Abstract
The invention discloses a terminal which comprises a shell, a camera module and a trigger structure, wherein the camera module is hinged to the shell through a damping rotating shaft structure so as to be rotationally switched between a storage state and an open state, and a first magnetic piece is arranged on the camera module; the trigger structure comprises a second magnetic part positioned on the inner side of the shell and an operating part exposed on the outer side of the shell, and the operating part is used for enabling the second magnetic part to move between a first position and a second position; in a normal state, the camera module is in a storage state, and the second magnetic suction piece is in a first position to be attracted with the first magnetic suction piece so as to keep the camera module in the storage state; when the second magnetic part moves from the first position to the second position, the torque of the damping rotating shaft structure is released to drive the camera module to rotate from the accommodating state to the opening state. The terminal has a brand-new mode of opening and accommodating the camera module, can bring different experiences to users, and enhances the good feeling of the users.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic products, in particular to a terminal.
Background
At present, terminals such as mobile phones increasingly seek the design of a full screen for user experience. In order to realize the design of a full screen, a front camera of a terminal such as an existing mobile phone or the like adopts a pop-up type or a screen down hole digging mode. In order to bring different experiences to users and enhance the user's sense of well, a brand-new design scheme must be provided, and the front camera is suitable for the front camera and can meet the requirement of a full screen of the terminal.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a terminal which comprises a shell, a camera module and a trigger structure, wherein the camera module is hinged to the shell through a damping rotating shaft structure so as to be rotationally switched between a storage state and an opening state, and a first magnetic piece is arranged on the camera module; the trigger structure comprises a second magnetic attraction piece positioned on the inner side of the shell and an operating piece exposed on the outer side of the shell, wherein the operating piece is used for enabling the second magnetic attraction piece to move between a first position where the second magnetic attraction piece can attract the first magnetic attraction piece and a second position where the second magnetic attraction piece is far away from the first magnetic attraction piece.
Optionally, the housing includes a frame, the frame is provided with a first opening and a second opening at intervals along an extending direction of the frame, the camera module can switch between the open state and the storage state in the first opening, and the operating element of the trigger structure is provided at the second opening.
Optionally, the triggering structure further includes a sliding support located inside the frame, the sliding support is connected to the operating element, the second magnetic attraction piece is disposed on the sliding support, a protruding block portion protruding towards one end away from the damping rotating shaft structure is formed outside the camera module, and the first magnetic attraction piece is formed inside the protruding block portion; when the camera module is in the storage state, the first magnetic attraction piece and the second magnetic attraction piece are opposite.

