The dice tray, the bowl 73, the bracket 72 and the lifting rod 71 are all conventional structures in the art, and will not be described in detail in this embodiment.
The descent control device 100 of the present embodiment further includes a silencing cover 8, and the silencing cover 8 is fixedly disposed on the outer periphery of the jacking mechanism 7, so that the jacking mechanism 7 can be lifted and lowered synchronously. As shown in fig. 3, the silencing cover 8 of this embodiment includes an umbrella-shaped portion 81, a cylindrical portion 82 and a funnel-shaped portion 83 which are sequentially disposed from bottom to top, the umbrella-shaped portion 81, the cylindrical portion 82 and the funnel-shaped portion 83 are coaxially disposed and integrally formed, the silencing cover 8 of this embodiment is integrally made of a silica gel material, and the silencing cover 8 encloses the entire jacking mechanism 7, so that noise generated by collision between mahjong tiles on a table surface and the jacking mechanism 7 when the mahjong tiles fall from a tile falling channel is avoided.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, an axial limiter 9 for ensuring synchronous lifting and lowering of the muffler cover 8 and the bracket 72 is provided between the cylindrical portion 82 and the bracket 72, the axial limiter 9 includes an annular groove 91 formed between the bracket bowl 73 and the bracket 72, and one end of the cylindrical portion 82 facing the funnel portion 83 has a convex edge 92 fitted into the annular groove 91. As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 9, in the present embodiment, at least one radially extending bar-shaped groove 81a penetrating each other with both sides of the umbrella-shaped part 81 is formed on the umbrella-shaped part 81, and the outer end of the bar-shaped groove 81a is located at the outer periphery of the umbrella-shaped part 81; the umbrella surface of the umbrella-shaped part 81 facing to one side of the dice tray is also provided with a reinforcing protrusion 81b positioned at the outer edge of the opening of the strip-shaped groove 81a, and the reinforcing protrusion 81b radially extends from the outer end of the strip-shaped groove 81a to the central through hole of the umbrella-shaped part 81 along the umbrella-shaped part 81; it can be seen that the length of the reinforcing protrusion 81b is longer than the length of the bar-shaped groove 81 a.
After the strip-shaped grooves 81a are formed, mahjong tiles falling onto the umbrella-shaped parts 81 not only fall along the outer edges of the umbrella-shaped parts 81, but also fall from the strip-shaped grooves 81a, so that poor tile pressing effect caused by that all mahjong tiles fall on the outer edges of the umbrella-shaped parts is avoided. The reinforcing protrusions 81b not only enable the umbrella-shaped part 81 at the opening edge of the strip-shaped groove 81a to have better pressure resistance, but also have a certain blocking effect on the mahjong pieces, and further slow down the falling speed of the mahjong pieces from the strip-shaped groove 81 a.
As shown in fig. 10 and 12, in the present embodiment, the center shaft seat 2 is formed with a card pulling shaft seat 25, an external thread seat 24, a positioning seat 23 and a shuffling shaft seat 26 in order from top to bottom, the outer diameters of the card pulling shaft seat 25, the external thread seat 24 and the shuffling shaft seat 26 are increased in order, and the positioning seat 23 is equivalent to the outer diameter of the shuffling shaft seat 26; wherein, dial the tablet axle seat 25 and be used for installing and dial the tablet 3, shuffle axle seat 26 is used for installing and shuffle the big dish 1, and location seat 23 is used for installing and is used for realizing the planetary gear reducer 4 of the differential transmission of big dish of shuffling and dial.

As can be seen from fig. 2, in this embodiment, the gear rings of the two transmission gears 51 are disposed opposite to each other, and the two driving gears 52 are driven by the same shuffling motor 53, and each driving gear 52 is unidirectionally driven by the shuffling motor 53.
