Abstract

The embodiment of the disclosure provides a message processing method, a message processing device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, which can be applied to the financial field or other fields. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring original message content, wherein the original message content comprises service type information; determining a target message messenger matching the service type information from a plurality of message messengers, wherein each message messenger includes information related to message transmission; determining a message template according to a target message messenger; and generating the target message content according to the message template and the original message content.

Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a message processing method, a message processing apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium.
Background
With the development of internet technology, messaging channels and service types of message sending systems are increasing, so that service logics of services related to messages become increasingly complex, such as services of message management and message sending.
In implementing the disclosed concept, the inventors found that there are at least the following problems in the related art: adopting the related art easily leads to repeated development and code redundancy.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the disclosed embodiments provide a message processing method, a message processing apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium.
One aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure provides a message processing method, including: acquiring original message content, wherein the original message content comprises service type information; determining a target message messenger matching the service type information from a plurality of message messengers, wherein each message messenger includes information related to message transmission; determining a message template according to a target message messenger; and generating the target message content according to the message template and the original message content.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, before determining a target message messenger matching service type information from a plurality of message messengers, further comprising: acquiring a plurality of service promotion requests, wherein each service promotion request comprises service demand information; determining message configuration information according to service demand information in the service promotion request aiming at each service promotion request in a plurality of service promotion requests, wherein the message configuration information comprises service type information and a message template; and generating a message messenger corresponding to the service promotion request according to the message configuration information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, determining a target message messenger matching service type information from a plurality of message messengers includes: auditing the plurality of message messengers based on the auditing policy; and determining a target message messenger matched with the service type information from the plurality of message messengers under the condition that the plurality of message messengers are determined to meet the auditing condition.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the description is illustrative only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. In the following detailed description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the disclosure. In order to flexibly send the message to the user, a customized development mode can be adopted, namely, a corresponding message generation mode is customized and developed according to each service requirement information.
In implementing the disclosed concept, the inventors discovered that employing correlation techniques is relatively easy to lead to duplicative development and code redundancy. The inventors have found that the reason for the above-described problems in the related art is to customize the way in which messages are generated.
In order to solve the above problems in the related art, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide a message processing method, a message processing apparatus, and an electronic device capable of applying the method. The method comprises the steps of obtaining original message content, wherein the original message content comprises service type information, determining a target message messenger matched with the service type information from a plurality of message messengers according to the service type information, calling a corresponding message template based on the target message messenger, and generating target message content for sending according to the message template and the original message content.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, since the target message messenger can be flexibly set according to the service type information without customized development, repeated development and code redundancy caused by different information such as message content and messaging channel are reduced.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates an exemplary system architecture 100 to which a message processing method may be applied, according to an embodiment of the disclosure. It should be noted that fig. 1 is only an example of a system architecture to which the embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to help those skilled in the art understand the technical content of the present disclosure, and does not mean that the embodiments of the present disclosure may not be applied to other devices, systems, environments or scenarios.
As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture 100 according to this embodiment may include terminal devices 101, 102, 103, a network 104 and a server 105. The network 104 serves as a medium for providing communication links between the terminal devices 101, 102, 103 and the server 105. Network 104 may include various connection types, such as wired and/or wireless communication links, and so forth.
The user may use the terminal devices 101, 102, 103 to interact with the server 105 via the network 104 to receive or send messages or the like. The terminal devices 101, 102, 103 may have various messaging client applications installed thereon, such as a banking application, a shopping application, a web browser application, a search application, an instant messaging tool, a mailbox client, and/or social platform software, etc. (by way of example only).
The terminal devices 101, 102, 103 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 105 may be a server that provides various services, such as a background management server (for example only) that may be used to generate targeted message content providing support. The background management server can analyze and process the original message content and feed back the target message content to the terminal equipment.
It should be noted that the message processing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may be generally executed by the server 105. Accordingly, the message processing apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may be generally disposed in the server 105. The message processing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may also be executed by a server or a server cluster that is different from the server 105 and is capable of communicating with the terminal devices 101, 102, 103 and/or the server 105. Correspondingly, the message processing apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may also be disposed in a server or a server cluster different from the server 105 and capable of communicating with the terminal devices 101, 102, 103 and/or the server 105.