Detailed Description
In order to explain technical contents and structural features of the present invention in detail, the following description is made with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention discloses a terminal, including a housing 1, a camera module 2 and a trigger structure 3, wherein the camera module 2 is hinged to the housing 1 through a damping rotating shaft structure 4 to perform rotation switching between a storage state and an open state, and a first magnetic attraction piece 21 is arranged on the camera module 2; the trigger structure 3 comprises a second magnetic attraction piece 31 positioned on the inner side of the housing 1 and an operating piece 32 exposed on the outer side of the housing 1, wherein the operating piece 32 is used for enabling the second magnetic attraction piece 31 to move between a first position and a second position; in a normal state, the camera module 2 is in a storage state, and the second magnetic attraction piece 31 is in the first position to attract the first magnetic attraction piece 21 so as to keep the camera module 2 in the storage state; when the second magnetic attraction piece 31 moves from the first position to the second position, the torque of the damping rotation shaft structure 4 is released to drive the camera module 2 to rotate from the storage state to the open state.
According to the camera module, the camera module 2 is hinged to the shell 1 through the damping rotating shaft structure 4, the camera module 2 is stably in a storage state through mutual adsorption of the first magnetic attraction piece 21 of the camera module 2 and the second magnetic attraction piece 31 of the trigger structure 3, the second magnetic attraction piece 31 can move from a first position to a second position through operation of the operating piece 32, and therefore the camera module 2 can be automatically switched from the storage state to an open state under the release of the torsion of the damping rotating shaft structure 4. When need not use camera module 2, can make camera module 2 convert to accomodating the state by hand, first magnetism on camera module 2 is inhaled piece 21 and is also reset to inhale the position that piece 31 adsorbs mutually with the second to can inhale piece 21 and the second after reseing through first magnetism and inhale piece 31 mutual absorption and keep camera module 2 in accomodating the state. In the present invention, the housing 1 is not limited to a specific structure of the terminal, and for example, it may be a frame of the terminal, a back shell of the terminal, or an integrated structure of the frame and the back shell, and may further include some related structures disposed on the frame and/or the back shell, and so on. In summary, the housing 1 in the present invention refers to the overall structure that enables the assembly of the camera module 2 and the trigger structure 3.
In the present invention, the definition of the first magnetic member 21 and the second magnetic member 31 does not mean that both of them have magnetism, as long as the two can achieve mutual attraction. In order to ensure a reliable attracting effect, in the specific example of the present invention, the first magnetic attracting member 21 and the second magnetic attracting member 31 are both magnets.
In the present invention, the first magnetic attraction element 21 and the second magnetic attraction element 31 may be functional elements, such as magnets, or metal elements, which are specially used for magnetic attraction, and certainly it is not excluded that the first magnetic attraction element 21 and/or the second magnetic attraction element 31 also serve as other functional elements.
It should be noted that the first position and the second position are defined in the present invention mainly for convenience of description, the second position in the present invention is not limited to a determined position, as long as when the second magnetic attraction member 31 moves to the second position, the distance between the second magnetic attraction member 31 and the first magnetic attraction member 21 is such that the attraction force between the second magnetic attraction member 31 and the first magnetic attraction member 21 is small enough, so that the camera module 2 can be driven from the storage state to the open state under the release of the torsion of the damping rotating shaft structure 4.
In some embodiments, the housing 1 includes a frame 10, the frame 10 is provided with a first opening 11 and a second opening 12 at a distance along an extending direction thereof, the camera module 2 can switch between an open state and a storage state in the first opening 11, and the operating element 32 of the trigger structure 3 is provided at the second opening 12.
The camera module 2 can be conveniently used normally by opening the first opening 11 on the frame 10 and rotating the camera module 2 in and out from the first opening 11. The second opening 12 is opened on the frame 10, and the operating element 32 is arranged corresponding to the second opening 12, so that the operating element 32 can be conveniently operated, and the camera module 2 can be conveniently opened.
In a preferred embodiment, the operating member 32 is configured to slide back and forth along the extending direction of the frame 10 to move the second magnetic attraction member 31 between the first position and the second position.
The operation of the operation member 32 is performed by sliding, and the operation is simple and easy to implement.
In a specific example, the triggering structure 3 further includes a sliding bracket 33 located inside the frame 10, the sliding bracket 33 is connected with the operating element 32, the second magnetic attraction element 31 is disposed on the sliding bracket 33, a protruding portion 22 protruding toward one end away from the damping rotating shaft structure 4 is formed outside the camera module 2, and the first magnetic attraction element 21 is fixed inside the protruding portion 22; when the camera module 2 is in the storage state, the first magnetic attraction piece 21 and the second magnetic attraction piece 31 are opposite. Preferably, the second magnetic attraction piece 31 is arranged on the side of the sliding bracket 33 facing the frame.
Through this design, by the mutual absorption of first magnetic piece 21 and second magnetic piece 31, can be reliably fixed a position camera module 2 in the state of accomodating.
In this specific example, the operating element 32 is partially located inside the bezel 10 so as to connect the sliding bracket 33, and one end of the sliding bracket 33 away from the camera module 2 is connected to one end of the operating element 32 close to the camera module 2; preferably, the operating member 32 and the sliding bracket 33 are of a one-piece structure integrally formed. But is not limited thereto.
In this specific example, when the camera module 2 is in the storage state, the bump portion 22 is located at the first opening 11.
In a specific example, the triggering structure 3 further includes a limiting bracket 34 and an elastic member 35, the sliding bracket 33 is disposed between the camera module 2 and the limiting bracket 34, and the elastic member 35 is connected between the sliding bracket 33 and the limiting bracket 34; when the second magnetic attraction element 31 is located at the first position, the elastic element 35 is in an elastic release state, and when the second magnetic attraction element 31 is located at the second position, the elastic element 35 is in a compression state.
By the above design, when the operating element 32 is operated to move the second magnetic attraction piece 31 from the first position to the second position, the elastic piece 35 is gradually compressed to store the energy required for resetting, so that when the operating element 32 is released, the second magnetic attraction piece 31 can be automatically reset from the second position to the first position by releasing the elastic force of the elastic piece 35, thereby effectively improving the usability of the present invention.
In order to improve the usability of the present invention, the trigger mechanism 3 is a mechanism that can be automatically reset from the second position to the first position, so that the reset operation can be performed without manual operation.
In a preferred embodiment, the damping pivot structure 4 is connected to an end of the first opening 11 remote from the second opening 12. But is not limited thereto.
Preferably, the camera module 2 includes a module body 23 and an outer cover 24, the outer cover 24 is fixedly connected to the outer side of the module body 23, the damping rotating shaft structure 4 is connected to one end of the outer cover 24, and the outer cover 24 is received in the first opening 11 when the camera module 2 is in the receiving state.
Through the design of the outer cover 24, it is convenient to hinge the camera module 2 to the end of the first opening 11 far away from the second opening 12 through the damping rotating shaft structure 4.
In a specific example, an end of the outer cover 24 opposite to the damping rotating shaft structure 4 extends beyond the module body 23 to form a protruding portion 22, and a first magnetic member 21 is disposed inside the protruding portion 22. Through this design, be convenient for first magnetism inhale piece 21 and second magnetism inhale piece 31 and carry out the mutual absorption that stabilizes, and then keep camera module 2 in the state of accomodating reliably.
Of course, the first magnetic member 21 is not limited to be disposed inside the projection portion 22. For example, the first magnetic attraction member 21 may also be disposed at the bottom of the protruding portion 22, and correspondingly, the second magnetic attraction member 31 may be disposed at the first opening 11, and when the camera module 2 is in the storage state, the first magnetic attraction member 21 and the second magnetic attraction member 31 may be attracted up and down at the first opening 11. For another example, instead of the protruding portion 22, the first magnetic member 21 may be disposed at the bottom of the outer cover 24, and the second magnetic member 31 may be disposed at the first opening 11 for vertically attracting the first magnetic member 21.
The following describes the specific operation of the terminal using the camera module 2 by taking the specific example shown in the drawings as an example, which is only for understanding the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
First, when the camera module 2 is in the storage state (as shown in fig. 3), the outer cover 24 is stored in the first opening 11, the second magnetic attraction member 31 is located at the first position opposite to the first magnetic attraction member 21 to form a reliable mutual attraction with the first magnetic attraction member 21, and the elastic member 35 is in the elastic release state.
When the camera module 2 needs to be used, the operating element 32 is shifted downwards, the operating element 32 drives the sliding support 33 to move downwards, so that the second magnetic attraction element 31 moves from the first position to the second position, and meanwhile, the elastic element 35 is compressed by the sliding support 33 moving downwards to store energy required by resetting (as shown in fig. 4).
Since the second magnetic attraction member 31 has moved from the first position to the second position, the torque of the damping rotation shaft structure 4 releases to drive the camera module 2 to rotate from the storage state to the open state, so as to perform operations such as taking pictures (as shown in fig. 5).
When the operating member 32 is released, the triggering mechanism 3 automatically resets under the release of the elastic force of the elastic member 35, and the second magnetic attracting member 31 correspondingly resets to the first position (as shown in fig. 6).
When the camera module 2 is not needed to be used, the camera module 2 is restored to the storage state by overcoming the resistance of the damping rotating shaft structure 4 through manual operation, at the moment, the second magnetic attraction piece 31 is already reset to the first position, so that the second magnetic attraction piece 31 and the first magnetic attraction piece 21 can be mutually attracted, and the camera module 2 is kept in the storage state (as shown in fig. 3).

