The non-plastic aqueous resin film comprises: a base film and a water resin coating layer which can be pulped into pulp and is arranged on the surface of the base film; the water-based resin coating which can be pulped into pulp is a water-based scratch-resistant resin coating which can be pulped into pulp or a water-based touch resin coating which can be pulped into pulp. When the non-plastic water-based resin film is used, the water-based resin coating which can be pulped into pulp is transferred to the surface of a printed matter to protect a printed pattern, and the water-based resin coating which can be pulped into pulp can be pulped and dissolved together with paper, and can be directly used for regeneration or convenient treatment. In the present invention, the resin dispersion is an aqueous polycarbonate resin dispersion or an aqueous polyurethane-modified polycarbonate resin dispersion.
In the invention, the wax powder is palm wax, and the granularity of the wax powder is preferably 4-10 microns. In particular, the particle size may be 4 microns, 6 microns, 8 microns, or 10 microns. The palm wax is added, so that the scratch resistance and the smoothness of the coating can be improved, the hand feeling of the coating is improved, the coating can be automatically recovered after being scratched, and the scratch is eliminated; the coatings also have good gloss and transparency. 2) coating water-based resin and drying: installing the base film 110 on a coating machine, starting an oven, adjusting the temperature to 50 ℃, starting the coating machine, adjusting the machine speed to 40m/min, coating the water-based touch resin on the base film 110, and drying the water-based touch resin by the oven to form a water-based touch resin coating capable of being stirred into slurry;
3) quality inspection: detecting the glossiness of the prepared non-plastic water-based resin film 100 by using a glossiness meter, wherein the glossiness is 3-5 degrees, and the film is qualified;
4) winding: the coater winds the obtained non-plastic aqueous resin film 100.
Example 6
The method for preparing the non-plastic aqueous resin film 100 of the present embodiment includes the steps of:
1) preparing water-based resin: weighing the raw materials of the water-based touch resin coating which can be stirred into pulp according to the proportion: the coating comprises a resin dispersion, a slipping agent, wax powder, a leveling agent and a crosslinking agent, wherein raw materials of an aqueous touch resin coating capable of being stirred into slurry are stirred in a stirrer at a rotating speed of 250r/min for 25min and are uniformly mixed to obtain an aqueous touch resin, and the aqueous touch resin is added into an oil box of a coating machine;
2) coating water-based resin and drying: installing the base film 110 on a coating machine, starting an oven, adjusting the temperature to 55 ℃, starting the coating machine, adjusting the machine speed to 45m/min, coating the water-based touch resin on the base film 110, and drying the water-based touch resin by the oven to form a water-based touch resin coating capable of being stirred into slurry;
3) quality inspection: detecting the glossiness of the prepared non-plastic water-based resin film 100 by using a glossiness meter, wherein the glossiness is 3-5 degrees, and the film is qualified;
4) winding: the coater winds the obtained non-plastic aqueous resin film 100.
Example 7
The method for preparing the non-plastic aqueous resin film 100 of the present embodiment includes the steps of:
1) preparing water-based resin: weighing the raw materials of the water-based touch resin coating which can be stirred into pulp according to the proportion: resin dispersoid, slipping agent, wax powder, flatting agent and cross-linking agent, raw materials of the water-based touch resin coating which can be smashed into slurry are stirred in a stirrer for 22min at the rotating speed of 280r/min and are uniformly mixed to prepare water-based touch resin, and the water-based touch resin is added into an oil box of a coating machine;
2) coating water-based resin and drying: installing the base film 110 on a coating machine, starting an oven, adjusting the temperature to 58 ℃, starting the coating machine, adjusting the machine speed to 43m/min, coating the water-based touch resin on the base film 110, and drying the water-based touch resin by the oven to form a water-based touch resin coating capable of being stirred into slurry;
3) quality inspection: detecting the glossiness of the prepared non-plastic water-based resin film 100 by using a glossiness meter, wherein the glossiness is 3-5 degrees, and the film is qualified;
4) winding: the coater winds the obtained non-plastic aqueous resin film 100.
Example 8
The method for preparing the non-plastic aqueous resin film 100 of the present embodiment includes the steps of:
1) preparing water-based resin: weighing the raw materials of the water-based touch resin coating which can be stirred into pulp according to the proportion: the coating comprises a resin dispersion, a slipping agent, wax powder, a leveling agent and a crosslinking agent, wherein raw materials of an aqueous touch resin coating capable of being stirred into slurry are stirred in a stirrer at the rotating speed of 300r/min for 20min and are uniformly mixed to obtain an aqueous touch resin, and the aqueous touch resin is added into an oil box of a coating machine;
2) coating water-based resin and drying: installing the base film 110 on a coating machine, starting an oven, adjusting the temperature to 60 ℃, starting the coating machine, adjusting the machine speed to 50m/min, coating the water-based touch resin on the base film 110, and drying the water-based touch resin by the oven to form a water-based touch resin coating capable of being stirred into slurry;
3) quality inspection: detecting the glossiness of the prepared non-plastic water-based resin film 100 by using a glossiness meter, wherein the glossiness is 3-5 degrees, and the film is qualified;
4) winding: the coater winds the obtained non-plastic aqueous resin film 100.
Example 8
In this example, the crushing performance of the non-plastic aqueous resin films 100 prepared in examples 1 to 8 was tested, and the water-based resin coatings 120 that can be crushed into slurry on the non-plastic aqueous resin films 100 prepared in examples 1 to 8 were printed on paper prints by a film coating process, so as to obtain test samples 1 to 8, respectively. The comparison sample 1 is a paper-plastic integrated product formed by a post-printing film pasting process in the prior art. And adding water into the test samples 1-8 and the reference sample 1 respectively until the test samples are immersed, stirring for 5min at the rotating speed of 2000r/min by using a stirrer, and observing the forms of the test samples and the reference sample. The test results are shown in Table 3.