Fig. 2 schematically shows a flow chart of a message processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

In operation S210, original message content is acquired, wherein the original message content includes service type information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the original message information may be information carried in a message generation request sent by a service system, that is, an acquisition message generation request, where the message generation request may include original message content. The original message content may include service type information, which may include transaction channel information, transaction product information, and transaction service information. For banking, the transaction channel information may include at least one of an online banking transaction, a mobile banking transaction, an automated banking transaction, and a third party application transaction. The transaction product information may include debit and credit cards. The transaction service information may be used to characterize service information provided by the transaction product, such as a consumption reminder notification for a credit card.
A target message messenger matching the service type information is determined from a plurality of message messengers, each of which includes information related to message transmission, in operation S220.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the message messenger may be understood as an object in a programming language, and the message messenger sets information related to message transmission, which may be used as a basis for implementing rapid message expansion. The information related to message transmission may include service type information and a message template, that is, the message information may include the service type information and the message template.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of message messengers may be generated in advance for determining a target message messenger matching service type information, each message messenger being for one kind of service requirement information, i.e., each kind of service requirement information having a corresponding message messenger. After the service type information included in the original message content is obtained, a target message messenger matched with the service type information may be determined from among a plurality of message messengers according to the service type information, so that a message template for generating the target message content may be determined according to the target message information.

In operation S240, target message content is generated according to the message template and the original message content.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, since each message messenger may include the service type information and the message template, after the target message messenger is determined according to the service type information, the message template may be determined according to the target message information, and the message template may include a template variable and a template constant. The template variables are used to characterize fields that can be modified based on the message content, and the template constants are used to characterize fields that cannot be modified.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after the message template and the original message content are obtained, the variable value corresponding to the template variable can be obtained from the original message content, the variable value is filled into the template variable to obtain the variable information, and the target message content is generated according to the variable information and the template constant.