As shown in fig. 3 and 10, the top surface of the shuffling large tray 1 is provided with a card pulling device 3, the card pulling device 3 comprises a card pulling seat 31 rotatably connected with a card pulling shaft seat portion 25 of a central shaft seat 2 through a bearing, the card pulling seat 31 is umbrella-shaped, a fifth central hole 31a which is convenient for installing the card pulling shaft seat portion 25 is formed in the center of the card pulling seat 31, and a plurality of card pulling strips 32 are arranged at the edge of the flaring end of the umbrella-shaped card pulling seat 31. The top surface of the playing card holder 31 is also fixedly provided with an end cover 33 at the end of the central shaft seat 2 by a fastener, and the center of the end cover 33 is only provided with a fourth central hole 33a which is convenient for the lifting rod 71 to pass through.
In the embodiment, the card pulling device 3 is driven by a planetary gear reducer 4 and a card shuffling large disc 1, a primary reduction driving pair 42 is arranged between the planetary gear reducer 4 and the card shuffling large disc 1, and a secondary reduction driving pair 43 is arranged between the planetary gear reducer 4 and the card pulling device 3; so that the power of the shuffling large disc 1 is transmitted to the card shifter 3 through the planetary gear reducer 4 in a speed reducing way, and the card shifter 3 are in differential transmission.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, in combination with fig. 10, the planetary gear reducer 4 includes a carrier 41 circumferentially positioned with the positioning seat portion 23 of the center shaft seat 2, the carrier 41 includes a carrier body 41a having a second center hole 41b, three projections 41c are formed on an inner peripheral wall of the second center hole 41b, and three recess areas 21 adapted thereto are formed on an outer peripheral wall of the positioning seat portion 23. When the carrier 41 is mounted on the positioning seat 23, the protruding portions 41c are fitted into the corresponding recessed areas 21, forming circumferential positioning of the carrier 41.
As can be seen in fig. 11 and 12, each of the projections 41c of the planet carrier body 41a includes a radial boss 41ca, and the radial boss 41ca has a plurality of radial positioning latches 41cb at an end facing the axis of the second central hole 41 b; correspondingly, each concave area 21 of the positioning seat 23 comprises a radial groove 21a matched with the radial boss 41ca and a radial positioning clamping groove 21b matched with the radial positioning clamping tooth 41 cb.
When the planet carrier 41 is mounted on the positioning seat 23, the nested radial boss 41ca and radial groove 21a, radial positioning latch 41cb and radial positioning latch 21b form a double circumferential positioning of the planet carrier 41, while the bottom surfaces of the radial groove 21a and radial positioning latch 41cb naturally form a limit step 22 under the planet carrier 41; and the locking seat 6 above the planet carrier 41 is arranged on the external thread seat 24 in a threaded manner, and the locking seat 6 cooperates with the limiting step 22 to limit the axial position of the planet carrier 41 on the central shaft seat 2.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11 and 14, the planet carrier body 41a is provided at both ends with turned-out rims 41d, and a planet wheel mounting space 44 is formed between the turned-out rims 41 d. Three primary reduction planetary gears 42a are uniformly arranged in the inner circumference of the planetary gear installation space 44, and two ends of a central shaft of each primary reduction planetary gear 42a are respectively in running fit with corresponding flanging 41 d; one of the primary reduction planets 42a is also fixedly coupled to a secondary reduction planet 43a.
As shown in fig. 10, a power input gear 42b meshed with each primary reduction planetary gear 42a is fixed to the top surface of the large shuffling tray 1, and the power input gear 42b and the primary reduction planetary gears 42a constitute a primary reduction gear pair 42. As shown in fig. 7 in combination with fig. 11, the power input gear 42b of the present embodiment is an external gear, and the power input gear 42b is located at the inner ring of the primary reduction planetary gear 42a in transmission; in order to facilitate the engagement of the power input gear 42b with the primary reduction planetary gear 42a, the center of the planet carrier body 41a is further formed with a third center hole 41e communicating with the second center hole 41b, the third center hole 41e having an inner diameter larger than that of the second center hole 41b, and the power input gear 42b being located in the third center hole 41e when the large shuffling tray 1 and the planetary gear reducer 4 are both assembled to the center hub 2; the carrier body 41a is formed with a first through-hole 41f for communicating the third center hole 41e and the planetary gear installation space 44 so that the primary reduction planetary gear 42a meshes with the power input gear 42 b.
