技术领域
本发明涉及热升华转印染料吸附涂料领域,尤其涉及一种高转印精密度热升华染料吸附涂料配方。
背景技术
随着印花产品走入家家户户,人们对印花的要求也不断提高。不仅花纹更加繁杂,图案所需求的精细度也越来越高。图案的精细度直接影响终端产品的视觉感受。低精细度的图案颜色界限处会出现明显的颜色混杂现象,显得图案模糊不清,进而影响终端产品质感。目前,市场热升华转印纸在转印图案精细度还需要一定提升。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高转印精密度热升华染料吸附涂料配方,该涂料适用各种克重的原纸,经涂布加工后能显著提升热升华转印纸的转印精密度,同时具备干燥速度快、转印率高且稳定等特点,从而使高清、复杂图案的转印能得到市场普及。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高转印精密度热升华染料吸附涂料配方,包括以下质量份的组分:
小分子化合物(E)-N'-(4,6-双((((E)-4-羟基亚苄基)氨基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺35-60份、
羧甲基纤维素钠15-25份、
三丙二醇正丁醚2-8份、
成膜剂10-30份、
填料10-25份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述成膜剂为羟乙基纤维素、松香乳液、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、羧基丁基苯乳胶、乙酸乙烯酯乙烯共聚乳液中的一种或几种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述填料为粘土,滑石粉,高岭土、硫酸钡、碳酸钙、二氧化硅、氧化铝、氢氧化镁中的一种或几种。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例为:
在实施本发明的技术方案前,发明人进行了前期相关研究:
一方面,图案的清晰度直接影响终端产品的质量。低精细度的图案颜色界限处会出现明显的颜色混杂现象,显得图案模糊不清,严重影响感官效果。热升华转印形成高精细度图案主要与两个因素有关。
其一,打印过程中转印纸表面涂层材料需对墨水进行迅速作用,使墨水在向周围扩散之前即完全固定,从而在纸面形成清晰图案。
其二,在转印过程中,涂层对染料微粒的释放速度需均匀且具有一定速度,释放速度过慢会需要较长的转印时间,影响生产效率,而释放速度过快会造成大量染料微粒同时升华,超过承印物的接收速度即会导致染料在承印物表面扩散,进而影响承印物上图案的精细度。
另一方面,市场常见的热升华转印涂层主要依靠高分子材料为主,这类材料对墨水具有一定的阻挡作用,与染料微粒的作用速度相对较慢,因而染料微粒在涂层之间容易发生扩散现象,不利于在形成高清图案。
因此,本发明选择小分子材料(E)-N'-(4,6-双((((E)-4-羟基亚苄基)氨基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为热升华功能性材料,该小分子材料是一种新型高效热升华小分子材料。该材料分子内部具有较长的共轭链,共轭作用范围大且作用力较强,因此,该小分子材料与染料微粒之间的作用更加高速,可减少染料微粒在涂层之间发生扩散现象。同时,该材料分子结构中有多个活性位点可与染料微粒发生作用,可有利于涂层吸墨量的增加。
下面介绍了小分子化合物(E)-N'-(4,6-双((((E)-4-羟基亚苄基)氨基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的制备方法:
将4-羟基苯甲醚(1.6g,3.3equiv.)和醋酸0.2mL加入5mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液中,搅拌均匀待用;
将1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-三胺(0.5g,1.0equiv.)加入40mLN,N-二甲基甲酰胺中混合,搅拌,反应体系升温至120℃,滴加步骤1中4-羟基苯甲醚的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺-醋酸混合溶液。加样完成后,于120℃条件下反应6小时,并通过薄层色谱法监控反应。
反应完成后,冷却至室温。加入甲苯,搅拌,有固体析出,过滤,固体用甲醇:甲苯=1:1结晶,过滤烘干得到目标产物(E)-N'-(4,6-双((((E)-4-羟基亚苄基)氨基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺。如图1所示为其表征谱图。
基于上述小分子材料,经过多组分的配比形成本发明的一种高转印精密度热升华染料吸附涂料配方,包括以下质量份的组分:
小分子化合物(E)-N'-(4,6-双((((E)-4-羟基亚苄基)氨基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺35-60份、
羧甲基纤维素钠15-25份、
三丙二醇正丁醚2-8份、
成膜剂10-30份、
填料10-25份。
其中,所述成膜剂为羟乙基纤维素、松香乳液、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、羧基丁基苯乳胶、乙酸乙烯酯乙烯共聚乳液中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述填料为粘土,滑石粉,高岭土、硫酸钡、碳酸钙、二氧化硅、氧化铝、氢氧化镁中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述小分子化合物(E)-N'-(4,6-双((((E)-4-羟基亚苄基)氨基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的化学结构式为

上述小分子材料在热压转印过程中可对染料进行均匀、适速的释放,有利于提升承印物图案的精细度,同时,使用小分子材料在转印中对染料升华的阻力较高分子材料而言较小,因此有利于染料升华,进而提高热升华涂层的转移率。
采用本发明的配方可生产高转印精密度、高转移率的热升华转印纸,其实施过程为:
1.选择合适克重的原纸。
2.进行组分的称重:小分子化合物(E)-N’-(4,6-双((((E)-4-羟基亚苄基)氨基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺46份,羧甲基纤维素钠23份,三丙二醇正丁醚5份,成膜剂17份,填料14份。于室温下搅拌60min,待用。
3.将步骤1中的物料涂覆3-7克/平方米于基纸正面。
4.经过数个烘箱、烘缸完全干燥后收卷,得到本发明所述热升华转印纸。
选择以纤维素类传统高分子材料为热升华功能材料的等克重热升华转印纸作为参照样,经实验测试,再相同环境下,分别选择喷墨量为100%,200%,300%,400%的条件下打印混合黑色,于220℃条件下热压30s进行转印。使用3nh厂家的NR10QC型色差仪测量转印前后色差并根据公式ηc1=(C0-C1)/C0计算四色转移率。测试结果对比图如图2所示。
测试结果显示,本项目新型热升华涂层所生产的转印纸在各喷墨量打印的情况下,均有不同程度的转移率优势。传统高分子材料为主的热升华涂层材料在低喷墨量的情况下具备良好的转移率,但随着喷墨量的逐渐提升,转移率下降情况明显。这是由于传统高分子材料对墨水的作用达到饱和,过剩的墨水下渗被基纸层吸收,染料微粒固定于基纸层无法升华。而本项目新涂层材料转移率受喷墨量影响小,在400%喷墨量的情况下仍能保持90%以上的转移率。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种高转印精密度热升华染料吸附涂料配方,该涂料适用于各种克重的原纸,经涂布加工后能显著提升热升华转印纸的转印精密度,同时具备干燥速度快、转印率高且稳定等特点,从而使高清、复杂图案的转印能得到市场普及。
