具体实施方式
下面的具体实施方式部分本质上仅是示例性的,并且不旨在限制各种实施例或其应用和使用。此外,不旨在受前面的背景技术或下面的详细描述中提出的任何理论的约束。
本文设想的各种实施例涉及包括用于保持门打开的机构的门组件、用于制造这种门组件的方法以及包括这种门组件的航空器。本文所教示的示例性实施例提供一种门组件,其包括耦合到支撑结构的第一铰链子组件。门绕第一旋转轴线枢转地耦合到第一铰链子组件以在关闭位置和打开位置之间移动。在门中设置有通道,该通道从通道近侧部分延伸到通道远侧部分。
保持构件靠近通道远侧部分设置在门中。滑动构件在保持构件近侧可移动地设置的通道中。第二铰链子组件耦合到支撑结构。臂具有第一部分,第一部分绕与第一旋转轴线不同的第二旋转轴线枢转地耦合到第二铰链子组件。臂具有第二部分,第二部分枢转地耦合到滑动构件,以当门在关闭位置和打开位置之间移动时使滑动构件在通道中在通道近侧部分和通道远侧部分之间移动。止动构件耦合到滑动构件,并且当门朝向打开位置移动时,与滑动构件一起朝向保持构件移动。当门处于打开位置(例如,基本完全打开位置)时,保持构件将止动构件保持或以其它方式固位在位,从而将由支撑结构间接支撑的臂的位置锁定,以将门抵在或以其它方式保持在打开位置。在示例性实施例中,有利地,通过将门抵在或以其它方式保持在打开位置,门将不会砰地关闭,从而防止门或周围支撑结构损坏。
图1示出根据示例性实施例的安装到支撑结构12的处于关闭位置14的门组件10的立体前视图。图2示出从关闭位置14沿(单头箭头15指示的)方向移动到打开位置16的门组件10的俯视图。图3示出处于打开位置16的门组件10的立体前视图。
如图所示,门组件10是设置在航空器18内的内部门组件。航空器18包括机身20和支撑结构12,支撑结构12形成设置在机身20中的舱壁结构22(例如,内壁)的一部分,舱壁结构22例如将机舱区域24和相邻区域26(例如,与机舱区域24相邻的厕所区域或其它区域)分开。虽然门组件10被示出为设置在航空器18内的内部门组件,但是应当理解,门组件10可以布置在航空器中的其他地方、另一交通工具中或另一结构内,以允许在相邻区域之间进出。
门组件10包括门28。门28具有基本平面的门主体30,门主体30被设置为从下门部分32基本竖直地延伸到上门部分34。还参照图4至图7,门组件10还包括多个门铰链子组件36、38和40,这些门铰链子组件耦合到(例如直接装配到)舱壁结构22,并且基本竖直对准。门28的门主体30绕旋转轴线42枢转地耦合到门铰链子组件36、38和40,以在关闭位置14和打开位置16之间移动。
在示例性实施例中,门组件10包括机构44,机构44设置为靠近下门部分32与铰链子组件36相邻,用于当门28处于打开位置16或以其它方式移动到打开位置16时保持门28打开。机构44包括耦合到门主体30的轨道46、保持构件48、滑动构件50、铰链子组件52、臂54和止动构件56。在示例性实施例中,轨道46、滑动杆50、保持构件48和止动构件56设置在下门部分32中,并且基本被封闭面板58覆盖,封闭面板58沿着门主体30的最下部设置并耦合到门主体30的最下部。
轨道46限定通道60,通道60沿着下门部分32从通道近侧部分62延伸到通道远侧部分64。如图所示,保持构件48设置在通道远侧部分64中或靠近通道远侧部分64,并且滑动构件50在保持构件48近侧可移动地设置在通道60中。在示例性实施例中,保持构件48设置在通道远侧部分64中耦合到轨道46和/或门主体30。
铰链子组件52紧固或以其它方式耦合到舱壁结构22。臂54的端部66绕与旋转轴线42不同的旋转轴线68枢转地耦合到铰链子组件52。在示例性实施例中,旋转轴线68偏离并且平行或基本平行于旋转轴线42。
