In an embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal M2 may be configured to send a remark name in the identifier of the vehicle-mounted terminal M2, the voice information, and the trigger voice as communication information to the public platform M1, so that the public platform M1 obtains corresponding target communication application account information from the binding relationship according to the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier and the remark name in the communication information, and further the public platform M1 sends the voice information in the communication information to the user terminal M3 corresponding to the target communication application account information, so that the communication application of the user terminal M3 pops up a public window to display the voice information or text information converted from the voice information.
In an embodiment, the in-vehicle terminal M2 may be configured to output the presentation prompt message after receiving the second communication content sent by the user terminal M3 through the public number platform M1, so as to present the second communication content after receiving the confirmation presentation instruction, where the second communication content may be voice information.
The user terminal M3 is configured to acquire the second communication content, and send the second communication content to the vehicle-mounted terminal M2 through the public number platform M1, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal M2 receives and displays the second communication content.
In an embodiment, the user terminal M3 may be configured to perform a public number attention operation through the logged-in communication application to establish a connection with the public number platform M1 after scanning the binding pattern code of the in-vehicle terminal M2, so as to send a binding request to the public number platform M1, and establish a public number window in the communication application.
In an embodiment, the user terminal M3 may be configured to send the second communication content to the public platform M1 through a public window displayed in the logged-in communication application, so that the public platform M1 sends the voice information to the vehicle-mounted terminal M2 when the second communication content is the voice information, or so that the public platform M1 converts the text information into the voice information and sends the voice information to the vehicle-mounted terminal M2 when the second communication content is the text information.
In an embodiment, the user terminal M3 may be, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, an Ipad, or a smart watch.
The communication system provided by the third embodiment of the disclosure can provide an installation-free and login-free communication mode of the vehicle-mounted terminal M2, so that the communication between the vehicle-mounted terminal M2 and other user terminals M3 is more convenient, and the vehicle-using experience of a user can be improved.

In an embodiment, the terminal 1 provided in this embodiment may include at least one processor a101 and at least one memory a201. Among them, at least one processor a101 may be referred to as a processing unit A1, and at least one memory a201 may be referred to as a storage unit A2. Specifically, the storage unit A2 stores a computer program A6, and when the computer program A6 is executed by the processing unit A1, the terminal 1 provided by this embodiment is enabled to implement the steps of the communication method described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, for example, step S11 shown in fig. 1 is to establish a binding relationship with at least one piece of communication application account information through a public platform; step S12, after the communication information is obtained, information sending operation is carried out through a public number platform so as to send first communication content in the communication information to a user terminal corresponding to the communication application account information in the binding relation; and S13, receiving second communication content sent by the user terminal through the public number platform. In an embodiment, the terminal 1 provided in the present embodiment may include a plurality of memories a201 (referred to as a storage unit A2 for short), and the storage unit A2 may include, for example, a Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or a cache memory and/or a Read Only Memory (ROM), and the like.
In one embodiment, the terminal 1 further includes a bus connecting different components (e.g., the processor a101 and the memory a201, the touch display screen A3, etc.).
In an embodiment, the terminal 1 in this embodiment may further include a communication interface (e.g., I/O interface A4), which may be used for communication with an external device.
In an embodiment, the terminal 1 provided in this embodiment may further include a communication device A5.
The terminal 1 provided by the fourth embodiment of the present disclosure includes a memory a101 and a processor a201, and the processor a101 is configured to execute a computer program A6 stored in the memory a201 to implement the steps of the communication method described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, so that the terminal 1 provided by this embodiment can implement an installation-free and login-free terminal communication mode, so that the terminal 1 is more convenient to communicate with other terminals, and the user experience can be improved.
Fig. 6 is a second structural diagram of a terminal according to a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 6, in other embodiments, a terminal provided by a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a central controller 801 (abbreviated as CPU), a read only memory 802 (abbreviated as ROM), a random access memory 803 (abbreviated as RAM), a communication bus 804, an I/O interface 805, an input unit 806, an output unit 807, a storage unit 808, and a communication unit 809.