Claims (10)
1. A terminal, comprising:
a housing;
the camera module is hinged to the shell through a damping rotating shaft structure so as to be rotationally switched between a storage state and an opening state, and a first magnetic piece is arranged on the camera module;

The terminal of claim 1, wherein the housing includes a frame, the frame is provided with a first opening and a second opening at a distance along an extending direction of the frame, the camera module can switch between the open state and the storage state in the first opening, and the operating member of the trigger structure is provided at the second opening.
3. The terminal of claim 1 or 2, wherein the operating member is configured to slide back and forth along an extending direction of the frame to move the second magnetic attracting member between the first position and the second position.

The terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the triggering structure further includes a sliding bracket located inside the frame, the sliding bracket is connected to the operating element, the second magnetic attraction element is disposed on the sliding bracket, a protruding portion protruding toward an end away from the damping rotation shaft structure is formed outside the camera module, and the first magnetic attraction element is formed inside the protruding portion; when the camera module is in the storage state, the first magnetic attraction piece and the second magnetic attraction piece are opposite.

The terminal of claim 4, wherein the triggering mechanism further comprises a limiting bracket and an elastic member, the sliding bracket is slidably disposed between the camera module and the limiting bracket, and the elastic member is connected between the sliding bracket and the limiting bracket.
6. A terminal as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the trigger structure is a structure which is automatically resettable from the second position to the first position.
7. A terminal as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the damping hinge structure is connected at an end of the first opening remote from the second opening.

The terminal of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the camera module comprises a module body and an outer cover, the outer cover is fixedly connected to an outer side of the module body, the damping hinge structure is connected to an end of the outer cover, and the outer cover is received at the first opening when the camera module is in the receiving state.
9. The terminal of claim 8, wherein an end of the outer cover opposite to the damping hinge structure extends beyond the module body to form a protruding portion, and the first magnetic member is disposed inside the protruding portion.
10. A terminal as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the first and second magnetically attractive elements are magnets.
