In the embodiment, the card pulling device 3 is driven by a planetary gear reducer 4 and a card shuffling large disc 1, a primary reduction driving pair 42 is arranged between the planetary gear reducer 4 and the card shuffling large disc 1, and a secondary reduction driving pair 43 is arranged between the planetary gear reducer 4 and the card pulling device 3; so that the power of the shuffling large disc 1 is transmitted to the card shifter 3 through the planetary gear reducer 4 in a speed reducing way, and the card shifter 3 are in differential transmission.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in combination with fig. 3, the planetary gear reducer 4 includes a carrier 41 circumferentially positioned with the positioning seat portion 23 of the center shaft seat 2, the carrier 41 includes a carrier body 41a having a second center hole 41b, three protrusions 41c are formed on an inner peripheral wall of the second center hole 41b, and three recess areas 21 adapted thereto are formed on an outer peripheral wall of the positioning seat portion 23. When the carrier 41 is mounted on the positioning seat 23, the protruding portions 41c are fitted into the corresponding recessed areas 21, forming circumferential positioning of the carrier 41.
As can be seen in fig. 4 and 5, each of the projections 41c of the planet carrier body 41a includes a radial boss 41ca, and the end of the radial boss 41ca facing the axis of the second central hole 41b is provided with a plurality of radial positioning latches 41cb; correspondingly, each concave area 21 of the positioning seat 23 comprises a radial groove 21a matched with the radial boss 41ca and a radial positioning clamping groove 21b matched with the radial positioning clamping tooth 41 cb.
When the planet carrier 41 is mounted on the positioning seat 23, the nested radial boss 41ca and radial groove 21a, radial positioning latch 41cb and radial positioning latch 21b form a double circumferential positioning of the planet carrier 41, while the bottom surfaces of the radial groove 21a and radial positioning latch 41cb naturally form a limit step 22 under the planet carrier 41; and the locking seat 6 above the planet carrier 41 is arranged on the external thread seat 24 in a threaded manner, and the locking seat 6 cooperates with the limiting step 22 to limit the axial position of the planet carrier 41 on the central shaft seat 2.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the planet carrier body 41a has turned-out rims 41d at both ends, and a planet wheel mounting space 44 is formed between the turned-out rims 41 d. Three primary reduction planetary gears 42a are uniformly arranged in the inner circumference of the planetary gear installation space 44, and two ends of a central shaft of each primary reduction planetary gear 42a are respectively in running fit with corresponding flanging 41 d; one of the primary reduction planets 42a is also fixedly coupled to a secondary reduction planet 43a.
As shown in fig. 3, a power input gear 42b meshed with each primary reduction planetary gear 42a is fixed to the top surface of the large shuffling tray 1, and the power input gear 42b and the primary reduction planetary gears 42a constitute a primary reduction gear pair 42. As shown in fig. 7, in combination with fig. 4, the power input gear 42b of the present embodiment is an external gear, and the power input gear 42b is located at the inner ring of the primary reduction planetary gear 42a in transmission; in order to facilitate the engagement of the power input gear 42b with the primary reduction planetary gear 42a, the center of the planet carrier body 41a is further formed with a third center hole 41e communicating with the second center hole 41b, the third center hole 41e having an inner diameter larger than that of the second center hole 41b, and the power input gear 42b being located in the third center hole 41e when the large shuffling tray 1 and the planetary gear reducer 4 are both assembled to the center hub 2; the carrier body 41a is formed with a first through-hole 41f for communicating the third center hole 41e and the planetary gear installation space 44 so that the primary reduction planetary gear 42a meshes with the power input gear 42 b.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the bottom surface of the card holder 31 is integrally formed with a power output gear 43b engaged with the secondary reduction planetary gear 43a, the power output gear 43b being located at the opening outer edge of the fifth center hole 31a, the power output gear 43b and the secondary reduction planetary gear 43a constituting the secondary reduction gear pair 43. The power output gear 43b of the present embodiment is also an external gear, and the power output gear 43b is also positioned at the inner ring of the secondary reduction planetary gear 43a at the time of transmission; in order to facilitate the engagement transmission of the two, the top surface of the planet carrier body 41a is further concavely provided with an annular avoidance groove 41g for accommodating the power output gear 43b, and the planet carrier body 41a is further formed with a second through hole 41h for communicating the annular avoidance groove 41g with the planet wheel installation space 44 so that the secondary reduction planet gear 43a is engaged with the power output gear 43 b.
Since the power input gear 42b and the power output gear 43b are both external gears, in this embodiment, the card skimmer 3 rotates in the same direction as the shuffling tray 1, and shuffling noise is greatly reduced. To further reduce shuffling noise, the number of playing bars 32 may also be reduced to four or less.
