Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As described in the background art, although the existing banknote sterilizing apparatus can perform a certain sterilizing function, the existing banknote sterilizing apparatus is separately provided, so that not only the cost is increased, but also the use space is greatly increased. Although some existing financial terminal devices such as currency counters and currency detectors also have a certain disinfection and sterilization function, the ultraviolet rays often cannot achieve a good sterilization effect because the currency runs fast in the financial terminal devices such as the currency counters and the currency detectors. There are many methods of disinfection and sterilization, such as: ethanol and other disinfectants, dry heat sterilization, wet heat sterilization, high pressure steam sterilization, chemical sterilization, radiation sterilization and the like, and the sterilization methods have advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions. For special articles such as bank notes, the operation time of the bank note counting machine, the bank note checking machine, the sorting machine, the bank note bundling machine and other financial equipment is short, so that the ideal sterilization effect is difficult to achieve by the existing sterilization method.
In order to solve the above problem, referring to fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a banknote bundling machine, including a machine body 4, and a banknote feeding portion 1 and a banknote bundling portion 3 mounted on the machine body 4, the banknote bundling machine further includes: the disinfection part 2, disinfection part 2 sets up between advancing paper money portion 1 and binding paper money portion 3, and disinfection part 2 includes disinfectant injection apparatus 201 for to moving into the paper money between advancing paper money portion 1 and binding paper money portion 3 spray disinfectant. The bank note bundling machine is characterized in that the disinfectant spraying device is arranged between the bank note feeding part and the bank note bundling part, the disinfectant spraying device is used for spraying the disinfectant to the bank notes moving between the bank note feeding part and the bank note bundling part, and the disinfectant is adhered to the bank notes and has long action time, so that the disinfectant can continuously act after the bank notes are bundled, and the bank notes are uninterruptedly disinfected by using storage time, thereby achieving better disinfection effect and ensuring the working efficiency of the bank note bundling machine.
The sterilizing part 2 in this embodiment further includes a plurality of transport parts which are arranged at intervals in the moving direction of the bills, a sterilizing region is formed between two adjacent transport parts, and the distance between two adjacent transport parts is smaller than the width of the bills. The improved banknote bundling machine includes one banknote feeding unit and one banknote bundling unit, and the banknote feeding unit and the banknote bundling unit are separated by one banknote twisting wheel in the banknote feeding unit, and the banknote is conveyed to the sterilizing unit with the conveying unit near the banknote feeding unit.
The disinfectant can also be common disinfectant, such as alcohol, sodium hypochlorite, benzalkonium bromide, etc.
Because there are two sides of the bank note, two sides of the bank note need to be disinfected during disinfection, the disinfectant spraying devices 201 in the embodiment are multiple, and the disinfectant spraying devices 201 are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the transmission part so as to disinfect the front side and the back side of the bank note moving to the disinfection area.
In order to spray the disinfectant on the front and back surfaces of the bank note, the conveying part in this embodiment includes an upper roller 203 and a lower roller 204, and a clamping space is formed between the upper roller 203 and the lower roller 204 for clamping the bank note. Wherein, the upper roller and/or the lower roller are driving wheels and are driven by a motor. The conveying belt is not arranged between the conveying part and the conveying part, so that the condition that the conveying belt blocks one surface of the bank note can be avoided, and the bank note can be prevented from falling off by controlling the distance between the conveying part and the conveying part. In other embodiments, a conveyor belt may be disposed between the conveying portions, and in this embodiment, a plurality of yielding holes need to be disposed on the conveyor belt.