In other embodiments, the central controller 801 (CPU), the read only memory 802 (ROM), and the random access memory 803 (RAM) may constitute a processor.
In other embodiments, the terminal may implement the steps of the communication method provided in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, so that the terminal can implement an installation-free and login-free terminal communication mode, the terminal is enabled to communicate with other terminals more conveniently, and the user experience can be improved.
The fourth embodiment of the present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program A6, which when executed by the processor a101, implements the steps of the communication method as in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, such as steps S11 to S13 shown in fig. 1 or such as steps S31 to S33.
In an embodiment, the computer readable storage medium provided by the embodiment may include any entity or device capable of carrying computer program code, a recording medium, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, flash memory, and the like.
When executed by the processor a101, the computer program A6 stored in the computer-readable storage medium provided by the fourth embodiment of the present disclosure can implement providing an installation-free and login-free terminal communication mode, so that the terminal and other terminals can communicate more conveniently, and the experience of the user can be improved.

Claims (9)

1. A communication method is applied to a vehicle-mounted terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing a binding relationship with at least one communication application account information through a public number platform;
after communication information is acquired, information sending operation is carried out through the public number platform so as to send first communication content in the communication information to a user terminal corresponding to communication application account information in the binding relationship; and/or
Receiving second communication content sent by the user terminal through the public number platform;
the step of establishing a binding relationship with at least one communication application account information through a public platform comprises the following steps:
acquiring a binding graphic code according to a public number identifier of the public number platform and a vehicle-mounted terminal identifier, so that the user terminal scans the binding graphic code and then sends a binding request to the public number platform through a communication application, wherein the binding request comprises communication application account information;
adding the communication application account information in the binding request into the binding relationship through the public number platform;
after the step of establishing the binding relationship with the at least one communication application account information through the public number platform, the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a contact setting instruction about a security daemon function;
selecting at least one communication application account information in the binding relationship to join an emergency contact list according to the contact setting instruction;
after the communication information is acquired, the step of performing information sending operation through the public number platform to send the first communication content in the communication information to the user terminal corresponding to the communication application account information in the binding relationship includes:
starting a safety guard function;
after the safety accident information is detected, outputting assistance inquiry information;
when response information about the assistance inquiry information is not acquired within a preset time period, performing an assistance communication information acquisition operation to acquire the communication information, wherein the communication information comprises the emergency contact list and assistance communication content, and the assistance communication content comprises at least one of the safety accident information and cabin personnel information;
and carrying out the information sending operation through the public number platform so as to send the assistance communication content in the communication information to the user terminal corresponding to the emergency contact list in the communication information.
2. The communication method according to claim 1, wherein the step of establishing the binding relationship with the at least one communication application account information through the public platform is followed by:
displaying the at least one communication application account information in the binding relationship;
and performing remark setting operation to set at least one remark name, and forming an association relation between the at least one remark name and the at least one communication application account information.
3. The communication method of claim 2, wherein the step of obtaining the communication information comprises:
acquiring a trigger instruction to start a voice recording function, wherein the acquiring of the trigger instruction comprises receiving trigger voice including a remark name to acquire the trigger instruction and acquiring at least one of the trigger instructions according to operation of a user on a hardware button or a touch virtual button;
collecting target voice information;
acquiring target communication application account information according to the incidence relation and the remark name in the trigger voice, or acquiring the target communication application account information according to the incidence relation and the remark name in the target voice information;
performing communication information acquisition operation according to the target communication application account information and the target voice information to acquire the communication information;
wherein the first communication content in the communication information includes at least one of the target voice information and text information converted from the target voice information.
4. The communication method of claim 1, wherein the emergency contact list in the communication information comprises a plurality of communication application account information;
the step of performing the information sending operation through the public platform to send the assistance communication content in the communication information to the user terminal corresponding to the emergency contact list in the communication information includes:
and sending the communication information and the group building request to the public number platform, so that the public number platform carries out group chat building operation according to the communication information and the group building request to build a group chat room comprising the assistance communication content on a user terminal corresponding to each communication application account information in the emergency contact list.
5. A communication method applied to a user terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending the communication application account information to a public number platform corresponding to the vehicle-mounted terminal to establish a binding relationship;
acquiring and sending second communication content to the public number platform so that the public number platform sends the second communication content to the vehicle-mounted terminal; and/or
Receiving first communication content sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal through the public number platform;
the step of sending the communication application account information to a public platform corresponding to the vehicle-mounted terminal to establish a binding relationship includes:
scanning a binding graphic code corresponding to the public number identification and the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the public number platform;
sending a binding request to the public number platform through a communication application, wherein the binding request comprises communication application account information, and adding the communication application account information in the binding request into the binding relationship through the public number platform, so that after the vehicle-mounted terminal receives a contact setting instruction about a security guarding function, at least one piece of communication application account information in the binding relationship is selected to be added into an emergency contact list according to the contact setting instruction;
the step of receiving the first communication content sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal through the public number platform comprises the following steps:
receiving that the vehicle-mounted terminal starts a safety guarding function, outputting assistance inquiry information after detecting safety accident information, and performing rescue communication information acquisition operation to acquire communication information when response information about the assistance inquiry information is not acquired within a preset time period, and then performing information transmission operation through the public number platform so as to transmit assistance communication content in the communication information, wherein the communication information comprises the emergency contact list and the assistance communication content, and the assistance communication content comprises at least one of the safety accident information and passenger cabin personnel information.
6. The communication method according to claim 5, wherein the step of acquiring and transmitting the second communication content to the public number platform so that the public number platform transmits the second communication content to the in-vehicle terminal includes:
acquiring communication text content;
and converting the communication text content into corresponding voice content to serve as the second communication content.
7. A communication system, comprising:
the public number platform is used for establishing a binding relationship between the vehicle-mounted terminal and at least one piece of communication application account information, and sending first communication content in the communication information to a user terminal corresponding to the communication application account information in the binding relationship after receiving the communication information sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal;
the vehicle-mounted terminal is used for carrying out information sending operation through the public number platform after communication information is acquired; and/or
The user terminal is used for scanning binding graphic codes corresponding to the public number platform and the vehicle-mounted terminal, sending a binding request to the public number platform through a communication application, wherein the binding request comprises communication application account information, and is also used for acquiring second communication content and sending the second communication content to the vehicle-mounted terminal through the public number platform, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal receives and displays the second communication content;
the vehicle-mounted terminal is used for acquiring the binding graphic code according to a public number identifier of a public number platform and a vehicle-mounted terminal identifier, so that the user terminal sends a binding request to the public number platform through a communication application after scanning the binding graphic code, adds communication application account information in the binding request into the binding relationship through the public number platform, and selects at least one piece of communication application account information in the binding relationship to add into an emergency contact list according to a contact setting instruction after receiving a contact setting instruction related to a safety guard function; the communication information processing system is further used for starting a safety guarding function, outputting assistance inquiry information after detecting safety accident information, and performing rescue communication information acquisition operation to acquire the communication information when response information about the assistance inquiry information is not acquired within a preset time period, wherein the communication information comprises the emergency contact list and assistance communication content, and the assistance communication content comprises at least one of the safety accident information and passenger cabin personnel information and is used for performing information sending operation through the public number platform so as to send the assistance communication content in the communication information to a user terminal corresponding to the emergency contact list in the communication information.
8. A terminal comprising a memory and a processor;
the processor is adapted to execute a computer program stored in the memory to implement the steps of the communication method according to any of claims 1-6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the communication method according to one of claims 1 to 6.
