In the financial field, transaction information is generated after a transaction between users, and the transaction information may include user information of both parties of the transaction, a transaction amount, a transaction type, and the like. In order to record various types of transactions in a summary manner, it is generally necessary to generate accounting data according to the occurring transactions and report the accounting data to an upper-level unit.
The accounting is the specific matters of the accounting processing such as collection, arrangement, recording, calculation, final report and the like of original documents by realizing the accounting processing, and the accounting is required to be standard and accurate, and the effective implementation of accounting, accounting supervision and accounting criteria is ensured. If there is a data error in the accounting data, the information that the transaction occurred cannot be recorded correctly, resulting in an aggregation error. In addition, if the accounting data cannot be generated in time, the transaction information cannot be summarized in time.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, embodiments of the present specification provide an accounting compliance processing method, where an execution subject of the method may be a server or other electronic devices with data processing capability. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
s110: the method comprises the steps of obtaining accounting data of a preset time period, wherein the accounting data comprises transaction characteristics of transactions.
In the present embodiment, the accounting data may be acquired according to a generation time of the accounting data or a transaction occurrence time of the accounting data. For example, the accounting data within 24 hours of T day is acquired at 0 am of T +1 day, and the acquired accounting data may be the accounting data generated within 24 hours of T day.
Optionally, the accounting data of the preset time period includes accounting data of transactions occurring within the preset time period. For example, accounting data for transactions that occurred within 24 hours of T day is obtained at 0 am on day T + 1.
The obtained accounting data includes transaction characteristics of the transaction, and optionally, the transaction characteristics include at least one of transaction type, transaction currency, and transaction country. The transaction type may represent a specific transaction of the transaction, for example: earnings, sales, lending, transfers, etc. In the actual application process, the dividing rule of the transaction type can be set according to the actual requirement.
The currency of the transaction may refer to the currency type used in the transaction, such as: RMB, U.S. dollars, yen, pound, etc., may involve one or more currencies in a single transaction.
The trade country can refer to the country of both trading parties, the trade country can represent whether the trade belongs to cross-border trade, and the cross-border trade can refer to commodity and labor exchange between countries.
In the process of generating the accounting data according to the accounting data, transactions with different transaction characteristics often need to be processed according to different processing strategies, and the transaction characteristics of the transactions in the accounting data can be used for determining the matched processing strategies, so that the accounting data is processed by using the processing strategies matched with the transactions.
S120: and processing the transaction according to a first processing strategy matched with a transaction characteristic value and/or a transaction characteristic value combination of the transaction in the accounting data to generate first accounting data.
For a transaction in the accounting data, a processing policy corresponding to a certain transaction characteristic value of the transaction may be taken for processing. For example, the corresponding processing strategy is determined according to the transaction type of the transaction to process the transaction.
Or, processing the transaction according to a processing strategy corresponding to a combination of certain characteristic values of the transaction. For example, the corresponding processing strategy is determined according to the country and currency of the transaction to process the transaction.
Alternatively, the transaction is processed according to a processing policy corresponding to a certain feature value, or according to a processing policy corresponding to a combination of certain feature values, for example, the transaction is processed once according to a processing policy corresponding to a transaction type, and then the transaction is processed again according to a processing policy corresponding to a transaction currency.
S130: and if the accounting data is not processed within a preset time length after the accounting data is processed, processing the matched transaction in the unprocessed accounting data according to a second processing strategy matched with a transaction characteristic value and/or a transaction characteristic value combination in the unprocessed accounting data to generate second accounting data, wherein the processing speed of the second processing strategy is higher than that of the first processing strategy.
The preset time duration may be a time duration preset according to an actual requirement, for example, if the preset time duration is 5 hours, it is determined whether the account data has been processed after 5 hours of processing the account data, if not, a matched second processing policy is determined according to the unprocessed account data, and the unprocessed account data is processed according to the second processing policy. Since the processing speed of the second processing strategy is higher than that of the first processing strategy, the processing time of the accounting data can be shortened, and the accounting data can be processed in a desired time.
The second processing policy is matched with the transaction characteristic value and/or the combination of transaction characteristic values of the unprocessed account data, and the unprocessed account data can be processed according to the matched processing policy.
S140: generating the accounting data according to the first accounting data and the second accounting data.
And finally, generating the expenditure data according to the first accounting data processed by the first processing strategy and the second accounting data processed by the second processing strategy, wherein the expenditure data comprises the accounting data processed according to the processing strategy, and can represent the transaction characteristics of the transaction in the accounting data, so that the transaction can be summarized and counted conveniently.
In the embodiment of the specification, the accounting data is processed according to the first processing strategy matched with the transaction characteristics of the transaction in the accounting data, and if the processing of the accounting data is not completed within the preset time, the unprocessed accounting data is processed through the second processing strategy which is faster than the processing speed of the first processing strategy, so that the generation time of the accounting data is shortened, and the efficiency of generating the accounting data is improved. The embodiment can process the accounting data into the required accounting data, avoid data errors possibly caused by manual processing and ensure the accuracy of the accounting data.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the step S120 includes the following steps:
s210: transaction characteristics of a first target transaction in the accounting data are determined.
