Abstract
本发明公开了一种中高粘度出胶针头,包括阶梯型进胶管,所述阶梯型进胶管的一端设置有针管,且针管远离阶梯型进胶管的一端套接有出胶管,且出胶管远离针管的一端套接有出胶头,所述出胶头的大小与出胶管的大小相适配,所述针管靠出胶管一端的内壁开设有出胶腔,且出胶腔的截面为等腰梯形结构,所述针管的外壁涂抹有PTFE涂层,且PTFE涂层的厚度为0.1‑0.2毫米,所述出胶管的内壁设置有特氟龙涂层,且特氟龙涂层的厚度为0.1‑0.2毫米。本发明阶梯型进胶管能够增加针头固定端直径,提高针头安装稳定性,方便整体机床加工,保证精度,针头喷涂PTFE涂层,能够改善针头挂胶现象,满足人们的使用需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及出胶针头技术领域,尤其涉及一种中高粘度出胶针头。
背景技术
胶水是连接两种材料的中间体,多以水剂出现,属于精细化工类,种类繁多,主要以粘料、物理形态、硬化方法和被粘物材质来进行分类,常见的有瞬间胶、环氧树脂粘结类、厌氧胶水、UV胶水(紫外线光固化类)、热熔胶、压敏胶、乳胶类等。
在胶水灌装的过程中,常常需要用到出胶针头,以提高胶水灌装的准确性,我们在使用的过程中常常会发现,传统的针头存在针头精度差,安装过程位置容易偏移和使用的过程中容易出现挂胶现象的缺点,显然已经无法满足人们的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种中高粘度出胶针头。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种中高粘度出胶针头,包括阶梯型进胶管,所述阶梯型进胶管的一端设置有针管,且针管远离阶梯型进胶管的一端套接有出胶管,且出胶管远离针管的一端套接有出胶头,所述出胶头的大小与出胶管的大小相适配。
进一步的,所述针管靠出胶管一端的内壁开设有出胶腔,且出胶腔的截面为等腰梯形结构。
进一步的,所述针管的外壁涂抹有PTFE涂层,且PTFE涂层的厚度为0.1-0.2毫米。
进一步的,所述出胶管的内壁设置有特氟龙涂层,且特氟龙涂层的厚度为0.1-0.2毫米。
进一步的,所述针管为铝材质,且针管为空心圆柱体结构。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、该中高粘度出胶针头,通过设置有阶梯型进胶管和PTFE涂层,阶梯型进胶管能够增加针头固定端直径,提高针头安装稳定性,方便整体机床加工,保证精度,针头喷涂PTFE涂层,能够改善针头挂胶现象,满足人们的使用需求。
2、该中高粘度出胶针头,通过设置有出胶腔和特氟龙涂层,由于出胶腔的截面为等腰梯形结构,从而能够方便针管内的胶水进入至出胶管内,特氟龙涂层能够起到良好的防粘效果,可以防止出胶管由于胶水粘接造成堵塞的情况发生。
该装置中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现,该装置设计结构合理,使用方便,满足人们的使用需求。

本发明中,针管2靠出胶管5一端的内壁开设有出胶腔4,且出胶腔4的截面为等腰梯形结构,针管2的外壁涂抹有PTFE涂层3,且PTFE涂层3的厚度为0.1-0.2毫米,出胶管的内壁设置有特氟龙涂层,且特氟龙涂层的厚度为0.1-0.2毫米,针管2为铝材质,且针管2为空心圆柱体结构,出胶腔4的截面为等腰梯形结构,从而能够方便针管2内的胶水进入至出胶管5内,特氟龙涂层7能够起到良好的防粘效果,可以防止出胶管5由于胶水粘接造成堵塞的情况发生。
工作原理:使用时,阶梯型进胶管3能够增加针头固定端直径,提高针头安装稳定性,方便整体机床加工,保证精度,针头喷涂PTFE涂层5,能够改善针头挂胶现象,出胶腔4的截面为等腰梯形结构,从而能够方便针管2内的胶水进入至出胶管5内,特氟龙涂层7能够起到良好的防粘效果,可以防止出胶管5由于胶水粘接造成堵塞的情况发生。

1.一种中高粘度出胶针头,包括阶梯型进胶管(1),其特征在于,所述阶梯型进胶管(1)的一端设置有针管(2),且针管(2)远离阶梯型进胶管(1)的一端套接有出胶管(5),且出胶管(5)远离针管(2)的一端套接有出胶头(6),所述出胶头(6)的大小与出胶管(5)的大小相适配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中高粘度出胶针头,其特征在于,所述针管(2)靠出胶管(5)一端的内壁开设有出胶腔(4),且出胶腔(4)的截面为等腰梯形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中高粘度出胶针头,其特征在于,所述针管(2)的外壁涂抹有PTFE涂层(3),且PTFE涂层(3)的厚度为0.1-0.2毫米。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种中高粘度出胶针头,其特征在于,所述出胶管的内壁设置有特氟龙涂层,且特氟龙涂层的厚度为0.1-0.2毫米。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种中高粘度出胶针头,其特征在于,所述针管(2)为铝材质,且针管(2)为空心圆柱体结构。
