embodiment, the live broadcast terminal can perform live broadcast preparation before starting live broadcast, so as to ensure normal transmission of live broadcast data in a subsequent live broadcast process. Specifically, the live broadcast terminal receives a live broadcast preparation instruction, and creates an RTMP Server according to the live broadcast preparation instruction, namely, presets a network address, an RTMP Client and establishes an RTMP channel. The RTMP Client is used for pushing stream, namely transmitting the target live broadcast data to a preset network address. The RTMP channel is a transmission channel for transmitting the target live broadcast data pushed by the RTMP Client to a preset network address. And then, the live broadcast terminal acquires live broadcast configuration information, wherein the live broadcast configuration information can comprise the live broadcast terminal, video acquisition equipment, a corresponding input port, audio and video acquisition equipment, a corresponding input port and the like. The live broadcast terminal starts the live broadcast data acquisition equipment according to the live broadcast configuration information, video data and audio data of the live broadcast terminal are acquired through the live broadcast data acquisition equipment, and the live broadcast terminal encodes the received video data and the received audio data respectively. The coding order of the video data and the audio data is not limited. For example, video data may be encoded first, followed by encoding of audio data. Or the audio data may be encoded first and then the video data may be encoded. The following description will take an example in which video data is encoded first and then audio data is encoded. And the live broadcast terminal encodes the video data to obtain encoded video data. For example, the video data may be encoded in h.264 High Profile. And coding the received audio data to obtain the coded audio data. For example, the Audio data may be encoded in AAC (Advanced Audio Coding). And then, aligning the time stamp of the coded video data with the time stamp of the coded audio data by the live broadcast terminal to obtain the synchronized video data and audio data. And the live broadcast terminal encapsulates the synchronized video data and audio data according to a preset protocol to obtain target live broadcast data. For example, the preset protocol may be an RTMP protocol. The live broadcast terminal can transmit target live broadcast data to a preset network address through a pre-established RTMP channel, and the live broadcast terminal finishes preparation work before live broadcast. The live broadcast terminal can play target live broadcast data through the broadcast guide control interface so that a teacher can see local live broadcast pictures conveniently.
It should be understood that although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2 to 3 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-3 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided a live teaching apparatus including: a communication module 402, a receiving module 404, a preprocessing module 406, a pushing module 408 and an obtaining module 410, wherein:
the communication module 402 is configured to receive a selection operation on multiple viewing terminal identifiers, generate an invitation instruction according to the selection operation, and send the invitation instruction to a viewing terminal corresponding to each viewing terminal identifier.
And the receiving module 404 is configured to, when receiving a trigger operation of the class button, turn on a live data acquisition device, and receive video data and audio data acquired by the live data acquisition device.
And the preprocessing module 406 is configured to preprocess the video data and the audio data to obtain target live broadcast data.
The pushing module 408 is configured to push the target live broadcast data to a preset network address.
The communication module 402 is further configured to receive a confirmation message returned according to the invitation instruction.
The obtaining module 410 is configured to obtain the target viewing terminal identifier in the confirmation information, so that the viewing terminal corresponding to the target viewing terminal identifier pulls the live broadcast data through the preset network address, decodes the target live broadcast data, and sends the decoded target live broadcast data to the display device for playing.
In an embodiment, the receiving module 404 is configured to, when a trigger operation of a session button is received, obtain live broadcast configuration information; determining live broadcast data acquisition equipment according to the live broadcast configuration information, and starting the live broadcast data acquisition equipment so that the live broadcast data acquisition equipment acquires video data and audio data in a live broadcast process; and receiving video data and audio data uploaded by live broadcast data acquisition equipment.
In one embodiment, the pre-processing module 406 further comprises:
the synchronization unit is used for carrying out synchronization processing on the video data and the audio data to obtain the synchronized video data and audio data;
and the packaging unit is used for packaging the synchronized video data and audio data according to a preset protocol to obtain target live broadcast data.
In one embodiment, the synchronization unit is further configured to encode the audio data when the data format of the video data is the first data format; and carrying out time stamp alignment on the video data and the coded audio data to obtain the synchronized video data and audio data.
In one embodiment, the synchronization unit is further configured to encode the video data and encode the audio data when the data format of the video data is the second data format; and carrying out time stamp alignment on the coded video data and the coded audio data to obtain the synchronized video data and audio data.
