Technical Field
The present invention relates to a lamp, and more particularly to a tri-proof light.
Background
The tri-proof light is dustproof, waterproof, and anti-rust (anti-corrosion), and is generally used in industrial lighting places with a severe environment, for example, areas where air may contain corrosive gas, wind and rain are easy, or environmental dust is more abundant, so the tri-proof light is widely used in power plants, steel, petrochemicals, ships, venues, parking lots, basements, or semiconductor industries at present.
The existing tri-proof lamp is characterized in that a fluorescent lamp tube is arranged inside the tri-proof lamp, and the fluorescent lamp tube inside is protected by a dustproof, waterproof and antirust tri-proof lamp shell. A yellow light tri-proof lamp is characterized in that an internal fluorescent lamp tube is replaced by a yellow light fluorescent lamp tube, wherein the yellow light fluorescent lamp tube is a yellow light film-coated white light fluorescent lamp tube so as to meet the illumination requirement. Because the fluorescent tube has low luminous efficiency, the surface of the fluorescent tube is wrapped with a layer of yellow light film, and the luminous efficiency is further reduced after the emitted blue light is filtered by the yellow light film. In addition, the life of the fluorescent tube is also short, and the fluorescent tube needs to be replaced frequently, which wastes time and money. Similarly, the yellow light tri-proof lamp wrapped by the yellow light film also has the problems of low luminous efficiency, high energy consumption, short service life and the like.
Therefore, a new led lamp is needed to solve the above problems.

Detailed Description
Reference in the detailed description to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the invention. The appearances of the same phrases in various places in the specification are not necessarily limited to the same embodiment, but are to be construed as independent or alternative embodiments to other embodiments. In light of the disclosure of the embodiments provided by the present invention, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments described in the present invention can have other combinations or variations consistent with the concept of the present invention.
FIGS. 1 and 2 are schematic perspective and exploded views of a tri-proof light according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in the figures, the present invention provides a tri-proof light, which includes a housing 1, a positioning plate 2 and at least one led light bar 3. The tri-proof light referred to herein is used in industrial lighting applications where the environment is hostile, such as in power plants, steel, petrochemicals, ships, venues, parking lots, basements, or the semiconductor industry. How to have the dustproof, waterproof, and antirust (anti-corrosion) tri-proof light effects of the present invention is the prior art, and will not be described herein.
The housing 1 includes a first housing portion 11, a second housing portion 12 covering the first housing portion 11, and an accommodating space 13 formed between the first housing portion 11 and the second housing portion 12. The housing 1 preferably fastens the first housing part 11 and the second housing part 12, as will be described in detail later. The positioning plate 2 is arranged in the accommodating space 13. The led light bar 3 is fixed on the positioning plate 2, and the plurality of leds 31 on the at least one led light bar 3 generate illumination light (not labeled). Because the light-emitting diode lamp strip 3 is adopted as the light source, the light-emitting efficiency of the light source can be improved, the service life is prolonged, the light source does not need to be replaced frequently, and the installation and replacement cost is saved.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a filter assembly 4(filter member) is further included, and the filter assembly 4 is disposed between the at least one led light bar 3 and the first housing portion 11 to achieve the purpose of filtering light effectively. The filter element 4 filters out light with a wavelength less than 520nm, such as blue light, violet light, or ultraviolet light, from the illumination light, and then emits light from the first housing portion 11. Specifically, the filtering component 4 includes, but is not limited to, a filter plate, a filter or a filter film to filter out unwanted light and provide higher environmental or safety in use. The material of the filter assembly 4 is, for example, optical glass or other inorganic glass-like materials with stable optical properties and high optical uniformity.
The number of the at least one led light bar 3 is 2, wherein the leds 31 of each led light bar 3 are arranged on the light bar plate 32 at intervals. The light emitting diodes 31 are electrically connected to a light bar plate 32, and the light bar plate 32 is a circuit board, for example. Referring to fig. 3A to 3B, each led 31 of the at least one led light bar 3 is preferably a yellow led, wherein the yellow led does not have a blue light spectrum (e.g., the illumination light does not have a light with a wavelength less than 500 nm). As shown in fig. 3A, since the spectrum/illumination light of the yellow led can be filtered below 500nm, wherein the horizontal axis is wavelength (nm, nm) and the vertical axis is intensity (Watts/nm ), the wavelength of the illumination light of the led light bar 3 is greater than 500nm, for example, the wavelength is between 500nm and 780 nm.
