Abstract
The invention discloses a bean curd frying device, which comprises: frame, heating mechanism conveyer and elevating system. The frame is provided with a frying tank; the heating mechanism is used for providing heat for the frying tank; a conveyor adapted to be contained within said frying tank, the conveyor for conveying the tofu; the lifting mechanism is in driving connection with the conveyor and is used for driving the conveyor to perform lifting motion so that the conveyor is immersed in the frying pool or floats from the frying pool. The lifting mechanism 3 is connected with the conveyor 2 in a driving mode, and the lifting mechanism 3 is used for driving the conveyor 2 to perform lifting motion so that the conveyor 2 is immersed into the frying pool 11 or floats from the frying pool 11. Claims (10)
1. A bean curd frying apparatus, comprising:
a rack having a frying tank;
the heating mechanism is used for providing heat for the frying tank;
a conveyor adapted to be received within the frying tank for conveying the tofu;
and the lifting mechanism is in driving connection with the conveyor and is used for driving the conveyor to perform lifting motion so that the conveyor is immersed in the frying tank or floats from the frying tank.
2. A bean curd frying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the heating means is provided on the frame, the heating means includes a gas burner and a heating plate installed directly above the gas burner, and the heating plate is thermally connected to the frying bath.
3. A bean curd frying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of gas burners and a plurality of heating plates are provided, each gas burner corresponding to one heating plate, the plurality of heating plates being provided at intervals along the conveying direction of the conveyor; the heating plate forms a part of the bottom wall of the frying pan.
4. A bean curd frying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the elevating means is provided with at least two elevating means, two elevating means are provided at intervals in the conveying direction of the conveyor, and the elevating means is provided with a stopper means for supporting the conveyor to prevent the conveyor from rising and falling accidentally.
5. A bean curd frying apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the elevating mechanism has an inverted U-shaped structure, and the elevating mechanism comprises a first vertical rod, a cross rod and a second vertical rod connected in sequence, and the first vertical rod and the second vertical rod are respectively provided with horizontal through holes which are oppositely arranged; the blocking mechanism comprises an inserting and pulling rod, the inserting and pulling rod is detachably connected with the horizontal through holes in an inserting and pulling mode, so that the inserting and pulling rod is connected with the horizontal through holes simultaneously, the conveyor can be supported and blocked above the inserting and pulling rod.

A soy curd frying apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein each of said first and second vertical bars is provided with a pair of spaced apart sprockets spaced apart in the height direction, each pair of sprockets being driven by a chain, said conveyor being connected to a plurality of said chains, at least one of said sprockets being drivingly connected to a first motor.

A bean curd frying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the frame is provided with an oil outlet and an oil inlet which are communicated with the frying tank, the bean curd frying apparatus further comprises a filter tank and an oil storage tank, and the oil outlet, the filter tank, the oil storage tank and the oil inlet are sequentially communicated and provide power through a pump.
8. A bean curd frying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the conveyor is provided at its outer periphery with a plurality of partitions disposed at intervals, and an accommodating area for accommodating bean curd is formed between adjacent partitions; the top of conveyer is equipped with keeps off the material spare, keep off the material spare and be located directly over the baffle, keep off the material spare and be used for blockking bean curd below the oil level.
9. A bean curd frying apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the material blocking member is a conveying mechanism including a driving wheel, a conveying belt drivingly connected to the driving wheel, and a plurality of stopper rods connected to the conveying belt and spaced apart from each other in a conveying direction of the conveying belt, wherein a driving motor of the conveying mechanism is drivingly connected to the driving wheel through a driving belt, and the stopper rods are used to restrict the bean curd below the surface of the oil.
10. A bean curd frying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the conveyor comprises a conveying body and a pot cover, the pot cover is connected with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is connected with a handle, the rotating shaft is further connected with a hook, and the handle is used for driving the rotating shaft to rotate so that the hook follows the rotating shaft to hook or release the conveying body; the lifting mechanism is in driving connection with the pot cover.
