An inclined plane pouring plant-growing type ecological recycled concrete anti-overflow device is characterized by comprising a mounting frame (3) and a supporting beam (11); the mounting frame (3) is fixedly provided with a mounting screw (5), the supporting beam (11) is supported and sleeved on the mounting screw (5) through a supporting channel (12) formed in the supporting beam, one side of the supporting beam (11) is provided with a positioning component, the other side of the supporting beam (11) is provided with a mounting component, the relative height of the supporting beam (11) on the mounting screw (5) is adjusted, and after the supporting beam (11) is positioned through the positioning component, the heightened supporting beam (11) is fixed through the mounting component;
the tip of supporting beam (11) supports articulated spill plate (4) that is provided with through articulated shaft (10), just still be provided with on supporting beam (11) and be used for the adjustment spill plate (4) inclination's hydraulic stretching jar (7), wherein, with the piston rod tip fixed mounting of hydraulic stretching jar (7) linkage has supporting slider (8), fixed mounting has guide post (9) on supporting slider (8), guide post (9) support to slide and locate in the bar through-hole at spill plate (4) upper portion back.

The inclined plane pouring vegetation type ecological recycled concrete overflow prevention device according to claim 2, wherein a threaded circular groove (6) is formed in one side of the mounting screw (5), the mounting assembly comprises a first rectangular block (18) which is supported by a first supporting spring (16) and slidably arranged in an inner cavity of the supporting beam (11), a mounting column (17) corresponding to the threaded circular groove (6) is fixedly mounted on the first rectangular block (18), a screw rod (15) penetrates through one side of the supporting beam (11) in a rotating mode, an inner threaded groove (19) matched with the screw rod (15) is formed in the mounting column (17), the screw rod (15) is screwed into the inner threaded groove (19) in a threaded connection mode, and an operating handle (14) is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the screw rod (15).

The inclined plane pouring vegetation type ecological regeneration concrete overflow preventing device according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein a positioning rectangular groove (13) is formed in the other side of the mounting screw (5), the positioning assembly comprises a rotating cylinder (21) rotatably arranged in the supporting cross beam (11), a second rectangular block (22) is arranged in the rotating cylinder (21) in a supporting and sliding mode through a second supporting spring (23), and a supporting rod (28) is fixedly arranged on the second rectangular block (22).