When the filter element 4 ages or discolors, the tri-proof light of the present embodiment can still emit safe light without affecting the use environment, such as the semiconductor process. Moreover, since the yellow light emitting diode has no blue light or the proportion of blue light is low, the light quantity filtered by the filter component 4 is small, and the luminous efficiency is improved. As shown in fig. 3B, the final emission spectrum of the tri-proof light of the present embodiment is filtered by the filtering component 4, so as to filter the illumination light with a wavelength below 520nm, and leave the light with a wavelength greater than 520 nm. Therefore, the requirements of a yellow light process in a semiconductor can be met, the emergent illumination light does not influence the progress of the yellow light process, and the requirement of higher safety is provided.
As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, each of the leds 31 of the led light bar 3 can be a white led. Specifically, the led 31 light source of each led light bar 3 can be selected from white leds with any color temperature, such as, but not limited to, 5700K or 4000K. As shown in fig. 4B, the filter element 4 of the present embodiment filters the light with a wavelength between 0nm and 520nm from the illumination light L of each of the light emitting diodes 31, and leaves the illumination light with a wavelength above 520nm, so that the emitted light does not affect the proceeding of the yellow light process, and meets the qualified light of the process/environment requirement. Since the white light-emitting diode has more blue light than the yellow light-emitting diode, the white light-emitting diode filters more light, and the light-emitting efficiency of the white light-emitting diode is slightly lower than that of the yellow light-emitting diode.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, the bottom of the second shell 12 includes at least one positioning latch 14 integrally formed therewith. The at least one positioning detent 14 passes through the positioning plate 2 and the filter assembly 4 to position the positioning plate 2. The positioning catch 14 includes a first positioning post 141 and an elastic hook 142 assembled to the first positioning post 141. The first positioning column 141 and the second housing 12 are integrally formed, and the elastic hook 142 passes through the positioning plate 2 and elastically positions the positioning plate 2.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 6, the elastic hook 142 has two elastic arms 143, and each of the elastic arms 143 has a hook 145 and a stop plate 146. The blocking plate 146 abuts against the positioning plate 2 and is fastened to the positioning plate 2 by the hook portions 145. Specifically, when the positioning plate 2 is assembled in the second housing portion 12, the hook portions 145 of the two elastic arms 143 can elastically extend into the positioning holes (not labeled) of the positioning plate 2, and automatically clamp the positioning plate 2. Thus, the convenience of assembly and disassembly can be improved.
The second housing portion 12 further includes a plurality of abutting blocks 15 disposed at intervals and a second positioning post 16 disposed at intervals on each abutting block 15. Two sides of the positioning board 2 include a bending portion 21, and each bending portion 21 abuts against the sidewall of the second shell portion 12 and is positioned at each second positioning column 16. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the embodiment further includes a plurality of fixing elements 5, such as screws or bolts. Each fixing assembly 5 passes through the filtering assembly 4 and is positioned on each second positioning column 16, or passes through the light strip plate 32 of each led light strip 3 and is fixed on the positioning plate 2.
The housing 1 also comprises a watertight connector 17 and an adapter 18 (adapter). The waterproof joint 17 is assembled at one end of the second shell portion 12 to connect an electric wire (not shown). The adapter 18 is disposed within the second shell portion 12 for converting a suitable voltage or current. The housing 1 further includes a plurality of fastening portions 19 integrally formed with the second housing portion 12, and the first housing portion 11 includes a plurality of fastened portions 20 corresponding to the fastening portions 19, so that the fastening portions 19 fasten the fastened portions 20. Each of the fastening portions 19 includes a pressing plate 191 and a fastening hook 192 linked with the pressing plate 191, and each of the fastened portions 20 is a flange. When the pressing plate 191 is pressed, the hook 192 linked with the pressing plate 191 is separated from the buckled portion 20, so that the first housing portion 11 is separated from the second housing portion 12, so as to replace the led light bar 3 or other internal components.
As can be seen from the above, the tri-proof light in this embodiment employs the light source of the led light bar 3 and the filtering component 4, so that the illuminating light/spectrum not only meets the requirement of the semiconductor manufacturing process, but also has the characteristics of high light efficiency, low energy consumption, long service life, high compatibility, high safety, and the like. In terms of power saving, the power consumption of the led light bar 3 of the tri-proof light of the present embodiment is only 40W (watt), which is 120W (watt) compared to the power consumption of 2T 8 lamps (not shown) in the prior art, thereby saving one third of the electric quantity (up to 66%) and achieving the luminous efficiency of 85lm/W (lumens/watt), i.e. achieving the same luminous flux and illumination as the conventional light. Moreover, the led light bar 3 has the advantages of long service life and low light attenuation, and greatly reduces the working hours, consumables and pollution for replacing the light tube in a clean room or other environments.
In view of the foregoing, while the present invention has been described in conjunction with specific embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that many alternatives, modifications, and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, it is intended to embrace all such alternatives, modifications, and variations that fall within the scope of the included claims.
