the drying roller (36) is longitudinally arranged in the processing box (1), and the drying roller (36) is positioned at the output port of the processing box (1); the number of the drying rollers (36) is two, and the contact surfaces of the two drying rollers (36) and the textile raw material are different; the number of connecting elements (13) is two, one on the input side of the first ironing device (25) and the other on the input side of the second ironing device (26);
a first guide roller (37), a second guide roller (38), a third guide roller (39), a fourth guide roller (40), a fifth guide roller (41) and a sixth guide roller (42) are arranged in the processing box (1), the first guide roller (37) is positioned at an input port of the processing box (1), the second guide roller (38) and the third guide roller (39) are positioned on two sides of the first bearing plate (23), the fourth guide roller (40) and the fifth guide roller (41) are positioned on two sides of the second bearing plate (24), and the sixth guide roller (42) is positioned below the fifth guide roller (41);
the use method of the textile raw material conveying and ironing equipment comprises the following steps:
s1, the textile raw material enters the processing box (1) through an input port, the textile raw material sequentially presses the two impurity removing rollers (4), the two impurity removing rollers (4) respectively rotate in the conveying process of the textile raw material, and the adhesive layer (5) removes flocks and dust on two sides of the textile raw material;
s2, the air extractor (9) extracts air in the two negative pressure pipes (6) through the air extraction pipe (10) and the two air extraction branch pipes (8) to keep the interior of the negative pressure pipes in a negative pressure state, the dust collection head (7) timely absorbs sundries attached to the impurity removal roller (4), and the removed sundries finally enter the filter box (12);
s3, enabling the textile raw material subjected to impurity removal to pass through the opening (21), pumping water in the water storage tank (14) by the water pump (15) and conveying the water into the water collection cavity (19) of the connecting piece (13) through the water conveying pipe (17) and the water conveying branch pipe (18), heating the water in the water collection cavity (19) by the heating device (20), and enabling hot water to be sprayed on two sides of the textile raw material in a mist form by the spray head (22);
s4, pressing the wet textile raw material against the first bearing plate (23) and the second bearing plate (24) in sequence, and ironing two sides of the textile raw material by the first ironing device (25) and the second ironing device (26);
the specific ironing process is as follows: the lifting mechanism (27) enables the fixed rod (28) to descend, the electric iron (29) descends along with the fixed rod and presses the textile raw material, and the textile raw material and the electric iron (29) generate relative movement in the conveying process, so that the ironing operation is realized; in the ironing process, the spring (34) is in a compressed state and exerts force on the connecting frame (31), and the pressing rollers (32) on two sides of the electric iron (29) press the textile raw materials, so that the ironing effect is improved;
s5, pressing the ironed textile raw material by two drying rollers (36) in sequence, wherein the drying rollers (36) enable moisture on the textile raw material to be thoroughly evaporated, and outputting the dried textile raw material through an output port.
