The fixing rod 6, the electric operating mechanism position adjusting module 5 and the sucker connector 7 are made of metal or composite materials. The first wireless communication module and the second wireless communication module are GPRS modules, zigbee modules or Wifi modules.
The invention provides a remote control ring main unit electric rotating device which mainly comprises an electric operating mechanism, a fixing device and a power supply box 13. The electric operating mechanism adopts a small integrated structure and comprises a motor 3, a speed reducer 1, a connector 4, a conversion connector 14, an operation indicator, a control device 2 and a remote controller 10, wherein the electric operating mechanism is connected with a ring main unit operating rod through the conversion connector 14, and the motor 3 generates driving force to drive the conversion connector 14 and the ring main unit operating rod to rotate through the speed reducer 1 and the connector 4 so as to realize switching operation of the ring main unit; the operation indicator is arranged on the outer side of the electric operation mechanism, is connected with the speed reducer 1 and is used for indicating the rotation direction of the load switch 12 and prompting that the opening and closing are in place. The fixing device mainly comprises a fixing rod 6, an electric operating mechanism position adjusting module 5, a sucker connector 7 and a sucker 8, and is mainly used for fixing the electric operating mechanism on the surface of the ring main unit and providing enough supporting moment when the electric operating mechanism drives the load switch 12 to rotate. The fixed rod 6 passes through the electric operating mechanism position adjusting module 5 and the sucker connector 7 and is used for adjusting the positions of the electric operating mechanism and the sucker 8; one end of the electric operating mechanism position adjusting module 5 penetrates through the fixed rod 6 and can freely adjust the position of the electric operating mechanism position adjusting module on the fixed rod 6, and the other end of the electric operating mechanism position adjusting module is connected with one side of the electric operating mechanism through a screw rod and used for fixing the electric operating mechanism; one end of the sucker connector 7 penetrates through the fixed rod 6, the position of the sucker connector on the fixed rod 6 can be freely adjusted, the other end of the sucker connector is connected with the sucker 8, and the electric operating mechanism is fixed on the surface of the switch cabinet through the sucker 8.
When the ring main unit is used, firstly, the electric operating mechanism and the sucker 8 are respectively adjusted to a proper position and fixed by utilizing the electric operating mechanism position adjusting module 5 and the sucker connector 7 according to the surface structure of the ring main unit; and secondly, selecting a proper adapter 14, connecting the electric operating mechanism connector with a ring main unit operating rod through the adapter 14, operating the sucker 8 to fix the electric rotating device on the surface of the ring main unit, and connecting the electric operating mechanism with the power box 13. The operator combines the operation demand and the ring main unit load switch direction indication to determine the operation instruction of the electric operating mechanism, turns on a power control switch on the power box 13, controls the electric operating mechanism to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise through the remote controller 10 according to the operation instruction, and when the operator presses a corresponding button of the remote controller, the electric operating mechanism automatically operates and displays the rotation direction of the electric operating mechanism through the operation indicator lamp, when the operation is finished, the rotation button is released, the electric operating mechanism stops rotating, and the operation indicator lamp is extinguished. And if the emergency stop operation is needed, the rotary button on the remote controller is released and the emergency stop button is pressed. If abnormal condition of motor stalling occurs in the operation process, the electric operating mechanism can automatically stop operation, and the operation indicator lamp is extinguished. When the device is disassembled, the power switch on the remote controller 10 is firstly turned off, then the power control switch on the power box 13 is turned off, and finally all the components of the electric rotating device are gradually disassembled. The motor 3 of the electric operating mechanism is a direct current motor; the control device of the electric operating mechanism comprises a wireless receiving module, a motor driving module and a protection module, wherein the wireless receiving module is used for checking a remote controller instruction, and then the motor driving module is used for converting a received signal into electric energy for driving the motor to rotate. If overload is caused by the locked rotation of the motor 3 in the rotation process, the protection module cuts off the power supply to stop the operation of the electric rotating device; the power supply box 13 is composed of a high-capacity