1. A system for distributing accessories for an electric energy meter, comprising: the system comprises an acquisition module, a calculation module and a distribution module;
the acquisition module: the system is used for acquiring inventory information of local city bureau electric energy meters, inventory information of accessories and demand information of the electric energy meters, wherein the inventory information of the electric energy meters, the inventory information of the accessories and the demand information of the electric energy meters all comprise: the types and the number of the electric energy meters and the accessories are in one-to-one correspondence;
the calculation module: the system comprises a data processing module, a data processing module and a data processing module, wherein the data processing module is used for calculating a gap value of an accessory according to inventory information of the electric energy meter and inventory information of the accessory, and calculating a required value of the accessory according to the gap value of the accessory and the required information of the electric energy meter;
the delivery module: and when the required value is not greater than the inventory value of the verification center, the required value is used as the distribution value of the accessory, and the distribution value is not greater than the inventory value of the verification center.
2. The electric energy meter accessory distribution system of claim 1, further comprising: an update module;
the update module: the system is used for updating the inventory information of the accessories according to the delivery value of the accessories.
3. The electric energy meter accessory distribution system of claim 2, further comprising: a judging module:
the judgment module: and the system is used for judging whether the model of the accessory is the same as the required model of the electric energy meter or not when the local city bureau receives the accessory, if so, sending an updating request to the updating module, and otherwise, triggering the obtaining module.
4. The electric energy meter accessory distribution system of claim 1, further comprising: a feedback module:

5. A method of distributing an electric energy meter accessory, comprising:
s1, acquiring inventory information of local city electric energy meters, inventory information of accessories and demand information of the electric energy meters, wherein the inventory information of the electric energy meters, the inventory information of the accessories and the demand information of the electric energy meters all comprise: the types and the number of the electric energy meters and the accessories are in one-to-one correspondence;
s2, calculating to obtain a gap value of the accessory according to the inventory information of the electric energy meter and the inventory information of the accessory, and calculating to obtain a required value of the accessory according to the gap value of the accessory and the required information of the electric energy meter;
and S3, when the required value is larger than the inventory value of the verification center, calculating the distribution value of the accessory according to the distribution weight of the local and city bureaus and the required value, and when the required value is not larger than the inventory value of the verification center, taking the required value as the distribution value of the accessory, wherein the distribution value is not larger than the inventory value of the verification center.
6. The electrical energy meter accessory distribution method as claimed in claim 5, wherein step S3 is followed by further comprising: s301, updating the inventory information of the accessories according to the delivery value of the accessories.
7. The method for distributing electric energy meter accessories according to claim 6, wherein step S301 is preceded by:
when the local city bureau receives the accessory, judging whether the model of the accessory is the same as the required model of the electric energy meter, if so, executing a step S301, otherwise, executing a step S1.
8. The method for distributing electric energy meter accessories according to claim 5, wherein the step S301 is followed by further comprising:
and after updating the inventory information of the accessories, sending the inventory information of the accessories to the verification center.
