Abstract

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an aluminum-wood pedal, which includes a frame 10 and a bearing plate 20 fixed on an upper surface of the frame 10, wherein the bearing plate 20 includes a fixed plate 21 and a movable plate 22 hinged to one end of the fixed plate 21, a ladder 30 is provided on a lower surface of the frame 10, one end of the ladder 30 is hinged to the frame 10 below an opening side of the corresponding movable plate 22, and a locking assembly is provided at the other end of the ladder 30 for locking and fixing a lower swing end of the ladder 30 to the frame 10; the ladder 30 has a storage position which is parallel to the bearing plate 20 and horizontally arranged in the frame 10, or a working position which forms an included angle with the hinged shaft 11 of the frame 10 around the ladder.
It should be noted that the ladder 30 of the present invention is disposed at an angle with respect to the frame 10 during the specific use, and the size of the angle depends on the distance between the adjacent step structures in the up-down direction of the scaffold and the length of the ladder 30 to be unfolded. Particularly, if the included angle between the ladder 30 and the frame 10 is too small, although the gradient of the ladder 30 is slow, so that the ladder is convenient to climb, the occupied space is too large, and the ladder is not beneficial for a user to climb up from the movable plate 22; the ladder 30 is also not conducive to climbing by a user if it is angled at a large angle with respect to the frame 10. Preferably, the ladder 30 is angled from the frame 10 by an angle of 60 to 75.

Further, according to the present invention, the locking assembly, which is used to temporarily fix the lower swing end of the ladder 30 to the frame 10, includes, as a specific embodiment of the locking assembly, a catching bar 31 provided at the upper side of the lower swing end of the ladder 30, a closed catching groove 12 provided at the lower surface of the frame 10; when the ladder 30 rotates around the hinge shaft 11 of the ladder and the frame 10 to the lower hem end to be close to the frame 10, the clamping rod 31 is clamped and fixed in the closing-up-shaped clamping groove 12.
