技术背景
随着功能性纺织品的普及,对于沙发面料的选择不仅要具有美观舒适的感官享受,更要满足实用耐磨的要求。沙发作为日常生活中接触使用最频繁的家居之一,对沙发面料的耐磨性能提出了更高的要求。
雪尼尔沙发面料的表面有长绒毛,织物表面是凹凸不平的,在织物与人体反复接触的过程中,纤维一直发生往复的弹性变性,从而造成纤维的疲劳磨损。沙发在日常的使用中,长纤维可能会被异物从织物组织中钩挂出来,导致原有织物的结构发生变化,最终导致了纤维缺失、纱线变细和织物变薄的现象,织物本身的物理机械性能遭到破坏,影响织物的正常使用。除此之外,由于纤维与纤维之间、纱线与纱线之间、织物与人体或物体之间都会不断的进行摩擦,由于相互摩擦,纤维可能会发生断裂、纱线可能会变细,最终导致织物的磨损。
中国专利CN201820113594.0公开了一种抗撕裂强度好、手感柔软且使用寿命长的抗撕裂雪尼尔沙发面料,包括作为表层的雪尼尔基布层和作为里层的防水膜,防水膜上设有若干均布的通孔,雪尼尔基布层由雪尼尔纱线作为经线和涤纶纱线作为纬线交织而成,雪尼尔纱线包括上芯线、下芯线和羽纱,上芯线和下芯线相互交叉缠绕,羽纱固定于上芯线和下芯线之间,羽纱的底端与防水膜相接,利用柔软的雪尼尔纱线交织涤纶纱线作为表层,手感好,并利用防水膜作为里层,提高面料的强度并辅助加强羽纱的牢固度,且具有较好的防水透气性,避免水渍渗透到沙发内部,同时使沙发内部的水汽可以透出,延长沙发的使用寿命。该面料的抗撕裂强度依然来自于雪尼尔基布层,没有解决雪尼尔纱的耐磨性以及面料的密实性和钩挂脱落现象,仍需要改进。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种高耐磨雪尼尔沙发面料,具有高耐磨强度的雪尼尔纱以及结构密实、不易钩挂脱落的雪尼尔沙发面料,本发明的第二目的是提供这种高耐磨雪尼尔沙发面料的制备方法。
具体是这样来实施的:一种高耐磨雪尼尔沙发面料,是由经纱和纬纱织造而成,其特征在于经纱为涤棉混纺纱线,纬纱为雪尼尔纱线,所述的雪尼尔纱线包括芯纱和绒毛装饰纱,芯纱为涤纶,绒毛装饰纱为丙纶。经纱采用涤棉混纺纱,具有更大的纱线强度,织造时减少断头,可以提高织造效率和织物品质;雪尼尔纱线纬纱采用纱芯为高强度的涤纶、绒毛装饰纱为高耐磨的丙纶,可使雪尼尔沙发面料具有很好的耐磨性能。
进一步地,所述经纱的细度为21.5 tex;所述纬纱雪尼尔纱线的芯纱细度为18.4tex,绒毛装饰纱细度为19.3 tex。
进一步地,涤棉经纱和雪尼尔纬纱交织形成接结双层组织结构。接结双层组织结构使面料结构更为密实,还可改善无绒毛区域织物的稀疏状况,使沙发面料不易钩挂脱线。