In practical applications, the accounting data often includes a plurality of transactions, and the transactions can be processed one by one. For a first target transaction that is unprocessed in the accounting data, a transaction characteristic of the first target transaction is determined.
Optionally, all values of the specified features of the first targeted transaction, or all combinations of specified feature combinations, are determined. The specified characteristic may be predetermined or generated based on the first targeted transaction. For example, the transaction type, currency, and country of the transaction for the first targeted transaction are determined.
In addition, in the process of acquiring the transaction characteristics, the transaction characteristics can be acquired according to preset characteristic rules. For example, the currency of the first target transaction is first obtained, and in the case where the currency of the transaction includes currencies other than rmb, the country of the transaction is then obtained.
For another example, the transaction type of the first target transaction is first obtained, and when the transaction type includes a loan type, the transaction currency is obtained.
Embodiments of the present description can obtain transaction characteristics of a first target transaction in the accounting data, thereby performing accounting processing for the transaction characteristics of each transaction in the accounting data.
In addition, only the data of the designated characteristic value or the designated characteristic value combination can be acquired according to the expenditure presentation requirement, so that the time of accounting processing is shortened, and the processing efficiency is improved.
S220: a first processing policy is determined that matches the transaction characteristics.
After determining the transaction characteristics of the transaction, a first processing policy may be determined based on a specified transaction characteristic value or a specified transaction characteristic combination of the transaction. For example, when the transaction currency includes currency other than rmb, a processing policy a matching the transaction currency is determined, a processing policy B matching the country of the transaction is determined, and a first processing policy is determined according to the processing policy a and the processing policy B.
For another example, when the transaction type does not include a loan type, a first processing policy that matches the transaction type is determined. When the transaction type includes a loan type, a first processing policy is determined that matches the transaction type and the transaction currency.
The processing strategy may be a processing strategy preset manually according to a history processing strategy or experience, or may be a processing strategy generated according to transaction characteristics. The manually preset processing strategy can be recorded in a table in advance corresponding to the transaction characteristics, and when the first processing strategy matched with the transaction characteristics is determined, the transaction characteristics are compared with the transaction characteristics in the table recorded in advance, so that the first processing strategy matched with the transaction characteristics is determined.
S230: processing the first target transaction according to the first processing policy to generate the first accounting data.
The first processing strategy is determined according to the transaction characteristics of the first target transaction, so that the first target transaction can be processed through the matched processing strategy, data errors possibly caused by manual processing are avoided, and the processed first financial data can represent the transaction characteristics of the first target transaction.
In addition, the first target transaction may be screened from the accounting data according to a preset first transaction characteristic before determining the transaction characteristic of the first target transaction. In practical application, the accounting data includes various transactions, and if the transactions in the accounting data are directly processed in sequence, frequent switching between various different processing strategies is often required to perform processing through a processing strategy matched with transaction characteristics.
In order to reduce the calculation amount and improve the processing efficiency, a first target transaction can be screened from the financial data according to a preset first transaction characteristic. Since the first target transactions obtained by screening have the same transaction characteristics, the processing strategies that can be matched are often the same. When the execution subject is the server, after at least one first target transaction with the same transaction characteristics is obtained through screening, a first processing strategy matched with the transaction characteristics of the at least one first target transaction can be determined, and therefore batch processing can be conducted efficiently.
Alternatively, after determining the first processing policy that the at least one first target transaction matches, the at least one first target transaction may also be assigned to the sub-server and the sub-server may be instructed to process the assigned at least one first target transaction according to the first processing policy. Therefore, the workload of the main server is reduced, and the overall processing efficiency is improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the step S130 includes the following steps:
s310: acquiring a target characteristic value corresponding to a target characteristic and/or a target characteristic value combination corresponding to a target characteristic combination in the unprocessed accounting data;
s320: determining at least one second target transaction in the unprocessed accounting data that matches the target feature value and/or the target feature value combination;
s330: processing the at least one second target transaction according to a second processing policy matching the target characteristic value and/or the target characteristic value combination to generate second accounting data.
Unprocessed accounting data may include transactions that are delayed in processing due to the presence of data errors or incompleteness, or may include transactions that have a complex transaction characteristic that results in a determined processing strategy that is too complex.
The target features may be manually set based on historical experience, and based on the target features, difficult or potentially erroneous transactions may be identified for efficient processing of those potentially problematic transactions.
Since it takes a preset time period to process the accounting data, in order to complete the generation of the accounting data within a required time, it is necessary to accelerate the processing speed of these unprocessed accounting data. In this embodiment, the transaction characteristic value and/or the combination of transaction characteristic values of the accounting data are obtained to determine the matched second processing policy.
In general, all values of the specified features in the accounting data or all combination conditions of the specified feature combinations can be obtained; or only the data of the specified characteristic value or the specified characteristic value combination can be acquired according to the charge-out requirement.
