And is not particularly limited herein.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
With continued reference to FIG. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of a method for processing information in accordance with the present application is shown. The flow 200 of the method for processing information comprises the following steps:
step 201, in response to determining that the client sets a set of conversion targets and an expected cost corresponding to each conversion target in the set of conversion targets for the target push information, a set of target user identifications is obtained.
In this embodiment, an executing agent of the method for processing information (e.g., server 105 shown in fig. 1) may obtain the target set of user identifications in response to determining that the client has set the set of conversion targets and the desired cost corresponding to each conversion target in the set of conversion targets for the target push information.
The target push information may be interactive push information. The target push information may be used to introduce a customer's product or service to a user group, for example. The target push information may be push information in various forms (for example, in the form of pictures, text links, and the like), and the embodiment does not limit the form of the target push information.
The conversion goals may include, but are not limited to, download completion, installation completion, activation, payment, form submission, online consultation, telephone dialing, and the like, for example. The unit of the expected cost corresponding to the conversion target may be, for example, an element, and is not particularly limited herein. For the desired cost corresponding to each conversion objective, the desired cost may be the amount the customer is willing to pay for one conversion.
The target user identifier may be associated with a probability that the target user indicated by the target user achieves each conversion target in the conversion target set through the target push information. In practice, the probability may be a value within the interval [0, 1 ]. The greater the probability value, the greater the likelihood that the user can be characterized to achieve the corresponding conversion objective.
It should be noted that the execution subject may provide a conversion target setting interface to the customer, and the customer may set the conversion target set and the expected cost corresponding to each conversion target in the conversion target set on the interface. Furthermore, the executing agent may determine whether the customer sets the conversion target set and the desired cost corresponding to each conversion target in the conversion target set for the target push information based on an operation performed by the customer on the interface.
In this embodiment, the execution subject may locally store a user identifier set in advance. Wherein, the user identifier in the user identifier set may correspond to the probability set. The probabilities in the probability set may be associated with the target push information and the first conversion target in a preset first conversion target set. Further, each of the above-described conversion target sets may be included in the first conversion target set. The execution subject may select a user identifier from the user identifier set as a target user identifier based on the conversion target set, and generate a target user identifier set.
As an example, for each user identifier in the user identifier set, the executing entity may determine whether there is a probability not lower than a probability threshold in probabilities respectively corresponding to the conversion targets in the conversion target set in the probability set corresponding to the user identifier, and if there is a probability, the executing entity may select the user identifier as a target user identifier. Then, the execution subject may combine the selected target user identifiers into the target user identifier set. Here, the probability threshold may be set according to actual needs, and is not specifically limited herein.
Step 202, for the probability that the target user indicated by each target user identifier in the target user identifier set achieves each conversion target in the conversion target set through the target push information, determining the product between the probability and the expected cost corresponding to the conversion target.
In this embodiment, for the probability that the target user indicated by each target user identifier in the target user identifier set achieves each conversion target in the conversion target set through the target push information, the executing entity may calculate a product between the probability and an expected cost corresponding to the conversion target.
Based on the determined product, feedback information is generated, step 203, and sent to the client of the client.
In this embodiment, after the execution of step 202, the execution subject may generate feedback information based on the determined product, and send the feedback information to a client of the client (e.g., the terminal device 101, 102, 103 shown in fig. 1). For example, the execution main body may send the feedback information to an application installed on the client and communicatively connected to the execution main body.
As an example, the execution agent may calculate a sum of the respective products determined in step 202, as the first value. The execution body may then generate first feedback information based on the first value. The first feedback information may be used to feed back the following information to the client: the total bid corresponding to each conversion target in the conversion target set is a first value element. The total bid may be the total fee that the customer needs to pay for the respective conversion target. Finally, the execution main body can send the first feedback information to the client.
With continued reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of the method for processing information according to the present embodiment. In the application scenario of fig. 3, the server 301 may locally store target push information B for introducing the educational service of the client C to the user group. If the client C wants to pay for three conversion targets of form submission, online consultation and telephone dialing at the same time to fully mine different crowd values, the client C can access a conversion target setting interface provided by the server 301 through the terminal device 302, and set a conversion target set and an expected cost corresponding to each conversion target in the conversion target set for the target push information B. Wherein the set of transformation objectives may include the following transformation objectives: form submission, online consultation, and telephone dialing. The expected costs corresponding to form submission, online consultation, and call placement translation goals, in turn, may be 50, 40, 80 (as indicated by reference numeral 303). Here, the unit of the desired cost may be an element.