In the embodiments of the present disclosure, specific examples are explained below in conjunction with fig. 4 and 5 in order to better understand the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Fig. 4 illustrates a schematic diagram of a message processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, n message messengers are included, message messenger 1, message messenger 2, … …, message messenger n-1, and message messenger n, respectively. The service type information included in the initial message information content is consumption reminding of a credit card generated by the third-party application service. Message messenger 2 is determined to be a target message messenger from among the n message messengers based on the service type information. And determining a message template according to the target message messenger, generating the target message content shown in fig. 5 by combining the initial message content, and determining that the message transmission mode is the transmission through a short message channel according to the target message messenger. Fig. 5 schematically illustrates a display diagram of a target message content according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the content of the target message obtained through the short message channel is displayed.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, by acquiring original message content, wherein the original message content comprises service type information, a target message messenger matched with the service type information is determined from a plurality of message messengers, each message messenger comprises information related to message sending, a message template is determined according to the target message messenger, and the target message content is generated according to the message template and the original message content. The target message messenger matched with the service type information is determined from the plurality of message messengers according to the service type information, the corresponding message template is called based on the target message messenger, and the target message content for sending is generated according to the message template and the original message content, wherein the target message messenger can be flexibly set according to the service type information without customized development, and repeated development and code redundancy caused by different information such as the message content, a message receiving and sending channel and the like are reduced, so the technical problems of repeated development and code redundancy easily caused by adopting a related technology are at least partially overcome, and flexible configuration and management of the message are further realized.
Fig. 6 schematically shows a block diagram of a message processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, the message processing apparatus 600 may include a first obtaining module 610, a first determining module 620, a second determining module 630, and a first generating module 640.
The first obtaining module 610, the first determining module 620, the second determining module 630, and the first generating module 640 are communicatively coupled.
A first obtaining module 610, configured to obtain original message content, where the original message content includes service type information.
A first determining module 620 for determining a target message messenger matching the service type information from a plurality of message messengers, wherein each message messenger includes information related to message transmission.
A second determining module 630, configured to determine a message template according to the target message messenger.
A first generating module 640, configured to generate the target message content according to the message template and the original message content.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, by acquiring original message content, wherein the original message content comprises service type information, a target message messenger matched with the service type information is determined from a plurality of message messengers, each message messenger comprises information related to message sending, a message template is determined according to the target message messenger, and the target message content is generated according to the message template and the original message content. The target message messenger matched with the service type information is determined from the plurality of message messengers according to the service type information, the corresponding message template is called based on the target message messenger, and the target message content for sending is generated according to the message template and the original message content, wherein the target message messenger can be flexibly set according to the service type information without customized development, and repeated development and code redundancy caused by different information such as the message content, a message receiving and sending channel and the like are reduced, so the technical problems of repeated development and code redundancy easily caused by adopting a related technology are at least partially overcome, and flexible configuration and management of the message are further realized.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, optionally, on the basis of the above technical solution, the message processing apparatus 600 may further include a second obtaining module, a third determining module, and a second generating module.
And the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a plurality of service promotion requests, wherein each service promotion request comprises service requirement information.
And the third determining module is used for determining message configuration information according to the service demand information in the service promotion request aiming at each service promotion request in the plurality of service promotion requests, wherein the message configuration information comprises service type information and a message template. and the second generation module is used for generating a message messenger corresponding to the service promotion request according to the message configuration information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, optionally, on the basis of the above technical solution, the first determining module 620 may include an auditing unit and a determining unit.
And the auditing unit is used for auditing the message messengers based on the auditing strategy.
And the determining unit is used for determining a target message messenger matched with the service type information from the plurality of message messengers under the condition that the plurality of message messengers are determined to meet the auditing condition.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, optionally, on the basis of the above technical solution, the message processing apparatus 600 may further include a third obtaining module, a modifying module, and a third generating module.
And the third acquisition module is used for acquiring the message template modification request, wherein the message template modification request comprises template modification information.

Any one or more of the modules and units according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by being split into a plurality of modules. Any one or more of the modules, units according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented at least partially as a hardware Circuit, such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), a system on a chip, a system on a substrate, a system on a package, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be implemented by hardware or firmware in any other reasonable manner of integrating or packaging a Circuit, or implemented by any one of three implementations of software, hardware, and firmware, or any suitable combination of any of them. Alternatively, one or more of the modules, units according to embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented at least partly as computer program modules, which, when executed, may perform the respective functions.
For example, any plurality of the first obtaining module 610, the first determining module 620, the second determining module 630 and the first generating module 640 may be combined and implemented in one module/unit, or any one of the modules/units may be split into a plurality of modules/units. Alternatively, at least part of the functionality of one or more of these modules/units may be combined with at least part of the functionality of other modules/units and implemented in one module/unit. According to an embodiment of the disclosure, at least one of the first obtaining module 610, the first determining module 620, the second determining module 630, and the first generating module 640 may be at least partially implemented as a hardware circuit, such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), a system on a chip, a system on a substrate, a system on a package, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be implemented by hardware or firmware in any other reasonable manner of integrating or packaging a circuit, or implemented by any one of three implementations of software, hardware, and firmware, or any suitable combination of any of them. Alternatively, at least one of the first obtaining module 610, the first determining module 620, the second determining module 630 and the first generating module 640 may be at least partially implemented as a computer program module, which when executed may perform a corresponding function.
It should be noted that, the message processing apparatus in the embodiment of the present disclosure corresponds to the message processing method portion in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the description of the message processing apparatus portion specifically refers to the message processing method portion, which is not described herein again.
Fig. 7 schematically shows a block diagram of an electronic device adapted to implement the above described method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electronic device shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7, an electronic device 700 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a processor 701, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read-Only Memory (ROM) 702 or a program loaded from a storage section 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. The processor 701 may include, for example, a general purpose microprocessor (e.g., a CPU), an instruction set processor and/or associated chipset, and/or a special purpose microprocessor (e.g., an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), among others. The processor 701 may also include on-board memory for caching purposes. The processor 701 may comprise a single processing unit or a plurality of processing units for performing the different actions of the method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 700 are stored. The processor 701, the ROM 702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other by a bus 704. The processor 701 performs various operations of the method flows according to the embodiments of the present disclosure by executing programs in the ROM 702 and/or the RAM 703. It is noted that the programs may also be stored in one or more memories other than the ROM 702 and RAM 703. The processor 701 may also perform various operations of method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure by executing programs stored in the one or more memories.
Electronic device 700 may also include input/output (I/O) interface 705, which input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electronic device 700 may also include one or more of the following components connected to the I/O interface 705: an input portion 706 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 707 including a Display panel such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and a speaker; a storage section 708 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 709 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 709 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 710 is also connected to the I/O interface 705 as needed. A removable medium 711 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 710 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 708 as necessary.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable storage medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 709, and/or installed from the removable medium 711. The computer program, when executed by the processor 701, performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the embodiment of the present disclosure. The systems, devices, apparatuses, modules, units, etc. described above may be implemented by computer program modules according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
The present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be contained in the apparatus/device/system described in the above embodiments; or may exist separately and not be assembled into the device/apparatus/system. The computer-readable storage medium carries one or more programs which, when executed, implement the method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the computer-readable storage medium may be a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium. Examples may include, but are not limited to: a portable Computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read-Only Memory (ROM), an erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM) (erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) or flash Memory), a portable compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the preceding. In the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
For example, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, a computer-readable storage medium may include the ROM 702 and/or the RAM 703 and/or one or more memories other than the ROM 702 and the RAM 703 described above.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). Claims (10)

