Claims (21)

1. A flip-type camera device is connected to an intelligent terminal and is characterized by comprising a flip component and a second magnet, wherein the flip component comprises a camera and a first magnet, and when the camera of the flip component is turned over to the back of the intelligent terminal, the first magnet and the second magnet attract each other; when the first magnet is separated from the second magnet, the camera of the flip component is turned over to the front of the intelligent terminal.
2. The clamshell camera device of claim 1, further comprising a sliding assembly and a transmission assembly for driving the sliding assembly, wherein a bottom surface of the transmission assembly contacts the sliding assembly, and when the transmission assembly is pressed or toggled to move along the second direction, the sliding assembly moves along the first direction to the unlocking position.
3. The clamshell camera device of claim 2, wherein said transmission assembly is integrally formed.
4. The flip type camera device according to claim 1, further comprising a sliding assembly and a transmission assembly for driving the sliding assembly, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a forward conversion key and a push rod, a bottom surface of the forward conversion key contacts with an end surface of the push rod, a bottom surface of the push rod contacts with the sliding assembly, and when the forward conversion key is toggled to move along the first direction, the push rod moves along the second direction and pushes the sliding assembly to move to the unlocking position.
5. The clamshell camera device of claim 4, wherein the surface of said proactive switching key contacting said push rod is an inclined surface, and/or the surface of said push rod contacting said slide assembly is also an inclined surface.
6. The clamshell camera device of claim 4, wherein said transmission assembly further comprises a first resilient member, said first resilient member being disposed around said push rod, said first resilient member being movable in said second direction, said first direction being perpendicular to said second direction.
7. The flip type camera device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the two sides of one end of the push rod are provided with first protrusions, the transmission assembly comprises a guide mechanism, the guide mechanism comprises two oppositely arranged guide plates, two opposite surfaces of the two guide plates are provided with first grooves, and the two first protrusions arranged on the two sides of the push rod are correspondingly arranged in the two first grooves.
8. The flip type camera device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the proactive conversion key is disposed on a side frame of the smart terminal.
9. The flip type camera device according to claim 1, further comprising a sliding component and a transmission component for driving the sliding component, wherein the sliding component comprises a sliding block and a fixed block, a cavity is formed in the fixed block, the sliding block is arranged in the cavity, the sliding block is in contact with the transmission component, and when the sliding block moves to the unlocking position, the camera of the flip type camera device is turned over to the front side of the intelligent terminal; when the driving makes the flip component overturn to the inside of the accommodating groove, the camera of the flip component is located on the back of the intelligent terminal.
10. The flip type camera device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the sliding block is provided with a second protrusion, the inner wall of the cavity of the fixing block is provided with a second groove matched with the second protrusion, and the sliding block can move in the cavity along a first direction.
11. The clamshell camera device of claim 9, wherein said slide assembly further comprises a second resilient member disposed between an end of said slider and an inner wall of said cavity, said second resilient member being movable in said first direction.
12. The flip type camera device as claimed in claim 9, wherein a side surface of the slider contacts a bottom surface of a transmission member of the transmission member, and the side surface of the slider and the bottom surface of the transmission member are both inclined surfaces.
13. The flip type camera device according to claim 1, further comprising a sliding assembly and a transmission assembly for driving the sliding assembly, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a forward conversion key, a push rod and a guide mechanism, a bottom surface of the forward conversion key contacts with one end surface of the push rod, pressing the forward conversion key causes the push rod to push the sliding assembly to move to an unlocking position along a first direction, and the first magnet is separated from the second magnet; when the flip assembly is turned to the inside of the accommodating groove, the camera of the flip assembly is located on the back face of the intelligent terminal through driving, and the first magnet and the second magnet attract each other.
14. The flip type camera device according to claim 1, further comprising a sliding component, wherein the sliding component comprises a slider, the back surface of the housing is provided with an accommodating groove, when the slider is pushed to move to the unlocking position along the first direction, the first magnet is separated from the second magnet, and the camera of the flip type camera device is turned over to the front surface of the smart terminal; when the flip cover component is turned into the accommodating groove, the first magnet and the second magnet attract each other.
15. The clamshell camera device of claim 14, wherein said slide assembly further comprises a third resilient member for moving said slider relative to said housing.
16. The flip type camera device as claimed in claim 15, wherein the slider has third protrusions at two ends thereof, and a sliding slot for the third protrusions to slide is provided at the back of the housing, and the slider can slide along the sliding slot.
17. The flip type camera device according to claim 1, further comprising a sliding component and a transmission component for driving the sliding component, wherein the sliding component comprises a slider, the second magnet is disposed on the slider, and after the acting force is transmitted to the slider through the transmission component, when the slider moves to the unlocking position along the first direction, the first magnet is separated from the second magnet, and the camera of the flip type camera device is turned over to the front side of the smart terminal; when the flip cover component is driven to turn into the accommodating groove, the first magnet and the second magnet attract each other.
18. The flip type camera device according to claim 17, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a bracket, a gear and a forward conversion key, the bracket is fixed to the bottom surface of the housing, the gear is fixed to the bracket, one end of the forward conversion key and one end of the slider are both provided with racks and are both engaged with the gear, pushing the forward conversion key to move drives the gear to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, and rotating the gear drives the slider to move forward or backward.

The flip type image pickup apparatus as claimed in claim 18, wherein the flip type image pickup apparatus comprises a fourth elastic member, the fourth elastic member being disposed between the gear and the proactive shift key, the proactive shift key being exposed from an upper surface of the housing.

The flip type camera device according to claim 1, further comprising a slider and a transmission component for driving the slider, wherein the slider is disposed on the bottom surface of the containing slot, and under the driving of the transmission component, the slider protrudes from the bottom surface of the containing slot and pushes the flip type component to flip out of the containing slot, and the first magnet is separated from the second magnet; when the flip cover device is driven to be accommodated in the accommodating groove, the first magnet and the second magnet attract each other.
21. The flip type camera device as claimed in claim 20, wherein the bottom surface of the receiving groove is provided with an opening, one end of the slider is received in the opening, and the slider can move up and down relative to the bottom surface of the receiving groove.