The server 301 may obtain the target user identification set in response to determining that the client C sets the above-mentioned conversion target set and the desired cost corresponding to each conversion target in the above-mentioned conversion target set for the target push information B. Wherein the set of target user identifications may include target user identification a1 and target user identification a 2. The target user identity a1 may be associated with the following 3 probabilities: 0.2, 0.5, 0.1, can be denoted as { a1(0.2, 0.5, 0.1) } (as indicated by reference numeral 304). Here, 0.2 may be the probability that the target user indicated by the target user identification a1 achieves the conversion target of the form submission by the target push information B. 0.5 may be the probability that the target user achieves the conversion goal of online consultation through the target push information B. 0.1 may be the probability that the target user achieves the conversion target of the call dialing through the target push information B. The target user identity a2 may be associated with the following 3 probabilities: 0.7, 0.3, 0.02, can be expressed as { a2(0.7, 0.3, 0.02) } (as indicated by reference numeral 305). 0.7 may be the probability that the target user indicated by the target user identification a2 achieved the conversion goal of the form submission through the target push information B. 0.3 may be the probability that the target user achieves the conversion goal of online consultation through the target push information B. 0.02 may be the probability that the target user achieves the conversion target of the call dialing through the target push information B.
Then, for each target subscriber identity in the set of target subscriber identities, the server 301 may calculate the product of each of the 3 probabilities associated with that target subscriber identity and the expected cost corresponding to its associated conversion target. Here, the products associated with the form submission, online consultation and call placement conversion targets in turn, calculated for the target user identification a1 are 10, 20, 8 (as indicated by reference numeral 306). The products associated with the form submission, online consultation and call placement translation target in turn, calculated for the target user identification a2 are 35, 12, 1.6 (as shown at reference numeral 307).
Server 301 may then calculate the sum of the determined individual products. Here, the sum of the above 6 products is 86.6 (as indicated by reference numeral 308).
Finally, the server 301 may generate feedback information (as indicated by reference numeral 309) for feeding back the following information to the client C based on the sum 86.6: the total bid corresponding to form submission, online consultation and call placement conversion goals is 86.6 dollars. And the server 301 may transmit the feedback information to the terminal device 302.
The method provided by the above embodiment of the present application obtains the target user identifier set by responding to the determination that the client sets the transformation target set and the expected cost corresponding to each transformation target in the transformation target set for the target push information, then achieves the probability of each transformation target in the transformation target set through the target push information for the target user indicated by each target user identifier in the target user identifier set, determines the product between the probability and the expected cost corresponding to the transformation target, so as to generate the feedback information based on the determined product, and sends the feedback information to the client of the client. Therefore, the conversion target set by the client aiming at the target push information and the expected cost corresponding to each conversion target in the conversion target set are effectively utilized, and the generation of the feedback information related to the multiple conversion targets is realized.
With further reference to FIG. 4, a flow 400 of yet another embodiment of a method for processing information is shown. The flow 400 of the method for processing information includes the steps of:
step 401, in response to determining that the customer sets a set of conversion targets and a desired cost corresponding to each conversion target in the set of conversion targets for the target push information, a set of user identifications and a set of operation information are obtained.
In this embodiment, an executing agent of the method for processing information (e.g., the server 105 shown in fig. 1) may acquire the user identification set and the operation information set in response to determining that the client sets the conversion target set and the desired cost corresponding to each conversion target in the conversion target set for the target push information.
For the desired cost corresponding to each conversion objective, the desired cost may be a fee that the customer is willing to pay for each achievement of that conversion objective.
The operation information set may include operation information corresponding to the user identifier in the user identifier set and associated with the push information in the category to which the target push information belongs. The category may be a coarse-grained category or a fine-grained category, and is not specifically limited herein. For example, if the target push information is associated with game software, the category to which the target push information belongs may be software or game software.
For the operation information corresponding to any user identifier, the operation information may include an information identifier of the push information in the category that the user indicated by the user identifier clicked once, and an operation identifier of a series of operations executed after clicking the push information. Taking the push information related to the game software as an example, a series of operations performed by the user after clicking the push information may include, but is not limited to, downloading, installing, activating, paying, and the like.
In this embodiment, the executing entity may obtain a preset first user information set associated with a category to which the target push information belongs from a server locally or remotely connected thereto. The first user information may include a user identifier and operation information corresponding to the user identifier and associated with the push information in the category. The execution body may extract a user identifier set and an operation information set from the first user information set.
For another example, the execution agent may obtain a preset second user information set from a server locally or in remote communication connection therewith. The second user information may include a user identifier and various operation information corresponding to the user identifier. The execution main body may select second user information including operation information related to push information of a category to which the target push information belongs from the second user information set, and may form a second user information group. Then, the execution main body may extract, from the second user information group, a user identifier set and operation information that corresponds to each user identifier in the user identifier set and is associated with the push information in the category, and combine the extracted operation information into an operation information set.
