Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of paraffin removal agents, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly oil-based paraffin removal agent with high flash point and no aromatic hydrocarbon.
Background
The oil-based paraffin remover is mainly used for removing paraffin on oil pipes, sucker rods and other pipes in oil extraction wells of oil fields, is widely applied due to high paraffin dissolution speed and high paraffin removal efficiency, and is generally composed of an organic solvent or a mixture of an organic solvent and a surfactant, wherein the organic solvent can be one or more of aromatic hydrocarbon-containing organic solvents such as benzene, toluene, xylene, mixed benzene and the like, can be one or more of crude oil distillate oil types such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil and the like, can be one or more of saturated alkanes such as pentane, hexane or heptane and the like, or can be a mixture of the organic solvents.
The oil-based paraffin remover has the characteristics of low flash point (generally less than 40 ℃ and less than 60 ℃), containing toxic substances such as aromatic hydrocarbon and the like, having high volatilization speed, being not easy to biodegrade, being safe and environment-friendly, and the like; for example, benzene has a flash point of-11 ℃; toluene flash point 4 ℃ and specific volatilization speed 190; the flash point of the dimethylbenzene is 25 ℃ and the specific volatilization speed is 70; these aromatic components are degradable only by the use of specially domesticated microorganisms. The flash point of kerosene is about 38 ℃ and the flash point of kerosene contains 10 to 15 percent of aromatic hydrocarbon; the flash point of diesel oil is 40-60 deg.c, etc. and the arene content is no more than 11%. The flash point of saturated alkanes such as pentane, hexane or heptane is lower, typically below 0 ℃.
When the organic solvent mixture is produced and used, the requirements on safety and environmental protection are high, especially in summer; meanwhile, with the continuous improvement of the national requirements on environmental protection and the high attention on the personal health of staff, the production, storage and use of the wax remover are more and more limited.
Although domestic scientists are improving the oil-based paraffin remover all the time, the safety performance of the oil-based paraffin remover is improved, such as oil-in-water emulsion is improved, such as adding a small amount of water and surfactant, the paraffin remover is required to play a role, the emulsion can be broken under underground conditions to release an organic solvent, the emulsion product on the ground is required to be not too stable, otherwise, the emulsion on the ground is too stable, and the emulsion cannot be broken under the ground, so that contradiction is formed, the use effect of the emulsion-type paraffin remover is not good all the time, and the range of improving the flash point of the emulsion-type paraffin remover is limited; in addition, there are problems as follows:
1. solves the problem of the production safety of wax remover caused by low flash point of organic solvent.
2. The toxicity problem caused by the oily aromatic hydrocarbon can not be solved.
3. The problem of environmental protection and easy degradation of the treating agent can not be solved.
Based on the above problems, an environment-friendly oil-based paraffin remover without aromatic hydrocarbon with high flash point is provided to solve the above problems.