参照图4,旋转轴线42由平面70和平面72的交叉点限定,当门28处于关闭位置14时平面70基本平行于门28,而平面77基本垂直于平面70。当门28从关闭位置14朝向打开位置16移动时,门28在第一象限74内沿方向15从平面70朝向平面72移动,第一象限74被限定为从平面70的内侧(例如,面向上侧)到平面72的面向门28的相邻侧(例如,右手上侧)。第二象限76与第一象限74相邻设置,并且被限定为从平面72的一侧(例如,左手上侧)到平面70的内侧(例如,面向上侧)。如图所示,旋转轴线68设置在第二象限76中基本平行于旋转轴线42(例如,设置在平面70和72的原点或交点)。在示例性实施例中,旋转轴线68与平面72的左手上侧间隔开约5mm至约35mm,并且独立地与平面70的内侧(例如,面向上侧)间隔开约5mm至约35mm的距离。如本文所使用的,当用于修改值时,术语“约”应理解为意指在正常制造公差内,如+/-10%,如+/-5%,如+/-3%,例如+/-2%。
参照图1至图10,臂54的端部78枢转地耦合到滑动构件50,以当门28在关闭位置14和打开位置16之间移动时使滑动构件50在通道60中在通道近侧部分62和通道远侧部分64之间移动。在示例性实施例中,臂54包括设置在端部66和78之间的“L形”部分,使得当门在关闭位置14和打开位置16之间移动时,臂54基本被下门部分32覆盖,使得在人打开和/或关闭门28的移动期间臂54不可见。
止动构件56装配到或以其它方式耦合到滑动构件50,并且当门28从关闭位置14移动到打开位置16时与滑动构件50一起朝向保持构件48移动。在示例性实施例中,滑动构件50被配置为滑动杆,该滑动杆滑动地耦合到轨道46并且从近侧杆端部80延伸到远侧杆端部82。止动构件56耦合到远侧杆端部82,这样,当止动构件56设置成远离旋转轴线42相当大的距离时,滑动杆提供便于将门28保持在打开位置16的机械优点,下面将更详细地讨论。
在示例性实施例中,当门28处于打开位置16时(如图10所示),止动构件56与保持构件48接触,并且通过保持构件48保持在通道60中的位置,以保持门28打开。参照图8和图10,在示例性实施例中,保持构件包括磁体84,并且止动构件56包括磁体86,磁体86布置成使得磁体84和86的极性朝向彼此吸引。当磁体84和86彼此接触时,磁体86保持与磁体84可释放地接合,从而可释放地锁定止动构件56、滑动构件50和由支撑结构12间接支撑的臂54的位置,以将门28抵在或以其它方式保持在打开位置16。
在示例性实施例中,保持构件48还包括弹簧88,弹簧88可操作地耦合到磁体84,以在门28移动期间接触到止动构件56(例如超过完全打开位置)时,使保持构件48在通道远侧部分64中的(例如,在远侧方向上的)行程受限,以防止机构44损坏。在示例性实施例中,通过向门28施加足以使磁体84和86彼此脱离的力(例如,约8磅或更大的力,例如约8至12磅或更大的力),止动构件56脱离保持构件48,例如以关闭门28。
参照图13至图16,在替代实施例中,保持构件48和止动构件56协作地配置为推-推机构90,用于保持门28打开并选择性地将门从打开位置释放。保持构件48包括固位器子组件92,并且止动构件56包括筒锁94,筒锁94可释放地接合固位器子组件92作为推-推机构90的一部分。如图所示,筒锁94具有轴环部分95,轴环部分95可旋转地耦合到带肩螺钉94,带肩螺钉94装配或以其它方式耦合到滑动构件50的远侧杆端部82。这样,筒锁94可绕带肩螺钉94自由地旋转或以其它方式转动。此外,筒锁94具有从轴环部分95径向向外延伸的支脚98。
保持构件48的固位器子组件92具有外部管状部分100,外部管状部分100被配置为接收止动构件56的筒锁94并且如上所述可操作地耦合到弹簧88。如图所示,外部管状部分100具有内壁表面102,内壁表面102限定间隔开的固位特征104和向远侧与固位特征104间隔开的远侧台阶特征106。在示例性实施例中,当门28移动到打开位置16时,滑动构件50将止动构件56移动到由外部管状部分100围绕的保持构件48的通道空间中。筒锁94的支脚98接触固位特征104的近侧表面108以旋转筒锁94并将支脚98定向成使得筒锁94可被向远侧推进经过间隔开的固位特征104。当筒锁94被向远侧推进时,其接触远侧台阶特征106的近侧表面110,以部分地旋转筒锁94,使得支脚98接触固位特征104的远侧表面112,以将止动构件56保持在位,并进一步保持门28打开。
