The course recording unit 201 can record and store the voice, the picture and the operation action of the teacher in the course of teaching in the user terminal 20, thereby forming the teaching resource data with personalized recorded course level. After such teaching resource data are generated, the attribute information of the personalized teaching resource data is uploaded to the teaching server 10 for storage, and an association relationship is established with the teaching resource data recorded by the teacher user and having the same name, so as to mark the relationship between different teaching resource data formed for the same teaching process. When the user requests to download such teaching resource data, the learning platform first prompts the user terminal 20 of the user whether the same personalized teaching resource data still needs to download the public teaching resource data, and then the user can select. If the user selects local personalized teaching resource data, such selection information is sent to the third party user for confirmation by the third party user, and if the third party user permits, the user can use the local teaching resource data for learning. The lesson recording unit 201 includes a user terminal 20 and various multimedia classroom recording apparatuses connected to the user terminal 20.

Claims (3)

1. A teaching resource data management system for an internet learning platform, comprising a teaching server (10), a user terminal (20) and a communication service device (30), characterized in that:
the teaching server (10) is used for grading, storing and managing teaching resource data;
the user terminal (20) is connected with the teaching server (10) through the communication service equipment (30), a downloading request of a user is submitted to the teaching server (10), the teaching server (10) receives the downloading request of the user, and after judging the classification of teaching resource data related to the downloading request, whether the teaching resource data are sent to the user terminal (20) or not is confirmed;
the tutorial server (10) comprises a ranking unit (101), wherein,
the grading unit (101) is used for grading and managing the teaching resource data, and adding a downloading authority attribute and a use sequence attribute on the user terminal (20) to the correspondingly graded teaching resource data according to the grading condition;
the grading situation comprises a course recording grade and an extended learning grade,
for the teaching resource data of the recorded course level, a user can independently download the teaching resource data, and the teaching resource data needs to be preferentially learned after downloading;
for the teaching resource data of the extended learning level, a user cannot independently download the teaching resource data, and after downloading, the user can enter the extended learning step after finishing the priority learning;
the tutorial server (10) further comprises a storage unit (102) and a sending unit (103), wherein,
the storage unit (102) is used for storing the teaching resource data graded by the grading unit (101) in different databases according to different grades,
the sending unit (103) is used for receiving the downloading request of the user, judging whether to send the downloading request to a third party user according to the classification condition of the teaching resources related to the downloading request,
for the recorded class level, the teaching resource data is directly transmitted to the user terminal (20) without being transmitted to a third-party user,
for the learning development level, the information to be confirmed of the downloading request is sent to a third party user, and after the permission confirmation information of the third party user is obtained, the teaching resource data is sent to the user terminal (20) according to the downloading request;
the third party user is other users having an association relationship with the user;
the transmitting unit (103) further transmits additional information together when transmitting information to be confirmed of a download request to the third party user,
the additional information includes the number of people submitting requests to download the instructional resource data, the rate of requests, the number of people who have obtained approval, the rate of who have obtained approval;
the third-party user is a teacher user or a parent user, and the permission confirmation information comprises agreement information and/or payment information; the third party user sets conditional permission, and the third party user agrees to download or purchase certain teaching resource data when the number of people reaches a certain number and/or the ratio of the number of people reaches a certain ratio, and then the third party user permits the downloading; submitting pre-payment for teaching resource data needing payment, and after the condition meets the requirement and the license takes effect, performing actual payment operation again;
for extended learning-level teaching resource data which is licensed to be downloaded after payment of the third-party user, the user terminal (20) records the use information of the extended learning-level teaching resource data and feeds back the use information to the third-party user regularly or irregularly;
for the extended learning level teaching resource data, if the user does not learn within a certain time period after downloading, the third party user can submit a refund request, and after the confirmation information that the extended learning level teaching resource data is deleted is obtained from the teaching terminal (20), the teaching server (10) executes a refund operation.
2. The system of claim 1,
after the user terminal (20) obtains the teaching resource data of different grades, a learning sequence association relation is established among the teaching resource data of different grades according to the grading conditions.
3. The system of claim 2,
according to the learning sequence incidence relation, the user can enter the learning of teaching resource data of an expanded learning level after finishing the learning of the teaching resource data of the prior learning.