lithium battery, the high-capacity lithium battery is precharged before the electric conversion device works, the electric conversion device is connected with the controller 11 through a special connector during the work, and the power supply box 13 can be replaced and recycled during the use process for providing electric energy for the whole electric operation mechanism. The remote controller of the electric operating mechanism has the function of controlling the motor to rotate forwards and backwards; the control mode adopts inching control; the motor automatically stops rotating after the switch is switched in place, and the indicator lamp is operated to be turned off. The length of the fixing rod 6 of the fixing device is adjustable, the fixing rod 6 adopts a telescopic or segmented assembly structure, the material can be metal or composite material, and the length of the fixing rod is adjusted by telescopic fixing rod 6 or increasing or decreasing the number of segments; the electric operating mechanism position adjusting module 5 is in a square structure, the fixed rod 6 is inserted into the electric operating mechanism position adjusting module 5 to be adjusted to a proper position, and then the electric operating mechanism position adjusting module 5 is fixed by screwing a bolt by hand, so that the position of the electric operating mechanism position adjusting module 5 on the fixed rod 6 can be adjusted at will, and the electric operating mechanism position adjusting module is made of metal or composite materials; the sucker connector 7 is fixedly connected with different mounting holes 9, the position of the sucker connector on the fixing rod can be adjusted at will, the sucker connector can be fixed in a bolt or caliper mode, and the sucker connector can be made of metal or composite materials; the sucker 8 is connected with the fixed rod 6 through the sucker connector 7, and can be arranged in a single-end or double-end mode when in use. The motor 3 and the control device casing are composite material casing (plastic), the speed reducer is metal casing, one end of the connector is positioned outside the shell of the electric operating mechanism, and the adapter 14 is positioned outside the shell of the electric operating mechanism. The motor 3, the control device 2 and the speed reducer 1 are connected through metal screws in sequence. The fixing rod 6 is a square tube.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the operation of the portable ring main unit remote control electric rotating device according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the power supply box 13 is connected with the controller 11 through a wire, the control device further includes a protection module 17, and the power supply box 13 is connected with the power supply end of the motor 3 through the protection module 17. The controller 11 is connected with the motor 3 through a cable and is used for receiving a remote control signal sent by the remote controller 10 and controlling the motor 3 to rotate positively and negatively to realize switching operation of the load switch 12.
Fig. 3 is a schematic connection diagram of the connector and the adapter in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a connector 4 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the speed reducer 1, the other end of the connector 4 penetrates through the housing and is detachably connected with one end of the adapter 14, the other end of the adapter 14 is connected with a ring main unit operating rod, the ring main unit operating rod is connected with a load switch, and the function of opening and closing the load switch is realized through the ring main unit operating rod. The electric operating mechanism adopts a composite material shell, can be matched with ring main unit operating rods of different types and specifications through selecting different conversion joints 14, and realizes switching operation of the load switch 12 through motor driving rotation. The connector 4 is provided with a plug 15, and the adapter 14 is provided with a slot 16 matched with the plug 15.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a continuously adjustable suction cup on a fixing rod according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the fixing device may also be another structure, including a suction cup position adjustment module 17, a suction cup connecting rod 7 and a suction cup 8, where the suction cup position adjustment module 17 is in a "mouth" shape hoop structure, and a small hole is opened on a side surface of the suction cup position adjustment module 17 for inserting the suction cup connecting rod 7, and the suction cup position adjustment module 17 is firmly connected with the suction cup connecting rod 7 by using a nut 18; the top of the sucker position adjusting module 17 is provided with a threaded hole, the sucker position adjusting module 17 can be fixed on the fixed rod 6 by using a screw 19 with a proper model, and no mounting hole is arranged on the fixed rod 6 at the moment, so that the purpose that the position of the sucker 8 can be continuously adjusted on the fixed rod 6 is achieved.

And if the emergency stop operation is needed, the rotary button on the remote controller is released and the emergency stop button is pressed.