为了使门28脱离打开位置16,可以推动门28经过完全打开位置16,使得筒锁94被向远侧推进以接触远侧台阶特征106的近侧表面110。当接触时,近侧表面110部分地旋转筒锁94,使得支脚98被定向成穿过固位特征104之间的开放空间,以允许止动构件56向近侧移动并且允许门28朝向关闭位置14移动。
参照图2和图11至图12,在示例性实施例中,门铰链子组件36、38和40、门28、保持构件48、滑动构件50、铰链子组件52、臂54和止动构件56协作以允许门28沿(由单头箭头114指示的)与打开位置16大致相反的方向移动经过关闭位置14。特别地,例如在航空器18的机舱区域24中快速减压的情况下,机构44在通道60中包括足够的附加行程,用于滑动构件50向近侧移动以允许门28移动经过关闭位置14。
图17示出根据示例性实施例的用于制造门组件的方法200。方法200包括将第一铰链子组件耦合到支撑结构(步骤202)。门绕第一旋转轴线可枢转地耦合到第一铰链子组件(步骤204),用于在关闭位置和打开位置之间移动门。门中设置有通道,该通道从通道近侧部分延伸到通道远侧部分。
靠近通道远侧部分设置保持构件(步骤206)。在保持构件近侧将滑动构件可移动地设置在通道中(步骤208)。将第二铰链子组件耦合到支撑结构(步骤210)。
臂的第一部分绕与第一旋转轴线不同的第二旋转轴线枢转地耦合到第二铰链子组件(步骤212)。臂的第二部分枢转地耦合到滑动构件(步骤214),用于当门在关闭位置和打开位置之间移动时使滑动构件在通道中移动。
将止动构件耦合到滑动构件(步骤216)。止动构件被配置与滑动构件一起朝向保持构件移动,并且为当门被移动到打开位置时,被保持构件保持在位以保持门打开。

Claims (20)
1.一种门组件,包括:
第一铰链子组件,其被配置为耦合到支撑结构;
门,其绕第一旋转轴线枢转地耦合到所述第一铰链子组件,以在关闭位置和打开位置之间移动,其中所述门中设置有通道,所述通道从通道近侧部分延伸到通道远侧部分;
保持构件,其被设置为靠近所述通道远侧部分;
滑动构件,其在所述保持构件近侧可移动地设置在所述通道中;
第二铰链子组件,其被配置为耦合到所述支撑结构;
臂,其具有第一部分,所述第一部分绕与所述第一旋转轴线不同的第二旋转轴线枢转地耦合到所述第二铰链子组件,并且其中所述臂具有第二部分,所述第二部分枢转地耦合到滑动构件,以当所述门在关闭位置和打开位置之间移动时使所述滑动构件在所述通道中在所述通道近侧部分和所述通道远侧部分之间移动;以及
止动构件,其耦合到所述滑动构件并且被配置为与所述滑动构件一起朝向所述保持构件移动,并且当所述门被移动到打开位置时,被所述保持构件保持在位以保持所述门打开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门组件,其中所述第一旋转轴线由第一平面和基本垂直于所述第一平面的第二平面的交点限定,当所述门处于所述关闭位置时,所述第一平面基本平行于所述门,并且其中所述门在第一象限内在第一方向上从所述第一平面朝向所述第二平面打开,所述第一象限被限定为从所述第一平面的第一内侧到面向所述门的所述第二平面的第一侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的门组件,其中所述第二平面具有与所述第一侧相反的第二侧,并且其中第二象限被设置为与所述第一象限相邻并且被限定为从所述第二平面的所述第二侧到所述第一平面的所述第一内侧,并且其中所述第二旋转轴线设置在所述第二象限中,基本平行于所述第一旋转轴线。
4.根据权利要求3所述的门组件,其中所述第二旋转轴线与所述第二平面的所述第二侧间隔开约5mm至约35mm的距离。
5.根据权利要求3所述的门组件,其中所述第二旋转轴线与所述第一平面的所述第一内侧间隔开约5mm至约35mm的距离。
6.根据权利要求1所述的门组件,其中所述止动构件包括第一磁体,所述第一磁体被吸引到所述保持构件以保持所述门打开。
7.根据权利要求6所述的门组件,其中所述保持构件包括第二磁体,并且所述第一磁体和所述第二磁体被朝向彼此吸引以保持所述门打开。