As shown in fig. 11 and 13, the bottom surface of the card holder 31 is integrally formed with a power output gear 43b engaged with the secondary reduction planetary gear 43a, the power output gear 43b being located at the opening outer edge of the fifth center hole 31a, the power output gear 43b and the secondary reduction planetary gear 43a constituting the secondary reduction gear pair 43. The power output gear 43b of the present embodiment is also an external gear, and the power output gear 43b is also positioned at the inner ring of the secondary reduction planetary gear 43a at the time of transmission; in order to facilitate the engagement transmission of the two, the top surface of the planet carrier body 41a is further concavely provided with an annular avoidance groove 41g for accommodating the power output gear 43b, and the planet carrier body 41a is further formed with a second through hole 41h for communicating the annular avoidance groove 41g with the planet wheel installation space 44 so that the secondary reduction planet gear 43a is engaged with the power output gear 43 b.
Since the power input gear 42b and the power output gear 43b are both external gears, in this embodiment, the card skimmer 3 rotates in the same direction as the shuffling tray 1, and shuffling noise is greatly reduced. To further reduce shuffling noise, the number of playing bars 32 may also be reduced to four or less.
The working principle of the noise reduction system of the mute mahjong machine is as follows:
when shuffling is needed, a player operates the dice trays, and the jacking mechanism 7 ascends to lift the dice trays from the card falling port of the tabletop so as to expose the card falling channel; simultaneously, the silencing cover 8 and the jacking mechanism 7 ascend synchronously to reach the license plate receiving position; the mahjong tiles on the table top are pushed into the tile falling channel by a player, the mahjong tiles cannot directly strike the supporting bowl 73 and the bracket 72 under the protection of the funnel-shaped part 83 and the cylindrical part 82, and the mahjong tiles cannot directly fall onto the large shuffling tray 1 under the bearing of the umbrella-shaped part 81, but fall onto the umbrella-shaped part 81 firstly, then roll down from the outer edge of the umbrella-shaped part 81 or roll down from each strip-shaped groove 81a, and finally fall onto the large shuffling tray 1; after all mahjong pieces fall onto the shuffling large tray 1, the jacking mechanism 7 descends, so that the dice tray returns to the mahjong piece falling port of the tabletop again; the silencing cover also descends synchronously along with the jacking mechanism to cover the shuffling large disc 1 to reach the card pressing position;
starting shuffling; in the front shuffling stage, the variable speed driving mechanism 5 drives the large shuffling tray 1 to rotate slowly, the power input gear 42b distributes the power of the large shuffling tray 1 to the secondary reduction planetary gear 43a in a speed reducing manner through the primary reduction transmission pair 42, and the power of the secondary reduction planetary gear is distributed to the poker machine 3 in a speed reducing manner through the secondary reduction transmission pair 43, so that the poker machine 3 rotates in the same direction and at a differential speed relative to the large shuffling tray 1, and the difference of the rotational speeds of the two is small in the process, so that a large number of mahjong tiles on the top surface of the large shuffling tray 1 can be shifted in time;
in the later shuffling period, the variable speed driving mechanism 5 drives the large shuffling tray 1 to rotate rapidly, the power input gear 42b distributes the power of the large shuffling tray 1 to the secondary reduction planetary gear 43a in a speed reducing manner through the primary reduction transmission pair 42, and the power of the secondary reduction planetary gear is distributed to the poker machine 3 in a speed reducing manner through the secondary reduction transmission pair 43, so that the poker machine 3 rotates in the same direction and at a different speed relative to the large shuffling tray 1, and the rotating speed difference between the two is larger in the process, which is suitable for the situation that only a small amount of mahjong pieces are left on the large shuffling tray 1 without high-frequency poker;
in the rotation process of the shuffling large tray 1, the silencing cover 8 can synchronously rotate under the driving of friction force between the umbrella-shaped part 81 and mahjong pieces, and the umbrella-shaped part 81 applies pressure to the mahjong pieces on the shuffling large tray, so that the phenomenon that the mahjong pieces are rapidly fallen down after being stirred and are strongly impacted with other mahjong pieces to generate noise is avoided.
Example 2
