本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种止血带截取装置,包括壳体,壳体内设有可转动的止血带卷,壳体内位于止血带卷右侧的部分依次设置传动辊和动力辊组,所述传动辊通过辊轴设于壳体内;动力辊组包括上动力辊和下从动辊,在壳体前侧设有副壳体,所述副壳体内设有驱动电机和减速器;副壳体前端设有控制面板;在壳体右端中间位置设有出料开口,壳体右端上侧设有控制开槽;在动力辊组右侧设有底座,底座中间位置设有切割凹槽,底座上方设有切割组件。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:整体装置结构简单合理,通过上动力辊实现对止血带的导出,然后通过手动按压控制板实现对止血带的切割,能实现止血带的长度调节,方便操作。

本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种止血带截取装置。
背景技术
止血带为医用级热塑性弹性体,具有伸缩性强,方便使用等特点,通常为单条卷状,供医疗机构病人输液、化验抽血,伤员止血前,通过压迫血管阻断血流用,为防止交叉感染要求一人一使用一更换一消毒,由于患者存在个体差异,通常会需要截取不同长度的止血带,由于止血带具有一定弹性,无法直接按照现有常用刀片直接切割,存在不容易切断的问题,需要单独用剪刀剪断,操作相对繁琐;另外,经验不足的医护人员无法剪出需要的长度,因此,需要一种用于截取不同长度止血带的辅助装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有止血带截取不方便的问题,提供了一种止血带截取装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种止血带截取装置,包括壳体,壳体内部设有凹槽,凹槽内卡设旋转轴,旋转轴外固定设置卡接环,所述卡接环外套设止血带卷,壳体内位于止血带卷右侧的部分依次设置传动辊和动力辊组,所述传动辊通过与旋转轴平行的辊轴设于壳体内,传动辊绕辊轴自由转动,传动辊包括上传动辊和下传动辊,上传动辊和下传动辊之间可容止血带穿过;动力辊组包括上动力辊和下从动辊,在壳体前侧设有副壳体,所述副壳体内设有驱动电机和减速器,驱动电机通过驱动轴与驱动轮连接,减速器后侧通过动力轴与动力辊连接,减速器前侧通过传动轴与从动轮连接,驱动轮和从动轮通过皮带连接;副壳体前端设有控制面板;在壳体右端中间位置设有出料开口,壳体右端上侧设有控制开槽;在动力辊组右侧低于下传动辊的位置设有底座,底座中间位置设有切割凹槽,底座上方设有切割组件,所述切割组件包括固定设置的上支撑板,所述上支撑板位于控制开槽的前后两侧,上支撑板通过拉伸弹簧连接控制板,控制板底部中间位置固定连接固定座,固定座底部通过刀架连接切割刀;固定座左右两侧设有移动压块,移动压块顶部通过压缩弹簧与控制板连接,在控制板靠近控制开槽的一端固定连接挡板。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述固定座高度高于移动压块的高度;所述压缩弹簧和拉伸弹簧在自然状态时,切割组件位于出料开口上侧,移动压块底面与切割刀底部齐平;所述切割凹槽与切割刀相匹配;能够保证移动压块与底座压紧时切割刀配合切割凹槽实现对止血带的切割。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述挡板的高度与固定座的高度相同,挡板不受与其相邻的移动压块的影响,实现对压缩弹簧的保护。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述上动力辊表面设有粗糙面,能够实现对止血带的有效传送。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述副壳体内设有控制装置和电源,控制装置用于控制电机的驱动电机的工作状态,控制装置与控制面板电性连接;通过控制面板设置所要切割的长度,进而得到驱动电机所需转动的转数,实现对切割长度的调节。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述切割刀上端固定于刀架内,切割刀通过刀架与固定座可拆卸固定;所述切割刀底部设有刀尖,所述刀尖向两侧平滑过度形成刀片,对于具有一定弹性的止血带,平直型刀片不容易实现对止血带的切割,通过设置刀尖有利于完成对止血带的切割。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:整体装置结构简单合理,通过上动力辊实现对止血带的导出,然后通过手动按压控制板实现对止血带的切割,能够避免现有切割刀不容易切断止血带需要用剪刀的问题,切割面平整且不需要手动对切割处周边进行压紧,通过控制面板控制驱动电机,进而实现止血带的长度调节,方便操作。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
