Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to an information transmission method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium.

Background

In the prior art, information such as social culture, enterprise culture, notification, announcement and the like is transmitted to the social public based on paper media, television broadcasting, network advertisements, survey calls, short messages and the like. However, this information transmission method is only the active broadcast by the information sender, and the ordinary user passively accepts the information input, and the information sender and the information receiver cannot interact with each other, or can only interact with the user by telephone, short message, paper or electronic questionnaire, so that the content and form of the transmitted information are limited, and the feedback information of the user to the received information cannot be collected.

It can be seen that the information transmission method in the prior art still needs to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application provides an information transmission method, which can transmit information with rich content and form and collect feedback information aiming at the transmitted information.

In order to solve the above problem, in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an information communication method, including:

obtaining order information of a target order at a first client;

responding to the fact that an identification for receiving the transmitted information is arranged in the order information, and displaying prompt information transmitted by the execution information on a delivery information display page of the target order;

sending request information for acquiring transmission information to a preset information management server through the first client in response to the fact that a confirmation delivery inlet of the target order is triggered;

receiving feedback information of the preset information management server aiming at the request information;

and outputting the transmission information carried in the feedback information through the first client, and collecting a feedback result of a receiver of the target order aiming at the transmission information.

In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an information communication apparatus, including:

the order information acquisition module is used for acquiring the order information of the target order at the first client;

the prompt information display module is used for responding to the fact that the order information is provided with an identifier for receiving the transmitted information, and displaying the prompt information transmitted by the execution information on a distribution information display page of the target order;

the delivery information acquisition module is used for responding to the triggering of a confirmation delivery inlet of the target order and sending request information for acquiring delivery information to a preset information management server through the first client;

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

The information transmission method is suitable for application scenes including a physical entity receiving party and a physical entity sending party, such as a take-out scene, an online shopping scene and the like. The user generates an online order through the network platform, the delivery personnel performs order delivery online, and when the order is delivered, the delivery personnel and the order product receiving party are handed over face to face, and at the moment, the delivery personnel can perform information transmission to the order product receiving party. Taking a take-away application scenario as an example, a user orders a meal through a network platform to generate a take-away order, and a delivery person performs order delivery, and when the take-away order is delivered, the delivery person can simultaneously perform information transmission. In order to facilitate the reader to understand the technical solution of the present application, a takeaway application scenario in the examples of the present application is taken as an example, and a specific implementation of the information transmission method of the present application is described. In the takeaway scene, the first client is a distributor client (namely, a rider client), and the second client is a user client.

Example one

An information transmission method disclosed in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, includes: step 110 to step 150.

Step 110, at the first client, obtaining order information of the target order.

During the order distribution process performed by a distributor (such as a rider), the distributor obtains the order information of the target order by operating the first client. The target order in the embodiment of the present application may be a currently delivered order. The order information typically includes: the name of the order receiver, the contact information, the receiving address, the list of the order products and the like.

In some embodiments of the present application, if the order receiving party selects to receive the communication information when the order is generated by the operation, the order information further includes: an identification conveying information is received.

In some embodiments of the present application, the first client obtains a delivery order list of the delivery person and order information of each delivery order in the delivery order list by communicating with a preset order server. The delivery order list includes target orders.

Taking the information communication method described in the embodiment of the present application as an example of applying the information communication method to the information communication system shown in fig. 2, the information communication system includes: a first client 210, a second client 220, an information management server 230, a resource management server 240, and an order management server 250. In a specific application process, a user logs in the second client 220 and selects a product to generate an order through the second client 220; then, the second client 220 displays the order information on the order display page and displays a trigger switch for receiving the communication information (e.g., a button for prompting "participate in question and answer" is displayed on the order display page). After the user turns on the trigger switch, the second client 220 sets an identifier for receiving the transmitted information when generating the order data to be stored. In the order distribution process, a distributor interacts with the order management server 250 by operating the first client 210, and obtains an order list distributed by the distributor and order information of each order in the order list from the order management server 250. Then, the first client 210 parses the order information of each order in the order list, and displays the order list on a delivery information display page. Then, the first client 210 sends the request information for obtaining the communication information to the information management server 230. After receiving the request information, the information management server 230 selects one or more pieces of delivery information from the to-be-delivered information stored in the database, and feeds back the selected delivery information and reference feedback information corresponding to the selected delivery information to the first client 210.