The processing speed of the determined second processing strategy is higher than that of the first processing strategy, and the unprocessed accounting data is processed through the second processing strategy, so that the generation time of the accounting data can be shortened, and the processing can be finished in the required time.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the step S110 includes the following steps:
s410: acquiring transaction data and a transaction report;
s420: and if the transaction data is matched with the transaction report, generating the accounting data according to the transaction data.
In this embodiment, the acquired transaction data may include a detailed list of the transaction, for example, user information of both parties of the transaction, transaction time, information associated with transaction characteristics, and the like. The trade report may be a trade report generated from the trade data, which may represent a summary of the trade data, such as the number of trades in the trade data, the total amount of trades, the number of currencies involved in the trade, and the like.
When the transaction data is matched with the transaction report, the acquired transaction data is complete, and data missing does not exist. If the transaction data and the transaction report are not matched, the obtained transaction data is indicated to be incomplete, for example, if the transaction quantity contained in the obtained transaction data is smaller than the transaction quantity in the transaction report, the obtained transaction data is indicated to be missing. And if the total transaction amount of each transaction in the acquired transaction data is less than the total transaction amount in the transaction report, indicating that the acquired transaction data is missing.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the specification, before account data is processed, the integrity of the acquired transaction data can be judged according to the matching condition of the transaction data and the transaction report. And under the condition that the acquired transaction data is determined to be complete without missing, generating accounting data again, so that the generated accounting data can be ensured to be complete, and the generated accounting data errors caused by the fact that the acquired source data is incomplete are avoided.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the step S140 includes the following steps:
s510: generating the billing data according to the first accounting data and the second accounting data if a sum of the first accounting data and the second accounting data matches the accounting data.
After the first accounting data and the second accounting data are obtained through processing, the accounting data obtained through processing are compared with the accounting data before processing. For example, it is determined whether the total amount of transactions before and after the accounting data processing matches, whether the number of transactions before and after the accounting data processing matches, and the like. Whether the account data are processed in a missing mode or not can be determined by judging whether the account data are matched before and after being processed. If there are unprocessed transactions in the accounting data, the transaction amount of the processed accounting data is often smaller than the transaction amount of the accounting data before processing.
When the sum of the first accounting data and the second accounting data is matched with the accounting data, it can be determined that missing processing does not exist in the accounting data processing process, the obtained accounting data is processed completely, and then the accounting data is generated according to the first accounting data and the second accounting data. The account data contains the characteristics of each transaction in the account data, so that each transaction in the account data is effectively recorded, and data missing is avoided.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, after step S140, the method further includes the following steps:
s610: reporting the charge-off data and the charge-off statement to a superior unit;
s620: acquiring a feedback result of the higher-level unit about the charge-out data and the charge-out report, wherein the feedback result is used for indicating whether the charge-out data is matched with the charge-out report or not;
s630: and executing the processing matched with the feedback result.
After generating the expenditure data, a corresponding expenditure report can be generated according to the expenditure data. The charge-out report may include an abstract of charge-out data, for example, information such as a total transaction amount, a transaction currency used, a country of transaction involved, and the like of transactions in the charge-out data, so that an upper-level unit can check the charge-out data according to the charge-out report.
The higher-level unit can determine whether the obtained expenditure data is complete or not by checking the expenditure data and the expenditure report, so that the condition that the reported data is incomplete is avoided. The superior unit can generate a feedback result according to the matching condition of the received expenditure data and the expenditure report.
After the server reports the charge-out data and the charge-out report, the server can acquire a feedback result fed back by a superior unit. And if the feedback result indicates that the expenditure presentation data is matched with the expenditure presentation form, the expenditure presentation data is completely reported. If the feedback result indicates that the expenditure data and the expenditure report are not matched, the expenditure data may be incompletely reported, or an error may occur when the expenditure report is generated.
The feedback result may include detailed information that the charge-out data and the charge-out report do not match, and the server may correct the feedback result or the charge-out report according to the non-matching detailed information. If the unmatched detailed information is different from the contents of the account-out data and the account-out report stored by the server, the unmatched account-out data and the account-out report received by a superior unit may be unmatched due to incomplete data transmission in the reporting process, and the account-out data and the account-out report can be reported again at the moment.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 7, after step S610, the method further includes the following steps:
s615: and if the feedback result is not obtained within the preset feedback duration, the charge-out data and the charge-out report form are reported again.
The preset feedback duration can be a time length manually set in advance, or a time length automatically generated according to the expenditure presentation requirement. For example, when the file volume of the charge-out data is large, the feedback time length is long, and when the file volume of the charge-out data is small, the feedback time length is short. The expenditure of a certain time is required in the transmission process of the charge-out data, and the charge-out data with a large file volume also needs a certain time to determine whether the charge-out data is matched with the charge-out report. And the preset feedback time length is determined according to the file volume of the charge-off data, so that the charge-off data and the charge-off report can be reasonably reported, and repeated reporting is avoided.
If the feedback result is not obtained within the preset feedback time, the reporting data is possibly incomplete, and the re-reporting of the charge-out data and the charge-out statement can facilitate the higher-level unit to generate the feedback result, so that the server can conveniently know whether the charge-out data is completely reported.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, as shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present specification further provides an accounting processing apparatus 800, including:
