Technical Field
The invention relates to an annealing and bluing process of a common cold-rolled coil.
Background
At present, the process for producing the common cold-rolled coil is to carry out bright annealing on the cold coil through an all-hydrogen bell-type furnace, and then carry out surface oiling for delivery to users, so that the product achieves the aim of smooth surface and no rust. Because the cold-rolled coil is subjected to bright annealing in an all-hydrogen bell-type furnace, the surface of the steel coil is pure iron and is easy to oxidize in a pure reducing atmosphere, and therefore, the surface of the steel coil is coated with a layer of anti-rust oil after annealing to prevent the steel coil from rusting in the prior art; and for users, the rust preventive oil on the surface of the cold-rolled coil must be cleaned after the cold-rolled coil is finally processed and formed, so that the discharge of cleaning sewage generated becomes a pain problem for the downstream users. The surface protection of the steel coil mainly has two modes, one mode is to coat anti-rust oil; the other is to perform bluing treatment on the surface. The surface of the traditional common cold-rolled coil is protected by antirust oil, and the processes of annealing and bluing the common cold-rolled coil by a bell-type furnace are not adopted at present.
The annealing bluing process is realized by a bell-type furnace instead of the silicon steel sheet heat treatment by some manufacturers, nitrogen or nitrogen plus a small amount of hydrogen is used as protective gas, the scattered sheet annealing and bluing mode is adopted, after oil removal is carried out after the temperature is raised to about 300 ℃ for a period of time, the protective gas is introduced, the temperature is continuously raised to 760 and 800 ℃, the temperature is kept for about 2 hours, the annealed silicon steel sheet is cooled to below 300 ℃ after the bluing process is carried out by filling water vapor at about 450 ℃ in the cooling process, and the annealed silicon steel sheet is taken out of the furnace after being cooled to below 300 ℃.
Placing silicon steel sheets in a bell-type furnace by part of manufacturers, carrying out annealing treatment in a hydrogen atmosphere, vacuumizing an inner cover of the bell-type furnace when a sample is slowly cooled to the temperature of 300-95000 Pa, introducing a bluing aqueous solution medium into the bell-type furnace, and keeping the temperature for 20-60 min; vacuumizing again, filling nitrogen for cooling, and discharging the product when the temperature is less than 150 ℃. The disadvantage of this process is the complexity of the process, the need for vacuum equipment and the addition of aqueous bluing solutions.

By applying the bell-type furnace annealing and bluing process, the annealing bluing process of the common cold-rolled coil can be better realized, the good annealing quality can be ensured, and the uniform bluing effect can be obtained. By adopting the process, the common cold-rolled blueing steel coil meeting the requirements of downstream users can be produced under the condition of not increasing the equipment investment and the production cost.
