Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of oilfield application chemistry, and particularly relates to an emulsion type paraffin removal and prevention agent which is safe, stable and good in demulsification performance.
Background
In the field of oil exploitation, paraffin is alkane with 16-64 carbon atoms in crude oil, and wax in the crude oil usually exists in a dissolved state when the paraffin is in a stratum. During the crude oil extraction, when the oil layer flows into the bottom of the well and is lifted from the bottom of the well to the well head along the shaft, wax is separated out, grown, gathered and deposited on the wall of the oil pipe and the oil pumping rod in the form of crystals along with the reduction of temperature and pressure and the escape of dissolved gas, so that the yield of the oil well is reduced, and the problems of overload of the oil pumping rod, blockage of the oil pipe, increase of the load of the oil well and the like are caused. Most of crude oil in China belongs to high-wax crude oil, the crude oil with the wax mass fraction exceeding 10 percent almost accounts for 90 percent of the whole produced crude oil, and some crude oil even reaches 40 to 50 percent, and various measures are taken to remove deposited paraffin and prevent the deposition of paraffin, so that the method is one of key factors for ensuring high and stable yield of an oil field and improving the recovery ratio.
The chemical wax removing and preventing technology is characterized in that a chemical wax removing and preventing agent is added to weaken the wax precipitation speed of an oil well, change the flowability of crude oil and slow down and inhibit the generation of wax crystals, the commonly used wax removing and preventing agents comprise an oil-based wax removing and preventing agent and a water-based wax removing and preventing agent, the oil-based wax removing and preventing agent has high wax dissolving speed and high wax removing efficiency, but the density is low, the oil-based wax removing and preventing agent is not suitable for the oil well with high water content, the oil-based wax removing agent is generally high in toxicity, volatile, inflammable and explosive, poor in safety, and strict fireproof measures are required during use. The water-based wax cleaning and preventing agent has slow response rate when being added into an oil well, and the fluidity of the water-based wax cleaning and preventing agent needs to be further improved when the water-based wax cleaning and preventing agent is used in severe cold winter, so that the popularization and application range is limited. How to enhance the paraffin removal and prevention effects of the paraffin removal and prevention agent and ensure the environmental protection and safety and stability of the agent is a main problem in the research work of the paraffin removal agent at present.
