The piston cylinder 12 below the sealing piston 13 is connected with a liquid pumping pipe 19, a second one-way valve 20 is arranged on the liquid pumping pipe, the lower end of the liquid pumping pipe 19 extends into the cooling liquid in the cooling liquid tank 1, and the second one-way valve 20 is only arranged to enable the cooling liquid to enter the piston cylinder 12 from the lower end of the liquid pumping pipe 19.
In addition, referring to fig. 3, in order to prevent the liquid suction pipe 19 from sucking the iron dust impurities when the cooling liquid in the cooling liquid tank 1 is sucked for secondary use, an inclined block 101 is further provided on the bottom wall of the cooling liquid tank 1, the inclined block 101 is disposed at a higher right side, an iron dust adsorption magnet 102 is disposed on the bottom wall of the cooling liquid tank 1 at the right side of the inclined block 101, and the lower end of the liquid suction pipe 19 is disposed above the left end of the inclined block 101.
Finally, referring to fig. 1, a water baffle 103 extends upwards from the right end side of the cooling liquid tank 1, and a control panel 21 is arranged on the outer side of the water baffle 103. Meanwhile, a liquid level sensor 22 is also arranged inside the cooling liquid tank 1, and an alarm (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the outer surface of the cooling liquid tank 22. Liquid level sensor 22 can monitor the cooling liquid level in cooling tank 1, and when being less than critical liquid level, its liquid level sensor 22 can give signal transmission to the control module (PLC) in control panel 21, then control panel 21 automatic control siren takes place the alarm and reminds the operating personnel.

Referring to fig. 6, a circular groove 271 is formed in the rear side surface of the first gear 27, pawls 272 matched with the ratchet 26 are rotatably disposed on the circumferential wall of the circular groove 271, specifically, 4 to 6 pawls are disposed in the circular groove 271, and the number of the slots formed in the ratchet 26 is the same as that of the pawls 272. Claims (9)

1. A drilling device for processing a water pump body and an end cover comprises a cooling liquid tank, wherein a vertical cylinder is fixed in the cooling liquid tank, an upright post is rotatably arranged in the vertical cylinder, a placing disc is arranged above the upright post extending out of the vertical cylinder, and a clamping device is arranged on the upper surface of the placing disc, and is characterized in that an L-shaped frame plate is welded on the rear side surface of the cooling liquid tank, a hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the upper surface of the L-shaped frame plate right above the placing disc, the end part of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder penetrating through the upper surface of the L-shaped frame plate is connected with a lifting frame, a driving motor is fixed in the lifting frame, the lower end of an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with a drill bit, a cross rod is fixedly connected on the front side surface of the L-shaped frame plate on the left side of the lifting frame, the upper surface of the sealing piston is connected with a piston rod, the left side surface of the lifting frame is connected with a pressing strip, the top end of the piston rod is fixedly connected with the pressing strip, the lower end of the piston cylinder is connected with a water spray pipe, a first one-way valve is arranged on the water spray pipe, the lower end of the water spray pipe is connected with a spray head, the spray head is arranged right opposite to the intersection of the central axis of the drill bit and the placing disc, a liquid suction pipe is connected onto the piston cylinder below the sealing piston, a second one-way valve is arranged on the liquid suction pipe, and the lower end of the liquid suction pipe extends into cooling liquid in a cooling liquid;
the right side of the lifting frame is provided with a vertical rack, the front side of an L-shaped frame plate positioned on the right side of the lifting frame is provided with a transverse cylinder, a transverse rotating rod is rotatably arranged in the transverse cylinder, the front end part of the transverse rotating rod is connected with a ratchet wheel, the front side of the ratchet wheel is provided with a first gear, the first gear is meshed with the vertical rack, the rear side of the first gear is provided with a circular groove, a pawl matched with the ratchet wheel is rotatably arranged on the circumferential wall of the circular groove, the center of the bottom wall of the circular groove is provided with a first bearing, the front end part of the transverse rotating rod is welded with the inner ring of the first bearing, a first bevel gear is arranged on the transverse rotating rod positioned between the ratchet wheel and the transverse cylinder, the front side of the L-shaped frame plate positioned below the first bevel gear is fixedly provided with a penetrating cylinder, and the upper end and the lower end, the vertical rotating rod welded with the inner ring of the second bearing is arranged in the penetrating cylinder, a second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear is arranged at the top end of the vertical rotating rod, a second gear is arranged at the lower end of the vertical rotating rod, and a third gear meshed with the second gear is arranged on the stand column between the placing disc and the vertical cylinder.
