本发明公开了一种抗静电PVC手套,包括手套本体,所述手套本体包含有防护涂层、聚氯乙烯层、抗菌层和舒适层,所述防护涂层包含有耐磨涂层和防静电涂层,所述耐磨涂层位于防静电涂层的外表面,所述防静电涂层位于聚氯乙烯层的外表面,聚氯乙烯层位于抗菌层的外表面。本发明耐磨涂层增加了手套本体的耐磨性能,防静电涂层增加了手套本体的抗静电性能,且耐腐蚀性好,聚氯乙烯层保证了手套本体的强度,且防静电效果好,抗菌层增加了手套本体的抗菌性,且抗静电性能好,增加了人体的舒适度,舒适层具有良好的吸湿性、透气性和杀菌防臭等,进一步增加了人体的舒适度,解决了现有的PVC手套舒适度较差,耐磨效果不好的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC手套技术领域,具体为一种抗静电PVC手套。
背景技术
PVC手套是以聚氯乙烯为主原料的手套产品,通过特殊工艺制作而,手套不含过敏原,无粉,发尘量低,离子含量少,不含塑化剂、酯和硅油等成分,具有较强的化学抗性,良好的灵活性和触感,穿戴方便舒适,适用于无尘环境,但现有的PVC手套舒适度较差,耐磨效果不好,为此,我们提出一种抗静电PVC手套。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗静电PVC手套,具备舒适度高,且耐磨的优点,解决了现有的PVC手套舒适度较差,耐磨效果不好的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗静电PVC手套,包括手套本体,所述手套本体包含有防护涂层、聚氯乙烯层、抗菌层和舒适层,所述防护涂层包含有耐磨涂层和防静电涂层。
优选的,所述耐磨涂层位于防静电涂层的外表面,所述防静电涂层位于聚氯乙烯层的外表面。
优选的,所述聚氯乙烯层位于抗菌层的外表面,所述抗菌层位于舒适层的外表面。
优选的,所述耐磨涂层为纳米陶瓷颗粒层,所述防静电涂层为季铵盐类化合物涂层。
优选的,所述抗菌层为亚麻纤维编织层,所述舒适层为甲壳素纤维层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明耐磨涂层增加了手套本体的耐磨性能,防静电涂层增加了手套本体的抗静电性能,且耐腐蚀性好,聚氯乙烯层保证了手套本体的强度,且防静电效果好,抗菌层增加了手套本体的抗菌性,且抗静电性能好,增加了人体的舒适度,舒适层具有良好的吸湿性、透气性和杀菌防臭等,进一步增加了人体的舒适度,解决了现有的PVC手套舒适度较差,耐磨效果不好的问题。

请参阅图1-3,一种抗静电PVC手套,包括手套本体1,手套本体1包含有防护涂层101、聚氯乙烯层102、抗菌层103和舒适层104,聚氯乙烯层102位于抗菌层103的外表面,抗菌层103位于舒适层104的外表面,抗菌层103为亚麻纤维编织层,舒适层104为甲壳素纤维层,防护涂层101包含有耐磨涂层1011和防静电涂层1012,耐磨涂层1011位于防静电涂层1012的外表面,防静电涂层1012位于聚氯乙烯层102的外表面,耐磨涂层1011为纳米陶瓷颗粒层,防静电涂层1012为季铵盐类化合物涂层,耐磨涂层1011增加了手套本体1的耐磨性能,防静电涂层1012增加了手套本体1的抗静电性能,且耐腐蚀性好,聚氯乙烯层102保证了手套本体1的强度,且防静电效果好,抗菌层103增加了手套本体1的抗菌性,且抗静电性能好,增加了人体的舒适度,舒适层104具有良好的吸湿性、透气性和杀菌防臭等,进一步增加了人体的舒适度,解决了现有的PVC手套舒适度较差,耐磨效果不好的问题。
使用时,耐磨涂层1011增加了手套本体1的耐磨性能,防静电涂层1012增加了手套本体1的抗静电性能,且耐腐蚀性好,聚氯乙烯层102保证了手套本体1的强度,且防静电效果好,抗菌层103增加了手套本体1的抗菌性,且抗静电性能好,增加了人体的舒适度,舒适层104具有良好的吸湿性、透气性和杀菌防臭等,进一步增加了人体的舒适度,解决了现有的PVC手套舒适度较差,耐磨效果不好的问题。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种抗静电PVC手套,包括手套本体(1),其特征在于:所述手套本体(1)包含有防护涂层(101)、聚氯乙烯层(102)、抗菌层(103)和舒适层(104),所述防护涂层(101)包含有耐磨涂层(1011)和防静电涂层(1012)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电PVC手套,其特征在于:所述耐磨涂层(1011)位于防静电涂层(1012)的外表面,所述防静电涂层(1012)位于聚氯乙烯层(102)的外表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电PVC手套,其特征在于:所述聚氯乙烯层(102)位于抗菌层(103)的外表面,所述抗菌层(103)位于舒适层(104)的外表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电PVC手套,其特征在于:所述耐磨涂层(1011)为纳米陶瓷颗粒层,所述防静电涂层(1012)为季铵盐类化合物涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电PVC手套,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(103)为亚麻纤维编织层,所述舒适层(104)为甲壳素纤维层。