However, since some disinfectants are corrosive and oxidative, the concentration and amount of the disinfectant should be controlled to avoid equipment damage and disinfectant 2014 waste caused by spraying the disinfectant onto equipment other than banknotes, so that the micro-nozzle set is selected. The disinfectant spraying device 201 in the embodiment includes a nozzle 2011, a liquid inlet pipe 2013, a piezoelectric unit 2012 and a piezoelectric control end 2015, wherein the nozzle 2011 faces to the bank notes, the liquid inlet pipe 2013 is communicated with the nozzle 2011, and the piezoelectric unit is arranged outside the nozzle 2011 and specifically is the outer side part of the nozzle; the piezo control tip 2015 is used to control the piezo unit to squeeze the nozzle 2011. The disinfectant spraying device actually adopts a nozzle form of an ink jet printer, and since some disinfectants are decomposed after being heated, the piezoelectric nozzle 2011 is adopted. The nozzles of the sterilant spraying apparatus are arranged in an array matching the size of the banknote according to the length dimension of the banknote, and as the banknote passes through the array area, the array of sterilant spraying apparatus is controlled by the control system to eject tiny droplets 2016 of sterilant onto the banknote and the speed of the spray is controlled according to the speed at which the banknote is travelling to ensure that each location on the banknote is sprayed with sterilant. The working principle is that fig. 2 shows a state when the piezoelectric control terminal does not receive the spraying signal, and when the piezoelectric control terminal 2015 receives the positive signal, the piezoelectric unit 2012 deforms, and as shown in fig. 3, after the nozzle 2011 deforms, the liquid drop 2016 is extruded out of the nozzle and is sprayed onto the banknote. After the piezoelectric control end loses the positive signal, the piezoelectric unit 2012 rebounds, the nozzle recovers, and meanwhile, negative pressure is generated in the liquid inlet pipe 2013, so that the disinfectant is sucked into the nozzle. The nozzle is refilled with disinfectant in preparation for the next spray. According to the size and the speed of bank notes, can be about 160mm with the effective spray length design of nozzle group, can adopt the array that 1 row or multiseriate nozzle are constituteed, because the speed of this kind of piezoelectric type nozzle is very fast, can spray thousands of times per second, even last ten thousand times, so can satisfy the speed requirement of walking paper money. When the disinfectant spraying device is used, all the nozzles work simultaneously, liquid drops sprayed by the nozzles are adhered to the surface of a banknote to form a liquid drop 2016 dot matrix, and after the liquid drops are soaked, the liquid drops are gradually scattered and mutually connected, so that the disinfectant is uniformly distributed on the banknote without leakage.
The bank note enters the bank note bundling machine from the bank note inlet 101, under the action of the bank note twisting wheel 102, the whole stack of bank notes is separated, and then under the action of the conveying part, the bank note enters the sterilizing part 2. When the sensor of the disinfection part 2 senses that the bank note enters, the bank note is sprayed with the disinfectant and then is sent to the bank note bundling part 3 through the transmission part close to the bank note bundling part. After entering the banknote binding part, the banknotes are stacked into a stack according to a set number of sheets, such as 100 sheets, 50 sheets and the like, then the first motor 309 drives the transmission device 310, the transmission device 310 drives the pressing mechanism 311 to press the banknotes tightly, the binding band 308 bypasses the banknotes under the action of the belt conveying wheel 307 and the guide wheel 306, then the binding band 308 is tightened, the second motor 301 and the transmission mechanism 302 drive the thermal bonding mechanism 304 to press and heat the binding band, the pressing block 303 and the cutting mechanism 305 press the binding band together, and then the binding band is cut. And finishing the bundling of the banknotes. The banknote binding part is the prior art and is not described herein. The disinfectant is adhered to the bank notes, and the action time of the disinfectant is long, so that the bank notes can be placed in the storage box after being bundled, and the disinfectant can continuously act during the process, so that the bank notes can be continuously disinfected by the aid of the storage time, and a good disinfection effect is achieved. Meanwhile, the working efficiency of the money binding machine is not reduced.
Referring to fig. 5, in another embodiment of the present invention, different from the previous embodiment, the disinfecting part sprays photocatalyst for disinfection, that is, the disinfectant spraying device sprays photocatalyst, the number of the transmission parts in this embodiment is at least three, at least one disinfecting area is an ultraviolet disinfecting area, and the disinfecting part 2 further includes an ultraviolet emitting device 205, and the ultraviolet emitting device 205 is disposed opposite to the ultraviolet disinfecting area. The disinfection of the bank notes is realized through the matching of the ultraviolet rays of the ultraviolet ray emitting device and the photocatalyst.
Specifically, the number of the ultraviolet radiation devices 205 in the present embodiment is plural, and the plural ultraviolet radiation devices 205 are respectively disposed at the upper and lower sides of the ultraviolet disinfection area. The bank note divides the paper money back through the wheel of twisting paper money that advances paper money portion, under the drive of transmission portion, get into the disinfection district, disinfectant injection apparatus starts, spray the photocatalyst simultaneously in the tow sides of bank note, simultaneously, because the photocatalyst only under the catalytic action of light, just has the ability of strong absorption electron, strong oxidizing property promptly, can effectively catalyze and decompose harmful organic, inorganic substance, also can eliminate bacterium and virus, consequently, a plurality of ultraviolet emission device 205 set up respectively in the upper and lower both sides in ultraviolet disinfection district, ultraviolet source not only can play better catalysis effect to photocatalyst solution, simultaneously, ultraviolet ray itself also can play certain sterilization effect, kill two birds with one stone. The photocatalyst solution of the present invention is a commonly used photocatalyst material, preferably, representative titanium dioxide can be selected, and after the nano-scale titanium dioxide is sprayed on the surface of the bank note and is irradiated by a light source, the surface of the bank note can be sterilized and disinfected. Then, the paper money enters the money binding part under the driving of the transmission part and is bound according to the specified number of the paper money. The photocatalyst stock solution has quick drying property, and can be quickly dried after being sprayed on the surface of the bank note, so that subsequent processing procedures such as drying are not needed.
