The invention discloses a composite material edge gluing and sealing device and an application method thereof, wherein the composite material edge gluing and sealing device comprises a glue dispenser, a glue barrel and a gluing and sealing head; the glue barrel is connected with the glue dispenser, and the gluing sealing head is arranged at the front end of the glue barrel; the gluing sealing head is used for directly contacting with a composite material part to be glued and sealed, and the sealant is smeared on the edge of the composite material part; the glue barrel is used for storing sealant; the glue dispenser is used for adjusting and controlling glue output. Background
After the machining of the composite material part is finished, sealant needs to be coated on the machined edge, and the thickness of the composite material part is required to be 0.13-0.8 mm, so that the effects of preventing layering and damp are achieved, and the hands of operators can be prevented from being scratched by subsequent use. Preferably, the glue barrel is connected with the glue dispenser through an air pipe, and a connector convenient for installation of the air pipe is arranged at the rear part of the glue barrel.
Preferably, the gluing sealing head and the gluing barrel are in interference connection.
Preferably, the glue dispenser controls the glue discharging amount by adjusting air pressure.
According to the composite material edge gluing and sealing device, the end part of the gluing and sealing head is further provided with a clamping groove for clamping the edge of the composite material part, and the gluing and sealing head can stably move along the edge of the composite material part.

The glue dispenser 1 controls the glue discharging amount by adjusting the air pressure; the end part of the gluing sealing head 3 is also provided with a clamping groove 7 which is used for being clamped on the edge of the composite material part 4 and ensuring that the gluing sealing head 3 can stably move along the edge of the composite material part 4, so that the stability of gluing quality is improved, the operation difficulty is reduced, and the gluing speed is improved. In this embodiment, the clamping groove 7 and the gluing sealing head 3 are detachably connected and also can be fixedly connected in other embodiments, and the detachable connection is to consider that the clamping groove 7 can be replaced when the gluing sealing is performed on the composite material parts 4 with different specifications and thicknesses, so that the smooth proceeding of gluing is ensured. The width of draw-in groove 7 matches with the thickness of combined material part 4, and is preferred, draw-in groove 7 is U type groove, the play jiao kou of rubber coating sealing head 3 is located the rear portion in U type groove. 2) Gluing and sealing: an operator holds the glue barrel 2 by hand, the inner surface of a clamping groove 7 at the end part of the gluing sealing head 3 is clamped at the edge of the composite material part 4 to be glued and sealed, and a step 8 in the clamping groove 7 is attached to the edge of the composite material part 4; the glue dispenser 1 is started, after the sealant overflows from the clamping groove 7, the gluing sealing head 3 moves at a constant speed along the edge of the composite material part 4, and the sealant is extruded by the clamping groove 7 to be molded.