The mahjong machine shuffling device of the embodiment has the working principle that:
in the front shuffling stage, the variable speed driving mechanism 5 drives the large shuffling tray 1 to rotate slowly, the power input gear 42b distributes the power of the large shuffling tray 1 to the secondary reduction planetary gear 43a in a speed reducing manner through the primary reduction transmission pair 42, and the power of the secondary reduction planetary gear is distributed to the poker machine 3 in a speed reducing manner through the secondary reduction transmission pair 43, so that the poker machine 3 rotates in the same direction and at a differential speed relative to the large shuffling tray 1, and the difference of the rotational speeds of the two is small in the process, so that a large number of mahjong tiles on the top surface of the large shuffling tray 1 can be shifted in time;
in the later stage of shuffling, the variable speed driving mechanism 5 drives the large shuffling tray 1 to rotate rapidly, the power input gear 42b distributes the power of the large shuffling tray 1 to the secondary reduction planetary gear 43a in a speed reducing manner through the primary reduction transmission pair 42, and the power of the secondary reduction planetary gear is distributed to the poker machine 3 in a speed reducing manner through the secondary reduction transmission pair 43, so that the poker machine 3 rotates in the same direction and at a differential speed relative to the large shuffling tray 1, and the rotational speed difference between the two is large in the process, which is suitable for the situation that only a small amount of mahjong pieces are remained on the large shuffling tray 1 without high-frequency poker.
Example 2
The shuffling device of the mahjong machine is basically the same as that of the embodiment 1, except that: the power input gear 42b and the power output gear 43b are both internal gears, and in the running process of the planetary gear reducer 4, the power input gear 42b is located at the outer ring of the primary reduction planetary gear 42a, and the power output gear 43b is located at the outer ring of the secondary reduction planetary gear 43a, so that the third central hole 41e, the annular avoidance groove 41g, the first through hole 41f and the second through hole 41h are not required to be provided on the planet carrier body 41a in this embodiment. In this embodiment, the card shooter 3 and the large shuffling tray 1 are rotated in the same direction as in embodiment 1.
Example 3
The shuffling device of the mahjong machine is basically the same as that of the embodiment 1, except that: the power input gear 42b of the present embodiment is an external gear, and the power input gear 42b is an internal gear; accordingly, only the third central hole 41e and the first through hole 41f are opened on the planet carrier body 41a, and the annular avoidance groove 41g and the second through hole 41h are not provided.
Based on this, in this embodiment, the rotation direction of the card shooter 3 and the shuffling tray 1 is opposite, which significantly accelerates the shuffling speed and shortens the shuffling time. To further increase the shuffling speed, the number of card bars 32 in this embodiment may be increased to four or more.
Example 4
The shuffling device of the mahjong machine is basically the same as that of the embodiment 1, except that: the power input gear 42b of the present embodiment is an internal gear, and the power input gear 42b is an external gear; accordingly, only the annular escape groove 41g and the second through-hole 41h are opened on the carrier body 41a, and the third center hole 41e and the first through-hole 41f are not provided.
In this embodiment, as in embodiment 3, the direction of rotation of the card skimmer 3 and the shuffling tray 1 is also reversed.
Claims (6)
1. The mahjong machine shuffling device comprises a shuffling large disc (1) and a central shaft seat (2) arranged in the center of the shuffling large disc (1), wherein the shuffling large disc (1) is rotationally connected with the central shaft seat (2), and a poker shifter (3) arranged above the shuffling large disc (1) is rotationally connected to the central shaft seat (2); the novel card shuffling machine is characterized in that a planetary gear reducer (4) for realizing transmission between the card shuffling large disc (1) and the card poking device (3) is arranged on the central shaft seat (2), and the planetary gear reducer (4) and the central shaft seat (2) are circumferentially positioned;
the card pulling device is characterized in that a card pulling shaft seat part (25), a positioning seat part (23) and a card shuffling shaft seat part (26) which are sequentially arranged from the top end to the bottom end of the central shaft seat (2) are formed on the central shaft seat, wherein the card pulling shaft seat part (25) is used for installing a card pulling device (3), the card shuffling shaft seat part (26) is used for installing a card shuffling large disc (1), and the positioning seat part (23) is used for installing a planetary gear reducer (4);
a primary speed reduction transmission pair (42) is arranged between the planetary gear reducer (4) and the shuffling large disc (1), and a secondary speed reduction transmission pair (43) is arranged between the planetary gear reducer (4) and the card poking device (3);
the planetary gear reducer (4) comprises a planet carrier (41) which is positioned circumferentially with the central shaft seat (2) and is limited axially, the primary reduction transmission pair (42) comprises a primary reduction planetary gear (42 a) which is connected to the planet carrier (41) in a rotating way, and a power input gear (42 b) which is driven to rotate by the shuffling large disc (1), and the power input gear (42 b) is meshed with the primary reduction planetary gear (42 a);
the secondary speed reduction transmission pair (43) comprises a secondary speed reduction transmission gear which is rotationally connected to the planet carrier (41) and a power output gear (43 b) which is fixedly arranged on the card pulling device (3), the secondary speed reduction transmission gear is meshed with the power output gear (43 b), and the secondary speed reduction transmission gear and the primary speed reduction transmission gear are coaxially arranged;
the planet carrier (41) comprises a planet carrier body (41 a), wherein both ends of the planet carrier body (41 a) are provided with outward flanges (41 d), and a planet wheel installation space (44) for installing a primary reduction planet gear (42 a) and a secondary reduction planet gear (43 a) is formed between the two outward flanges (41 d).

The shuffling device of mahjong machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the planet carrier (41) comprises a planet carrier body (41 a) with a second central hole (41 b), a convex part (41 c) or a concave area is formed on the inner peripheral wall of the second central hole (41 b), and a concave area (21) or a convex area matched with the convex area is formed on the outer peripheral wall of the positioning seat (23).