In some embodiments of the application, the communication information may be question and answer information generated according to an enterprise publicity policy (such as enterprise core concept question and answer, enterprise advertisement language question and answer, enterprise knowledge question and answer, and the like), behavior description information generated according to public welfare behaviors (such as a mask needs to be worn during receiving goods in an epidemic situation), behavior description information generated for improving user experience of a user on a network platform, interesting question and answer information, and the like.

Step 140, receiving feedback information of the preset information management server for the request information.

The first client 210 receives the delivery information fed back by the information management server 230 and the reference feedback information corresponding to each delivery information. In some embodiments of the present application, the feedback information includes: conveying information and reference feedback information corresponding to the conveying information. In some embodiments of the present application, the outputting, by the first client, the delivery information carried in the feedback information and collecting a feedback result of the recipient of the target order for the delivery information includes: creating an interactive interface for executing information transmission at the first client, and displaying and/or broadcasting the transmission information carried in the feedback information in the interactive interface; at the first client, acquiring a feedback result of a receiver of the target order aiming at the conveyed information through the interactive interface; and sending the feedback result and the order identification of the target order to a preset resource management server through the first client, so that the preset resource management server configures resources with the quantity corresponding to the feedback result for the user account matched with the order identification according to the feedback result and/or pushes reference feedback information aiming at the transmission information.

After the first client 210 receives the feedback information of the information management server 230, an interactive interface for performing information communication is created at the first client, and the interactive interface is displayed in a display area of the first client 210, where the content displayed in the interactive interface includes: the feedback information comprises conveying information carried in the feedback information and reference feedback information corresponding to each conveying information. As shown in fig. 3, the

In some embodiments of the present application, said displaying and/or broadcasting, in the interactive interface, the communication information carried in the feedback information includes: displaying the communication information carried in the feedback information in the interactive interface; broadcasting the communication information to a receiver of the target order by operating an order distributor of the first client; or broadcasting the communication information to a receiver of the target order through the running equipment of the first client. For example, the delivery personnel broadcast the communication information displayed by the interactive interface to the target order receiver; for another example, the first client may convert the communication information into voice information to be broadcast to the target order recipient according to the trigger of the delivery person.

In other embodiments of the present application, the first client may further broadcast a prompt message to a recipient of the target order according to the type of the communication message. For example, when the communication information is behavior description information (for example, the communication information is "make a mouth gesture of company XX"), the first client broadcasts a prompt voice of "please make a mouth gesture of company XX on the camera" through the electronic device running the first client.

After the communication information is broadcasted to the receiver of the target order through the interactive interface, the first client further collects a feedback result of the receiver for the communication information. In some embodiments of the present application, at the first client, collecting, through the interactive interface, a feedback result of the recipient for the communicated information includes: acquiring a feedback result of the receiving party for the communication information by collecting the selection operation of the feedback result for the communication information in the interactive interface at the first client; or, at the first client, acquiring voice or image information of the receiver through operating equipment of the first client, and identifying the voice or image information to obtain a feedback result aiming at the transmitted information. For example, in some embodiments of the present application, the content displayed in the interactive interface further includes an input box for conveying information feedback results, and the distributor may select the feedback results (e.g., correct, half-pair, wrong) according to the feedback results (e.g., answers to questions, actions or gestures performed, whether a mask is worn, etc.) of the information conveyed by the order receiver. For another example, the first client collects voice or image information of the receiver through running equipment of the first client, identifies the voice or image information, matches the identified text with the reference feedback information, and determines a feedback result for the transmitted information according to the matching result; or recognizing the gesture or the posture or the image content (such as a mask) in the acquired image information, matching the recognized gesture or the posture or the image content with the reference feedback information, and determining the feedback result aiming at the transmission information according to the matching result.

