Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a corrugated paper adhesive; relates to the technical field of corrugated paper, comprising the following steps: (1) adding sodium dodecyl sulfate into deionized water, heating to 65 ℃, and stirring at the rotating speed of 1200r/min for 30min to obtain a sodium dodecyl sulfate solution; (2) heating the sodium dodecyl sulfate solution to 80-90 ℃, preserving heat for 15min, then adding starch into the sodium dodecyl sulfate solution, preserving heat and stirring for 1 hour to obtain a starch dispersion liquid; (3) adding polyvinyl alcohol, acrylate and an initiator into the starch dispersion liquid, and then stirring for 2 hours at the rotating speed of 1200r/min under the protection of inert atmosphere to obtain a composite liquid; (4) placing the composite liquid in an ultrasonic field for ultrasonic treatment for 15-20 min; the corrugated paper adhesive prepared by the method has excellent bonding strength, and the comprehensive performance of the starch can be greatly improved by processing the starch.