As shown in fig. 2, the pulpeable aqueous resin coating 120 of the present invention can be pulped with a paper print to form a uniform mixture. As shown in fig. 3, after the paper-plastic product formed by the post-printing lamination process in the prior art is crushed, a sheet-shaped film is not crushed.
In this embodiment, the wear resistance, corona value, adhesion, gold stamping performance, leveling effect and screen printing performance of the non-plastic aqueous resin film 100 prepared in embodiments 1 to 8 are also tested. Wherein, the wear resistance can be 4 poundsUnder pressure, the coating was not scratched 400 times back and forth. Corona value of the waterborne resin coating 120 that can be pulped into a slurry is stable at 38-40 dynes as measured with a corona pen. The adhesive force performance can be quickly torn after being pasted by a 3M adhesive tape for 5 minutes, and the coating is intact. The gold stamping performance test adopts a gold stamping electric plate to be heated to 110-. The leveling effect is as follows: the coating has no stripe, no spot, no pinhole and no shadow. Screen printing performance after screen printing: the lines are not shrunk, and the 3M adhesive tape is torn, has no UV shedding, no bubbles and no pinholes. The 3M adhesive tapes are all 3M

Claims (10)

1. A non-plastic aqueous resin film comprising:
a base film; it is characterized by also comprising:
a water-based resin coating layer which can be pulped into pulp and is arranged on the surface of the base film; the water-based resin coating which can be pulped into pulp is a water-based scratch-resistant resin coating which can be pulped into pulp or a water-based touch resin coating which can be pulped into pulp.
2. The non-plastic aqueous resin film according to claim 1, wherein the water-based scratch-resistant resin coating that can be pulped comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 88-92% of resin dispersoid, 5-9% of wax powder, 0.2-1.3% of flatting agent and 1-3% of cross-linking agent.
3. The non-plastic aqueous resin film according to claim 1, wherein the pulpeable aqueous tactile resin coating comprises the following raw materials in mass percent: 82-88% of resin dispersoid, 2-5% of slipping agent, 5-9% of wax powder, 0.2-1.3% of flatting agent and 1-3% of crosslinking agent.
4. The non-plastic aqueous resin film according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the resin dispersion is an aqueous polycarbonate resin dispersion or an aqueous polyurethane-modified polycarbonate resin dispersion.
5. The non-plastic aqueous resin film according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the wax powder is palm wax, and the particle size thereof is preferably 4 to 10 μm.
6. The non-plastic aqueous resin film according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the base film is a non-corona-treated BOPP matte substrate.
7. The non-plastic aqueous resin film according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the crosslinking agent is an aziridine crosslinking agent; the leveling agent is a polyacrylate leveling agent.
8. The method for producing the non-plastic aqueous resin film according to any one of claims 2 or 4 to 7, comprising the steps of:
1) preparing water-based resin: weighing the raw materials of the water-based anti-scratching resin coating which can be stirred into pulp according to the proportion: uniformly mixing a resin dispersoid, wax powder, a flatting agent and a crosslinking agent to obtain water-based anti-scratching resin, and adding the water-based anti-scratching resin into an oil box of a coating machine;
2) coating water-based resin and drying: loading a base film on a coating machine, starting an oven, adjusting the temperature to 50-60 ℃, starting the coating machine, adjusting the machine speed to 40-50 m/min, coating the water-based scratch-resistant resin on the base film, and drying the water-based scratch-resistant resin by the oven to form a water-based scratch-resistant resin coating which can be smashed into slurry;
3) quality inspection: detecting the glossiness of the prepared non-plastic water-based resin film by using a glossiness meter, wherein 4-6 degrees are qualified;
4) winding: and the coating machine is used for rolling the prepared non-plastic water-based resin film.
9. The method for producing a non-plastic aqueous resin film according to claim 8, wherein in the step 1), the raw material of the water-based scratch-resistant resin coating layer which can be pulped is stirred in a stirrer at a rotation speed of 200 to 300r/min for 20 to 30min to be uniformly mixed.
10. The method for producing the non-plastic aqueous resin film according to any one of claims 3 or 4 to 7, comprising the steps of:
1) preparing water-based resin: weighing the raw materials of the water-based touch resin coating which can be stirred into pulp according to the proportion: uniformly mixing a resin dispersion, a slipping agent, wax powder, a flatting agent and a crosslinking agent to obtain water-based touch resin, and adding the water-based touch resin into an oil box of a coating machine;
2) coating water-based resin and drying: the method comprises the following steps of (1) installing a base film on a coating machine, starting an oven, adjusting the temperature to 50-60 ℃, starting the coating machine, adjusting the machine speed to 40-50 m/min, coating the water-based touch resin on the base film, and drying the water-based touch resin by the oven to form a water-based touch resin coating capable of being smashed into slurry;
3) quality inspection: detecting the glossiness of the prepared non-plastic water-based resin film by using a glossiness meter, wherein the glossiness is 3-5 degrees, and the resin film is qualified;
4) winding: and the coating machine is used for rolling the prepared non-plastic water-based resin film.