After determining the feedback result of the receiving party of the target order for the communication information, the first client sends at least the feedback result and the order identifier of the target order to the resource management server 240 according to the trigger of the delivery personnel.

In some embodiments of the present application, when the feedback result indicates that the recipient of the target order performs completely correct feedback on the communication information, for example, the recipient correctly answers all questions, and the distributor selects the feedback result indicating correct through the interactive interface, the first client sends only the feedback result indicating correct and the order identifier of the target order to the resource management server 240 after detecting the selection operation of the distributor.

In other embodiments of the present application, when the feedback result indicates that the recipient of the target order performs a completely wrong feedback on the communication information, for example, the recipient does not answer any question correctly, and the delivery person selects the feedback result indicating the error through the interactive interface, the first client sends only the feedback result indicating the error, the order identifier of the target order, and the reference feedback information (such as an answer to the question answered by the recipient) to the resource management server 240 after detecting the selection operation of the delivery person.

In still other embodiments of the present application, when the feedback result indicates that the recipient of the target order performs a partially correct feedback on the communication information, for example, the recipient correctly answers a partial question, and the distributor selects a partially correct feedback result through an interactive interface, the first client sends only the partially correct feedback result, the order identifier of the target order, and reference feedback information (such as an answer to the question answered by the recipient) to the resource management server 240 after detecting the selection operation of the distributor.

After receiving the order identifier, the feedback result, and/or the reference feedback information sent by the first client, the resource management server 240 determines the user account of the receiving party according to the order identifier, and performs resource configuration and/or information push operation on the user account according to the feedback result. In some embodiments of the present application, the configuring, according to the feedback result, a quantity of resources corresponding to the feedback result for the user account matched with the order identifier and/or pushing reference feedback information for the communication information includes: identifying a matching user account configuration and a first amount of resources for the order in response to the feedback result indicating that the recipient of the targeted order performed fully correct feedback on the communicated information; in response to the feedback result indicating that the receiver of the target order performs a completely wrong feedback on the conveyed information, sending reference feedback information for the conveyed information to a login client of the user account matched with the order identification; responding to the feedback result indicating that the receiver of the target order performs partial correct feedback on the conveyed information, configuring resources with a second quantity for the user account matched with the order identification, and sending reference feedback information aiming at the conveyed information to a login client of the user account matched with the order identification; wherein the first number is greater than the second number.

For example, when the recipient of the target order answers all questions correctly, the resource management server 240 configures a first amount of virtual resources, such as a red pack, a coupon, or a bonus point, for the recipient user account of the target order, and the resource management server 240 may further send a resource configuration prompt message to the recipient user account. For another example, when the recipient of the target order answers some questions correctly, the resource management server 240 configures a second amount of virtual resources such as red packets, coupons, bonus points, etc. for the recipient user account of the target order, and meanwhile, the resource management server 240 pushes reference feedback information (such as correct answers) to the second client 220 logged in by the recipient user account of the target order, and meanwhile, the resource management server 240 may also send resource configuration prompt information to the recipient user account. Wherein the second number is less than the first number. For another example, when the recipient of the target order does not answer any question correctly, the resource management server 240 only pushes the reference feedback information to the second client 220 logged in by the recipient user account of the target order, and does not perform the resource configuration operation.

In some embodiments of the present application, after acquiring a feedback result of the recipient of the target order for the communication information, the method further includes: and receiving resource configuration prompt information and/or reference feedback information of a feedback result of the target order aiming at the communication information at the second client. For example, after receiving the communication information output by the first client, the recipient of the target order will further receive the resource configuration prompt information and/or the reference feedback information (e.g., including the number of bonus points, correct answers, etc.) pushed by the resource management server 240 for the communication information.

According to the information transmission method, the order generation and distribution system in the prior art is improved, the existing interaction process is modified, so that one-to-one transmission of information such as enterprise culture and public welfare information can be realized based on the improved order generation and distribution process, and the feedback result of a user for the transmitted information can be collected, so that the information transmission efficiency is improved, and the reliability of the information transmission result is improved.