如图1-5中所示,一种止血带截取装置,包括壳体1,壳体1内部设有凹槽,凹槽内卡设旋转轴2,旋转轴2外固定设置卡接环21,所述卡接环21外套设止血带卷22,壳体1内位于止血带卷22右侧的部分依次设置传动辊31和动力辊组,所述传动辊31通过与旋转轴2平行的辊轴3设于壳体1内,传动辊绕辊轴3自由转动,传动辊包括上传动辊和下传动辊,上传动辊和下传动辊之间可容止血带23穿过;动力辊组包括上动力辊4和下从动辊,在壳体1前侧设有副壳体6,所述副壳体6内设有驱动电机5和减速器56,驱动电机5通过驱动轴52与驱动轮51连接,减速器56后侧通过动力轴42与动力辊4连接,减速器56前侧通过传动轴55与从动轮54连接,驱动轮51和从动轮54通过皮带53连接;副壳体6前端设有控制面板61;在壳体1右端中间位置设有出料开口11,壳体1右端上侧设有控制开槽12;在动力辊组右侧低于下传动辊的位置设有底座7,底座7中间位置设有切割凹槽71,底座7上方设有切割组件,所述切割组件包括固定设置的上支撑板8,所述上支撑板8位于控制开槽12的前后两侧,上支撑板8通过拉伸弹簧81连接控制板83,控制板83底部中间位置固定连接固定座86,固定座86底部通过刀架92连接切割刀9;固定座86左右两侧设有移动压块85,移动压块85顶部通过压缩弹簧84与控制板83连接,在控制板83靠近控制开槽12的一端固定连接挡板82;
其中,所述固定座86高度高于移动压块85的高度;所述压缩弹簧84和拉伸弹簧81在自然状态时,切割组件位于出料开口11上侧,移动压块85底面与切割刀9底部齐平;所述切割凹槽71与切割刀9相匹配;能够保证移动压块85与底座7压紧时切割刀9配合切割凹槽71实现对止血带23的切割;所述挡板82的高度与固定座86的高度相同,挡板82不受与其相邻的移动压块85的影响,实现对压缩弹簧84的保护;所述上动力辊4表面设有粗糙面41,能够实现对止血带23的有效传送;所述切割刀9上端固定于刀架92内,切割刀9通过刀架92与固定座86可拆卸固定;所述切割刀9底部设有刀尖91,所述刀尖91向两侧平滑过度形成刀片,对于具有一定弹性的止血带23,平直型刀片不容易实现对止血带23的切割,通过设置刀尖91有利于完成对止血带23的切割。
具体的,所述副壳体6内设有控制装置和电源,控制装置用于控制电机的驱动电机5的工作状态,控制装置与控制面板61电性连接;通过控制面板61设置所要切割的长度,进而得到驱动电机5所需转动的转数,实现对止血带23切割长度的调节。
在使用时,通过控制面板设置需要截取的长度,控制装置获取驱动电机5所需转动的转数信息;通过控制面板点击开始后,驱动电机5通过减速器6实现对上动力辊4的驱动,进而导出相应长度的止血带23,结束后用手按压控制板81,移动压块85会先压紧底座7表面,实现对止血带23压紧,继续按压控制板81,切割刀9逐渐向下产生压力,从刀尖91向两侧实现对止血带23的切割。

1.一种止血带截取装置,包括壳体,壳体内部设有凹槽,凹槽内卡设旋转轴,旋转轴外固定设置卡接环,所述卡接环外套设止血带卷,其特征在于,壳体内位于止血带卷右侧的部分依次设置传动辊和动力辊组,所述传动辊通过与旋转轴平行的辊轴设于壳体内,传动辊绕辊轴自由转动,传动辊包括上传动辊和下传动辊,上传动辊和下传动辊之间可容止血带穿过;动力辊组包括上动力辊和下从动辊,在壳体前侧设有副壳体,所述副壳体内设有驱动电机和减速器,驱动电机通过驱动轴与驱动轮连接,减速器后侧通过动力轴与动力辊连接,减速器前侧通过传动轴与从动轮连接,驱动轮和从动轮通过皮带连接;副壳体前端设有控制面板;在壳体右端中间位置设有出料开口,壳体右端上侧设有控制开槽;在动力辊组右侧低于下传动辊的位置设有底座,底座中间位置设有切割凹槽,底座上方设有切割组件,所述切割组件包括固定设置的上支撑板,所述上支撑板位于控制开槽的前后两侧,上支撑板通过拉伸弹簧连接控制板,控制板底部中间位置固定连接固定座,固定座底部通过刀架连接切割刀;固定座左右两侧设有移动压块,移动压块顶部通过压缩弹簧与控制板连接,在控制板靠近控制开槽的一端固定连接挡板。
2.如权利要求1所述一种止血带截取装置,其特征在于,所述固定座高度高于移动压块的高度。
3.如权利要求1所述一种止血带截取装置,其特征在于,所述压缩弹簧和拉伸弹簧在自然状态时,切割组件位于出料开口上侧,移动压块底面与切割刀底部齐平。
4.如权利要求1所述一种止血带截取装置,其特征在于,所述切割凹槽与切割刀相匹配。
5.如权利要求1所述一种止血带截取装置,其特征在于,所述挡板的高度与固定座的高度相同。