Step 402, analyzing the operation information set, and determining the probability that the user indicated by each user identifier in the user identifier set achieves each conversion target in the conversion target set through the target push information.
In this embodiment, the executing entity may analyze the acquired operation information set, and determine a probability that a user indicated by each user identifier in the user identifier set achieves each conversion target in the conversion target set through the target push information. Wherein the probability may be a value within the interval [0, 1 ]. The greater the probability value, the greater the likelihood that the user may be characterized to achieve the corresponding conversion objective.
As an example, the execution subject may combine each user identifier in the user identifier set and the information identifier of the target push information into an identifier pair. Then, the execution main body may input the formed identifier pairs and the operation information corresponding to the user identifier included in each identifier pair into the target prediction model to obtain a prediction result. The prediction result may include a probability that the user indicated by each user identifier in the user identifier set achieves each conversion target in the conversion target set through the target push information.
The target prediction model may be a model that is obtained by learning in advance by using a Multi-task learning (MTL) method and is used for predicting a probability that a user indicated by a user identifier in an input identifier pair achieves each conversion target in the conversion target set through push information indicated by an information identifier in the identifier pair.
The multi-task learning method is a machine learning method for learning a plurality of related tasks together based on shared representation (shared representation). The multi-task learning relates to simultaneous parallel learning of a plurality of related tasks, gradient simultaneous backward propagation, and the plurality of tasks mutually help learning through shared representation of a bottom layer, so that the generalization effect is improved. Since the multitask learning method is a well-known technology which is widely researched and applied at present, the details are not described herein.
And step 403, selecting the user identifier from the user identifier set as a target user identifier based on the determined probability, and generating a target user identifier set.
In this embodiment, the executing entity may select a user identifier from the user identifier set as a target user identifier based on the probability determined in step 402, and generate a target user identifier set.
As an example, for each user identifier in the user identifier set, the executing entity may determine whether there is a probability not lower than a probability threshold in the respective probabilities corresponding to the user identifier, and if so, the executing entity may select the user identifier as a target user identifier. Here, the probability threshold may be set according to actual needs, and is not specifically limited herein.
In step 404, for the probability that the target user indicated by each target user identifier in the target user identifier set achieves each conversion target in the conversion target set through the target push information, the product between the probability and the expected cost corresponding to the conversion target is determined.
In this embodiment, for the probability that the target user indicated by each target user identifier in the target user identifier set achieves each conversion target in the conversion target set through the target push information, the executing entity may determine a product between the probability and an expected cost corresponding to the conversion target.
Based on the determined product, feedback information is generated and sent to the client of the client, step 405.
In this embodiment, after the execution of step 404, the execution subject may generate feedback information based on the determined product, and send the feedback information to the client (e.g., the terminal device 101, 102, 103 shown in fig. 1). For example, the execution main body may send the feedback information to an application installed on the client and communicatively connected to the execution main body.
As an example, the execution agent may calculate a sum of the respective products determined in step 404 as the first value. The execution body may then generate first feedback information based on the first value. The first feedback information may be used to feed back the following information to the client, for example: the total bid corresponding to each conversion target in the conversion target set is a first value element. The total bid may be the total fee that the customer needs to pay for the respective conversion target. Finally, the execution main body can send the first feedback information to the client.
As can be seen from fig. 4, compared with the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, the flow 400 of the method for processing information in the present embodiment highlights the step of expanding the method for acquiring the target user identification set. Therefore, the scheme described in the embodiment can realize diversity of information processing, can improve the effectiveness of the target user identification set, and can prevent potential users from being filtered out.
In an optional implementation manner of the method for processing information provided in the embodiments of the present application, after generating the first feedback information, an execution subject (for example, the server 105 shown in fig. 1) of the method may further generate the second feedback information by performing the following generating steps:
first, the execution subject may select at least one conversion target from a conversion target set by the client for the target push information. For example, the execution subject may select all the conversion targets from the conversion target set. Alternatively, the execution subject may select a conversion target from the conversion target set based on configuration information of a client. Wherein the configuration information may include a conversion target identification of a conversion target that the customer wants to know about the corresponding bid information.
Then, for each of the at least one conversion target, the executing entity may calculate a sum of the respective products associated with the conversion target determined in step 202 or step 404, and take the sum as a second value corresponding to the conversion target. Here, the second value may be a bid corresponding to the conversion objective.
Finally, the execution body may generate second feedback information based on second values respectively corresponding to the at least one conversion target. As an example, it is assumed that the at least one conversion target includes conversion targets T1 and T2, and the second values corresponding to the conversion targets T1 and T2 are D1 and D2 in this order. This second feedback information may be used to feed back to the client the following information: the bid corresponding to the conversion target T1 is D1 yuan and the bid corresponding to the conversion target T2 is D2 yuan.