8.根据权利要求1所述的门组件,其中,所述保持构件和所述止动构件协作地配置成限定用于保持所述门打开的推-推机构,并且选择性地使所述门脱离所述打开位置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的门组件,其中所述保持构件包括固位器子组件,并且所述止动构件包括筒锁,所述筒锁可释放地接合所述固位器子组件,作为所述推-推机构的一部分。
10.根据权利要求1所述的门组件,其中所述臂包括“L形”部分。
11.根据权利要求1所述的门组件,其中所述门包括门主体和轨道,所述轨道耦合到所述门主体并且限定所述通道,并且其中所述滑动构件被配置为滑动杆,所述滑动杆滑动地耦合到所述轨道以在所述通道近侧部分和所述通道远侧部分之间移动。
12.根据权利要求11所述的门组件,其中所述滑动杆从近侧杆端部延伸到远侧杆端部,并且其中所述止动构件耦合到所述远侧杆端部。
13.根据权利要求11所述的门组件,其中所述保持构件设置在所述通道远侧部分中,耦合到所述轨道和所述门主体中的至少一个。
14.根据权利要求11所述的门组件,其中所述门主体从下门部分竖直地延伸到上门部分,并且其中所述轨道、所述滑动杆、所述保持构件和所述止动构件设置在所述下门部分中。
15.根据权利要求14所述的门组件,还包括封闭面板,所述封闭面板沿着所述门主体的最下部设置,基本覆盖所述轨道、所述滑动杆、所述保持构件和所述止动构件。
16.根据权利要求1所述的门组件,其中所述保持构件包括弹簧,在所述门的运动过程中当所述弹簧与所述止动构件接触时,所述弹簧使所述保持构件在所述通道远侧部分中的行程受限。
17.根据权利要求1所述的门组件,其中所述第一铰链子组件、所述门、所述保持构件、所述滑动构件、所述第二铰链子组件、所述臂和所述止动构件协作以允许所述门在与所述打开位置大致相反的方向上移动经过所述关闭位置。
18.一种航空器,包括:
机身,其包括舱壁结构,所述舱壁结构将机舱区域和相邻区域分开;以及
门组件,其设置在所述机舱区域和所述相邻区域之间,所述门组件包括:
第一铰链子组件,其耦合到所述舱壁结构;
门,其绕第一旋转轴线枢转地耦合到所述第一铰链子组件,以在关闭位置和打开位置之间移动,其中所述门中设置有通道,所述通道从通道近侧部分延伸到通道远侧部分;
保持构件,其设置为靠近所述通道远侧部分;
滑动构件,其在所述保持构件近侧可移动地设置在所述通道中;
第二铰链子组件,其耦合到所述舱壁结构;
臂,其具有第一部分,所述第一部分绕与所述第一旋转轴线不同的第二旋转轴线枢转地耦合到所述第二铰链子组件,并且其中所述臂具有第二部分,所述第二部分枢转地耦合到所述滑动构件,以当所述门在关闭位置和打开位置之间移动时使所述滑动构件在所述通道中在所述通道近侧部分和所述通道远侧部分之间移动;以及
止动构件,其耦合到所述滑动构件并且被配置为与所述滑动构件一起朝向所述保持构件移动,并且当所述门被移动到打开位置时,被所述保持构件保持在位以保持所述门打开。
19.根据权利要求18所述的航空器,其中所述相邻区域是厕所区域。
20.一种用于制造门组件的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
将第一铰链子组件耦合到支撑结构;
将门绕第一旋转轴线可枢转地耦合到所述第一铰链子组件,用于在关闭位置和打开位置之间移动所述门,其中所述门中设置有通道,所述通道从通道近侧部分延伸到通道远侧部分;
靠近所述通道远侧部分设置保持构件;
在所述保持构件近侧将滑动构件可移动地设置在所述通道中;
将第二铰链子组件耦合到所述支撑结构;
将臂的第一部分绕与所述第一旋转轴线不同的第二旋转轴线可枢转地耦合到所述第二铰链子组件;
将所述臂的第二部分可枢转地耦合到所述滑动构件,用于当所述门在关闭位置和打开位置之间移动时使所述滑动构件在所述通道中移动;以及
将止动构件耦合到所述滑动构件,其中所述止动构件被配置为与滑动构件一起朝向所述保持构件移动,并且当所述门被移动到打开位置时,被所述保持构件保持在位以保持所述门打开。