1. A method of message processing, comprising:
acquiring original message content, wherein the original message content comprises service type information;
determining a target message messenger matching the service type information from a plurality of message messengers, wherein each of the message messengers includes information related to message transmission;
determining a message template according to the target message messenger; and
and generating target message content according to the message template and the original message content.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said determining a target message messenger from a plurality of message messengers that matches said traffic type information, further comprising:
acquiring a plurality of service promotion requests, wherein each service promotion request comprises service demand information;
determining message configuration information according to service demand information in the service promotion request aiming at each service promotion request in the plurality of service promotion requests, wherein the message configuration information comprises service type information and a message template; and
and generating a message messenger corresponding to the service promotion request according to the message configuration information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining a target message messenger matching the service type information from a plurality of message messengers comprises:
auditing a plurality of the message messengers based on an auditing policy; and
and under the condition that the plurality of message messengers are determined to meet the auditing condition, determining a target message messenger matched with the service type information from the plurality of message messengers.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein after the generating a message messenger corresponding to the service promotion request according to the message configuration information, further comprising:
acquiring a message template modification request, wherein the message template modification request comprises template modification information;
modifying the message template in the message messenger according to the template modification information to obtain a new message template; and
and obtaining new message configuration information according to the new message template so as to generate a new message messenger corresponding to the service promotion request according to the new message configuration information.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining a message sending mode according to the target message messenger; and
and transmitting the target message content according to the message transmission mode.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the messaging mode comprises at least one of a messaging channel, a messaging style, and a messaging format.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the message template comprises a template variable and a template constant;
generating target message content according to the message template and the original message content comprises:
obtaining a variable value corresponding to the template variable from the original message content;
filling the variable value into the template variable to obtain variable information; and
and generating the target message content according to the variable information and the template constant.
8. A message processing apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a first processing module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring original message content, and the original message content comprises service type information;
a first determining module for determining a target message messenger matched with the service type information from a plurality of message messengers, wherein each message messenger includes information related to message transmission;
the second determining module is used for determining a message template according to the target message messenger; and
and the first generation module is used for generating target message content according to the message template and the original message content.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs,
wherein the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