On the other hand, the first client is operated by the distributor to carry out face-to-face information transmission on the user, so that text information, voice information and behavior information can be used as transmission information, the types of the transmission information are enriched, and the capability of the system for carrying out information transmission is further improved.

Taking the information communication method described in the embodiment of the present application as an example of applying the information communication method to the information communication system shown in fig. 2, the information communication system includes: a first client 210, a second client 220, an information management server 230, a resource management server 240, and an order management server 250. The second client may be a user client. In a specific application process, the user logs in the second client 220, and selects a product to generate an order through the second client 220.

After the second client 220 generates an order, the order data is sent to the order management server 250 for storage. Then, the second client 220 displays the order information on the order display page. In some embodiments of the application, after setting an identifier for receiving the communication information in the order information of the target order in response to the confirmation entry being opened, the method further includes: after receiving the communication information, receiving resource configuration hint information and/or reference feedback information for the communication information at the second client; wherein, the prompt information and/or the reference feedback information for the resource configuration are generated and sent by a preset resource management server in the following way: and the preset resource management server receives a feedback result aiming at the transmission information and the order identification of the target order sent by the first client, and configures resources with the quantity corresponding to the feedback result for the user account matched with the order identification according to the feedback result and/or pushes reference feedback information aiming at the transmission information.

The information transmission method disclosed by the embodiment of the application comprises the steps that after a user selects to receive transmission information when generating an order, an identifier for receiving the transmission information is set in the generated order information through a second client, then, in the order distribution process, when a first client acquires the order information of a target order, the first client responds to the fact that the identifier for receiving the transmission information is set in the order information, prompts delivery personnel to carry out information transmission by displaying prompt information for carrying out information transmission on a delivery information display page of the target order, and then responds to the fact that a delivery entrance of the target order is triggered, and sends request information for acquiring the transmission information to a preset information management server through the first client; receiving feedback information of the preset information management server aiming at the request information; the first client side transmits the transmission information carried in the feedback information to the target order receiving party, and collects the feedback result of the receiving party for the transmission information, so that the feedback result of the user for the transmission information can be collected while the information is transmitted to the user.

An information transmission device disclosed in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, includes:

an order information obtaining module 510, configured to obtain, at a first client, order information of a target order;

a prompt information display module 520, configured to display, in response to an identifier for receiving the transmitted information being set in the order information, a prompt information transmitted by the execution information on a delivery information display page of the target order;

a delivery information obtaining module 530, configured to send, by the first client, request information for obtaining delivery information to a preset information management server in response to a confirmation delivery entry of the target order being triggered;

In some embodiments of the present application, the conveyed information output and feedback collection module 540 is further configured to:

creating an interactive interface for executing information transmission at the first client, and displaying and/or broadcasting the transmission information carried in the feedback information in the interactive interface;

at the first client, acquiring a feedback result of a receiver of the target order aiming at the conveyed information through the interactive interface;

and sending the feedback result and the order identification of the target order to a preset resource management server through the first client, so that the preset resource management server configures resources with the quantity corresponding to the feedback result for the user account matched with the order identification according to the feedback result and/or pushes reference feedback information aiming at the transmission information.

In some embodiments of the present application, said displaying and/or broadcasting, in the interactive interface, the communication information carried in the feedback information includes:

displaying the communication information carried in the feedback information in the interactive interface;

broadcasting the communication information to a receiver of the target order by operating an order distributor of the first client; or broadcasting the communication information to a receiver of the target order through the running equipment of the first client.

In some embodiments of the present application, the collecting, at the first client, a feedback result of the recipient for the communication information through the interactive interface includes:

acquiring a feedback result of the receiving party for the communication information by collecting the selection operation of the feedback result for the communication information in the interactive interface at the first client; or,

and at the first client, acquiring voice or image information of the receiver through operating equipment of the first client, and identifying the voice or image information to obtain a feedback result aiming at the transmitted information.