In one embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises: the heartbeat module is used for marking the class state of the watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification as a ready state; sending a heartbeat packet to a viewing terminal corresponding to the target viewing terminal identification according to a preset time interval; and when the response information of the watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification is not received in the preset time period, marking the class state of the watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification as a ready state.
In one embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises: the determining module is used for acquiring the identification of the curriculum to be live broadcast and the curriculum configuration information; and determining a watching terminal identifier corresponding to the course identifier to be live broadcast in the course configuration information.
For specific limitations of the live teaching device, reference may be made to the above limitations on the live teaching method, which is not described herein again. All modules in the live teaching device can be completely or partially realized through software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a live terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer apparatus includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, an input device, and an output device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a live tutoring method. The input device of the computer equipment can be a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like. The output means of the computer device may comprise a display screen, a loudspeaker, etc.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.

receiving selection operation of a plurality of watching terminal identifications, generating an invitation instruction according to the selection operation, and sending the invitation instruction to the watching terminal corresponding to each watching terminal identification;
when the trigger operation of button on class is received, open live broadcast data acquisition equipment, receive video data and audio data that live broadcast data acquisition equipment gathered include: when receiving the trigger operation of a class button, acquiring live broadcast configuration information; determining live broadcast data acquisition equipment as audio and video acquisition equipment according to live broadcast configuration information in a teaching mode in which a teacher does not have a main teacher and live broadcast is carried out by playing videos and in a teaching mode in which the teacher has the main teacher but temporarily plays courseware; receiving video data and audio data acquired by the audio and video acquisition equipment; under a teaching mode of teacher's talkback, determining the live broadcast data acquisition equipment as video acquisition equipment and audio acquisition equipment according to the live broadcast configuration information; receiving video data collected by the video collecting equipment and audio data collected by the audio collecting equipment;
preprocessing the video data and the audio data to obtain target live broadcast data;
pushing the target live broadcast data to a preset network address;
and when receiving confirmation information returned according to the invitation instruction, acquiring a target watching terminal identification in the confirmation information, so that a watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification pulls the target live broadcast data through the preset network address, decodes the target live broadcast data, and sends the decoded target live broadcast data to a display device for playing.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the pre-processing the video data and the audio data to obtain target live data comprises:
the video data and the audio data are subjected to synchronous processing to obtain synchronized video data and audio data;
and packaging the synchronized video data and audio data according to a preset protocol to obtain target live broadcast data.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the synchronizing the video data and the audio data to obtain synchronized video data and audio data further comprises:
when the data format of the video data is a first data format, encoding the audio data;
and aligning the time stamps of the video data and the coded audio data to obtain the synchronized video data and audio data.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the synchronizing the video data and the audio data to obtain synchronized video data and audio data further comprises:
when the data format of the video data is a second data format, encoding the video data and encoding the audio data;
and carrying out time stamp alignment on the coded video data and the coded audio data to obtain the synchronized video data and audio data.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after acquiring the target viewing terminal identifier in the confirmation information, the method further comprises:
marking the class state of the watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification as a ready state;
sending a heartbeat packet to a viewing terminal corresponding to the target viewing terminal identification according to a preset time interval;
and when the response information of the watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification is not received in a preset time period, marking the class state of the watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification as a ready state.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein before the step of generating an invitation instruction according to the selection operation and sending the invitation instruction to the viewing terminal corresponding to each viewing terminal identifier when receiving the selection operation on the plurality of viewing terminal identifiers, the method further comprises:
acquiring a course identifier to be live-broadcasted and course configuration information;
and determining the watching terminal identification corresponding to the course identification to be live broadcast in the course configuration information.
7. A live teaching device, the device comprising:
the communication module is used for receiving selection operation of a plurality of watching terminal identifications through a live broadcast terminal with a live broadcast APP built in, generating an invitation instruction according to the selection operation and sending the invitation instruction to the watching terminals corresponding to the watching terminal identifications;

the preprocessing module is used for preprocessing the video data and the audio data through the live broadcast terminal to obtain target live broadcast data;
the push module is used for pushing the target live broadcast data to a preset network address through the live broadcast terminal;
the communication module is also used for receiving confirmation information returned according to the invitation instruction through the live broadcast terminal;
and the acquisition module is used for acquiring the target watching terminal identification in the confirmation information through the live broadcasting terminal so that the watching terminal corresponding to the target watching terminal identification pulls the target live broadcasting data through the preset network address, decodes the target live broadcasting data, and sends the decoded target live broadcasting data to the display equipment for playing.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the preprocessing module further comprises:
