Specifically, 3 permanent magnetic chucks of 88mm are fixed on the chuck base, and can resist 500N horizontal force and 1000N vertical force. The maximum output torque of the operating head is 120Nm, the horizontal force acting on the sucker fixing frame under the least adverse working condition is 300N, the safety coefficient is 1.67, the vertical force is 200N, and the safety coefficient is 5. The output shaft of the speed reducer is a square shaft of 12.5mm and is matched with the operating head. The square tail cover is made of POM material and is subjected to milling.

It will be appreciated that the shipping and storage conditions of the device shown in fig. 2 are convenient for storage and transport; the state shown in fig. 3 is an open state; the sliding sleeve can translate horizontally, the parallel support enables the operating head to move vertically, and the whole structure can rotate 360 degrees around the sucker seat. The operation head is convenient to adapt to operation heads with different specifications. And the sucker seat is used for being contacted and adsorbed with the surface of the ring main unit.
Fig. 10 shows a circuit diagram of a control module, wherein the driving voltage of a motor is 12V, a voltage and speed regulation working mode is adopted, the control mode is wireless remote control, and the rotating speed and the direction of a speed reduction motor are controlled in a wireless mode to play a role in regulating the operation speed.
