Abstract
The invention relates to a format conversion method based on a license template, which is characterized in that an electronic license template is divided into a fixed format part and a content part, corresponding contents are respectively stored in a license template library and a content database, and the internal part of the license template and the contents in the content database are provided with corresponding labels, so that when the electronic license is automatically generated, the internal part is automatically filled in the license template according to the corresponding labels for generation, and the generation efficiency of the electronic license can be effectively improved; when the format of the electronic certificate is converted, only one item of information of the original electronic certificate needs to be collected, then other matched contents are searched in a content database and filled in a certificate template so as to carry out conversion; when batch generation and batch conversion are carried out, a piece of content information is filled into the license template in batch, and then batch generation and batch conversion are carried out according to the content association and the corresponding labels of the content database, so that the format conversion efficiency of the generation of the electronic license is greatly improved.

Technical Field

Background
The electronic certificate refers to documents such as identity cards, marriage certificates, bank repayment running certificates, business licenses and the like which are issued by each unit according to law and have legal effectiveness. A large amount of license information data are stored in the conventional public security network, a professional license information base is not formed, the sharing difficulty is high, and the resource utilization rate is low. And the types of the certificates are many, each electronic certificate needs to be regenerated, and the operation is complex. In addition, in the prior art, the number of electronic certificate making tools is huge, the making effect cannot be verified in time after the making is finished, and the use efficiency of the electronic certificate is limited.

s103, when a single electronic license is generated, firstly determining the type of the electronic license, thereby taking a license template of a corresponding type from the template library, taking one item of the license template to obtain determined content information, and covering the content information of other corresponding items on the license template according to the label;
s104, when the electronic certificates are generated in batch, extracting the same number of certificate templates according to the number of the electronic certificates to be generated, extracting all the contents of the electronic certificates to be generated from the content database, covering one item of the contents to the corresponding positions of all the certificate templates according to the labels, and covering all other contents to the corresponding positions of all the certificate templates according to the corresponding relation in the content database;
s105, when the format of a single license is converted, firstly taking the license template of the format to be converted out of the template library, extracting one content part of the electronic license to be converted, calling a content item required by the license template from the content database according to the extracted one content part, and filling the content part into the license template according to the label;
s106, when license formats are converted in batches, firstly converting the number of the electronic licenses according to needs, extracting the same number of license templates, then extracting one item of content and a corresponding label from the original electronic licenses to be converted, covering the content of the item on corresponding positions of all license templates according to the label, and covering all other content on corresponding positions of all license templates according to the corresponding relation in a content database;
and S107, packaging the license template filled with the content and outputting the electronic license in a specific format.
Further, the content database is divided into a personal information database, an enterprise information database and an asset information database, wherein the personal information database comprises an identity card number, a name, a birth date, a gender, a nationality and a household registration address; the enterprise information database comprises an enterprise name, an enterprise type, an enterprise legal person name, a legal person identity card number, a residence, a credit agency and a certificate number; the asset information database includes an asset type, an asset name, an asset owner identification card number, and a certificate number.
Further, the personal information database, the enterprise information database and the asset information database are all associated through identification number.
Further, in step S105, the package format of the license template filled with the content is OFD, and the output format is XML.
Furthermore, the fixed format part and the content part in the license template are divided into a display part and a background data part, and the labels on the license template and the labels in the content database are both background data parts.

s102, establishing a license content database, wherein a plurality of items of information are correspondingly stored under each identity number in the content database, the information in the content database is used for generating an electronic license, each item of content information corresponds to a unique label, the label corresponding to the content is consistent with the label of the bottom layer of the reserved vacancy of the license template, for example, one item of content in the content database is an identity card number, the label is 'A', the label of one reserved vacancy of the license template is also 'A', and the mark represents that the reserved vacancy needs to be filled with the identity card number information;
s103, when a single electronic license is generated, firstly determining the type of the electronic license, thereby taking a license template of a corresponding type from a template library, taking one item of the determined content information, and covering the content information of other corresponding items on the license template according to the label, for example, when the electronic license of the identity card needs to be generated, the fixed format part of the license template comprises a pattern part such as a national emblem and a fixed character part; the reserved vacancy comprises an identity card number, a name, a gender, a birth date and the like, the labels are respectively 'A', 'B', 'C' and 'D', the 'A', 'B', 'C' and 'D' in the content database are respectively and correspondingly stored with the identity card numbers, the names, the genders and the birth dates of a plurality of persons, and the content is covered on the reserved vacancy according to the corresponding labels.
S104, when the electronic certificates are generated in batch, firstly extracting the same number of certificate templates according to the number of the generated electronic certificates, then extracting all the contents of the electronic certificates to be generated from the content database, covering one item of the contents to the corresponding positions of all the certificate templates according to the labels, and covering other contents to the corresponding positions of all the certificate templates according to the corresponding relation in the content database, wherein when the electronic certificates are generated in batch, all the contents in one item are filled in the reserved vacant positions of the certificate templates through a matching algorithm, and the reserved vacant positions are completely supplemented according to the labels at the bottom layers of the reserved vacant positions in the certificate templates and the relevance of the contents of different items in the content database, so that the electronic certificates can be generated completely without adopting the matching algorithm for many times, and the calculation force and the time can be effectively saved;
s105, when a single license format is converted, firstly taking out a license template of the format to be converted from a template library, extracting one content part of the electronic license to be converted, calling a content item required by the license template from a content database according to the extracted one content part, and filling the content part into the license template according to a label, wherein the difference between the license conversion and the license generation is that the initial content information is not required to be specified, only one content is required to be extracted from the original electronic license, and the other reserved vacant positions can be filled in a content database after the one content part is taken in the content database;
s106, when license formats are converted in batches, firstly converting the number of the electronic licenses according to needs, extracting the same number of license templates, then extracting one item of content and a corresponding label from the original electronic licenses to be converted, covering the content of the item on corresponding positions of all license templates according to the label, and covering all other content on corresponding positions of all license templates according to the corresponding relation in a content database;
and S107, packaging or batch packaging the license template filled with the content, and outputting or batch outputting the electronic license in a specific format.
In this embodiment, the content database is divided into a personal information database, an enterprise information database and an asset information database, wherein the personal information database includes an identity card number, a name, a birth date, a gender, a nationality and a household registration address; the enterprise information database comprises an enterprise name, an enterprise type, an enterprise legal person name, a legal person identity card number, a residence, a credit agency and a certificate number; the asset information database includes asset type, asset name, asset owner identification card number, and certificate number to facilitate the lookup of content information within the content database.

s104, when the electronic certificates are generated in batch, extracting the same number of certificate templates according to the number of the electronic certificates to be generated, extracting all the contents of the electronic certificates to be generated from the content database, covering one item of the contents to the corresponding positions of all the certificate templates according to the labels, and covering all other contents to the corresponding positions of all the certificate templates according to the corresponding relation in the content database;
s105, when the format of a single license is converted, firstly taking the license template of the format to be converted out of the template library, extracting one content part of the electronic license to be converted, calling a content item required by the license template from the content database according to the extracted one content part, and filling the content part into the license template according to the label;
s106, when license formats are converted in batches, firstly converting the number of the electronic licenses according to needs, extracting the same number of license templates, then extracting one item of content and a corresponding label from the original electronic licenses to be converted, covering the content of the item on corresponding positions of all license templates according to the label, and covering all other content on corresponding positions of all license templates according to the corresponding relation in a content database;
and S107, packaging the license template filled with the content and outputting the electronic license in a specific format.
