The principle in which the third sensor 7 detects the release of the length of the envelope 40 is explained as follows: the third sensor 7 is a rotational speed sensor and faces the driven gear on the first roller 31, when the driven gear rotates, the teeth (each convex portion for meshing on the gear) and the teeth (the space between adjacent teeth) of the driven gear pass in sequence before the third sensor 7 to form pulse signals, the controller can record the number of the formed pulse signals, the number of the pulse signals is divided by the number of the teeth (the total number of the teeth) of the driven gear to measure the number of turns of the driven gear, and then the number of turns of the driven gear is multiplied by the circumferential length of the first roller 31 to obtain the length of the released wrapping film 40. And the number of the pulse signals in unit time is divided by the number of the teeth of the driven gear to calculate the rotating speed of the driven gear, so that the rotating speed change of the film winding roller 3 before and after the speed reduction can be verified, and whether the speed reduction of the film winding roller 3 is finished or not can be detected.
Based on the above distinguishing technical characteristics, the third sensor 7 can control the film forming motor to reduce the output rotating speed and reduce the speed of releasing the envelope 40 when the envelope 40 is released by half the length, so that the envelope 40 can be separated at a lower speed after the envelope winding and packaging are completed, the envelope 40 is prevented from being damaged, the frequency of faults is reduced, the shutdown frequency is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. The reduced rotation speed should ensure that the envelope 40 is not damaged when the envelope 40 is separated, and on the other hand, the rotation speed should be enough to separate the envelope 40, and in this embodiment, the rotation speed is set to be reduced to half of the original rotation speed.

s300: the third sensor 7 sends the detection data to the controller, and the controller judges whether the length of the release coating film 40 reaches half of a set value;
s400: when the controller judges that the length of the releasing and coating film 40 reaches half of the set value, the controller sends an instruction to the driving mechanism 1, and the driving mechanism 1 drives the film winding roller 3 to reduce the rotating speed, so that the speed of releasing and coating film 40 is reduced to half of the original releasing speed.
S500: the second sensor 6 sends the detection data to the controller, and the controller judges whether the length of the release coating film 40 reaches a set value;
s600: when the controller judges that the length of the releasing envelope 40 reaches a set value, the controller sends an instruction to the driving mechanism 1, the driving mechanism 1 stops driving the film winding roller 3 to rotate, the envelope 40 is disconnected, and the film winding is finished.
The film winding method is adopted to wind the cotton round bales formed in the forming bin, so that the cotton round bales with standard diameters can be wound by using the coating film 40 with standard length, the coating film 40 can be separated at a lower rotating speed after the film winding is finished, the use of the coating film 40 is saved, the waste is avoided, the cotton bales with uniform specifications are obtained, the coating film 40 cannot be damaged during the separation of the coating film 40, and the fault occurrence rate is reduced.
