The beneficial effects of one or more of the above technical solutions are as follows:

The electromagnet 4 is fixed at the upper end of the lifting vehicle disc 1 through a connecting frame, the push rod 3 is of a telescopic rod structure, the push rod 3 comprises a guide rod fixed with the electromagnet 4 and a rod sleeve sleeved outside the guide rod, and a magnet is arranged at one end, close to the electromagnet 4, of the rod sleeve.

In order to support the electromagnet and the push rod, in the embodiment, the electromagnet 4 is fixed at the upper end of the lifting chassis 1 through a connecting frame. The upper end of the lifting chassis 1 is provided with a support 7, a guide hole with a horizontal axis is formed in the support 7, and the push rod 3 is embedded in the guide hole and can slide along the axis direction of the guide hole. The support 7 is perpendicular to the upper end face of the lifting chassis 1.
Specifically, a bearing can be arranged between the guide hole and the rod sleeve to enhance the stability of the rod sleeve when the rod sleeve slides along the guide hole.
The upper end of the falling-preventing hook is hinged with the fixing seat, and the fixing seat is fixedly connected with a frame beam of the stereo garage. In this embodiment, fixing base 6 is the L shaped plate, and one dull and stereotyped and stereo garage's frame in the L shaped plate passes through bolt fixed connection, and another dull and stereotyped is articulated with trapezoidal plate 8 through the round pin axle.
For the purpose of automatic control, in this embodiment, a controller and a proximity switch are further included, and the controller can control the on/off of the driving circuit of the electromagnet 4 through a relay to control the presence or absence of the magnetic force of the electromagnet 4. The proximity switch is installed in the upper end of lift hull 1, and proximity switch can judge the push rod 3 and prevent falling hook 5 at the relative position of vertical direction to signal to the controller.
The working principle is as follows: when the lifting vehicle tray 1 rises, when the proximity switch monitors that the lifting vehicle tray approaches the anti-falling device from the lower part to a set distance, the electromagnet 4 pushes the push rod 3 to extend out, the head end of the push rod contacts the trapezoidal plate 8, at the moment, the lifting vehicle tray continues to move upwards, and the push rod travels along the trapezoidal plate; the push rod can push the falling prevention hook to rotate towards the direction far away from the lifting vehicle disc so as to open the falling prevention hook 5.
After the lifting vehicle disc is lifted in place, because the push rod walks to the top end along the trapezoidal plate, the falling protector can fall back to the initial position, and at the moment, in order to prevent the lifting vehicle disc from falling, the push rod unlocks the falling prevention hook again, the electromagnet 4 resets to pull the push rod 3 away from the trapezoidal plate 8, the falling prevention hook 5 is always in the falling prevention position, and the falling prevention effect can be effectively played.
When lift hull 1 need descend, electro-magnet 4 sends back initial position and contacts with the surface of the last swash plate of trapezoidal plate with push rod 3, and lift hull 1 begins to descend, will prevent falling hook 5 and open through push rod 3 contact trapezoidal plate 8, and lift hull 1 descends. The whole-course electromagnet 4 has short electrifying time, small needed electromagnetic drawing force, energy conservation, stability and long service life.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a stereo garage, which comprises the falling protector for the lifting vehicle disc in the embodiment 1. The garage further comprises a lifting chassis 1 and the stereo garage frame.

the push rod and the trapezoidal plate are arranged as follows: when the push rod extends out of the trapezoidal plate, the push rod can contact the trapezoidal plate, and the anti-falling hook is driven to swing left and right by utilizing the vertical relative motion of the push rod and the anti-falling hook.

The fall arrester of claim 1, wherein the fall arrester comprises a rod body and a hook body fixed to each other, the rod body and the push rod are arranged in a staggered manner, and the trapezoidal plate is arranged opposite to the push rod, so that the push rod can be in contact with the trapezoidal plate after extending out.
