The steel backing cleaning device with good cleaning effect for brake pad production according to claim 1, wherein the rotary variable speed cleaning mechanism comprises a rotary internal toothed disc (13), four stabilizing rods (14), four steel brush discs (15), four fixing shafts (16), four L-shaped connecting plates (17), two first gears (18), a second gear (19) and a fixing ring (21), the second gear (19) is sleeved on the circumference of the bottom of the rotating shaft (20), and the two first gears (18) are respectively meshed with two sides of the second gear (19).

The steel backing cleaning device for the production of the brake pads with good cleaning effect according to claim 4, wherein the circumferential internal teeth of the rotating internal toothed disc (13) are meshed with the circumferential external teeth of the two first gears (18), and the four L-shaped connecting plates (17) are respectively fixed on the circumferential outer wall of the bottom of the rotating internal toothed disc (13) through bolts.

The steel backing cleaning device for the production of the brake pad with the good cleaning effect is characterized in that two ends of each stabilizing rod (14) are fixed on the outer wall of the opposite side of each two adjacent L-shaped connecting plates (17) through bolts respectively, and four fixing shafts (16) are welded on the outer walls of the bottoms of the four L-shaped connecting plates (17) respectively.
