The distance between two adjacent material transporting plates 440 connected by the first connecting rod 430 is twice the distance between two adjacent limiting blocks 471, when the material transporting plates 440 rotate to the limiting blocks 471, the material transporting plates 440 are just below the pipeline between the two limiting blocks 471 and the arc-shaped openings of the material transporting plates 440 are tightly attached to the outer wall of the pipeline, and the pipeline moves outwards by the distance of the two limiting blocks 471 when the material transporting plates 440 rotate for one circle. The outer side surface of the positioning plate 470 is fixedly connected with a motor shell 480 at a position corresponding to the first rotating shaft 410, a second motor is fixedly connected inside the motor shell 480, the outer end of the first rotating shaft 410 is fixedly connected with the output end of the second motor, the two pairs of motors are used for providing power for the transmission mechanism 400, so that the first rotating shaft 410 automatically rotates, and the transmission mechanism 400 moves more integrally because the first connecting rod 430 and the second connecting rod 460 are synchronously connected with the four rotating arms 420. The side wall of the second bottom plate 500 corresponds to the positions of the two adjacent rotating arms 420, and the position of the second bottom plate 500 corresponding to the adjacent two rotating arms is provided with a notch four, the pipeline conveyed to the positioning plate 470 by the second bottom plate 500 is positioned above the notch four, and the shielding of the side wall of the second bottom plate 500 is avoided when the pipeline conveyed by the outer end rotating arm 420.
The working principle is as follows: when the welding device is used, the sliding column 510 is stretched outwards, so that the distance between the first clamping plate 520 and the second clamping plate 530 is greater than the length of a pipeline, the pipeline to be welded is placed on the two second bottom plates 500 at two sides, the first clamping plate 520 is pushed inwards, so that one end of the pipeline is pushed by the first clamping plate 520 to be aligned, so that the pipelines at two sides at the back are in butt joint, the first rotating shaft 410 is rotated by the second starting motor, the first rotating shaft 410 drives the corresponding rotating arm 420 to rotate, one end of the rotating arm 420 corresponding to the second rotating shaft 450 moves circularly around one end corresponding to the first rotating shaft 410, the first connecting rod 430 connected between the two rotating arms 420 and the second rotating shaft 450 is always kept parallel to the first bottom plate 200, the first connecting rod 430 drives the material conveying plate 440 connected with the top end of the first connecting rod to move circularly, when the material conveying plate 440 rotates from the part below the limiting block 471 to the level height, the material conveying plate 440 is clamped between the two limiting blocks and conveyed out, when the material transporting plates 440 rotate from the upper parts of the limiting blocks 471 to the flush height of the limiting blocks 471, the pipes on the material transporting plates 440 are clamped between the next pair of limiting blocks 471 again, the pipes on the second base plate 500 are pushed by manpower, the two material transporting plates 440 closest to one end of the second base plate 500 rotate and transport the pipes on the second base plate 500 to the positioning plate 470 ceaselessly, one output end of the motor rotates to drive the rocker 320 to rotate, the rocker 320 slides in the slide rail 310, the bottom of the slide rail 310 is provided with a limiting slide groove, so that the slide rail 310 can only slide along the direction of the connecting strip 330, when the rocker 320 rotates to the arc guide rail part, the distance from one output end of the motor to the slide rail 310 is unchanged, the pipes of the first base plate 200 corresponding to the two sides and the conveying mechanism 400 on the upper side are welded and positioned, when the rocker 320 rotates to the strip guide rail part, the distance from one output end of the motor to the slide rail 310 is changed, and, when the pipeline is conveyed to a position between the limiting blocks 471 at two sides of the U-shaped platform 700, the first bottom plates 200 at two sides are respectively pushed inwards to enable the pipe orifices of the pipeline to be placed on the positioning plate 470 and tightly attached, the pipeline is positioned inside the first clamping ring 710 above the U-shaped platform 700, a worker closes the second clamping ring 730 along the hinge, an arc-shaped clamping ring can be movably sleeved between the first clamping ring 710 and the adjacent second clamping ring 730, the first clamping ring 710 and the second clamping ring 730 tightly clamp the pipelines at two sides by utilizing the arc-shaped clamping ring, the output end of the mechanical arm welding gun 600 is tightly attached to the pipe orifices of the two pipelines and is welded, the double-shaft motor 720 drives the second driving wheels 740 at two ends to rotate, the second driving wheels 740 drives the first driving wheels 711 attached to the second driving wheels to rotate, the first driving wheels 711 drives the pipelines clamped inside to rotate, and the auxiliary driving wheel 731 above assists the rotation thereof, the rotating pipeline is completely welded under the action of the mechanical arm welding gun 600, the arc-shaped clamping ring is taken down before the next material conveying, so that the second clamping ring 730 is opened, and the welded pipeline is conveyed out by the material conveying plate 440.

1. An auxiliary positioning device for mechanical automatic welding comprises a fixing plate (100) and is characterized in that the top surface of the fixing plate (100) is connected with two first bottom plates (200) in a sliding manner, a U-shaped table (700) is fixedly connected between the top surface of the fixing plate (100) and the two first bottom plates (200), the top surface of the fixing plate (100) is provided with a second bottom plate (500), the bottom surface of the second bottom plate (500) is provided with a plurality of supporting columns, the second bottom plate (500) is fixedly connected with the fixing plate (100) through the corresponding supporting columns, one side of the two second bottom plates (500) adjacent to each other is fixedly connected with a second clamping plate (530), two sliding grooves (501) are formed in the second bottom plate (500), one side of the two second bottom plates (500) deviated from each is provided with a first clamping plate (520), and sliding columns (510) are fixedly connected to the side arms of the first clamping plate (520) corresponding to the two sliding grooves (501, the sliding column (510) is connected in a sliding mode inside the second bottom plate (500) through a sliding groove (501) at the corresponding position, and one end, adjacent to the U-shaped table (700), of the second clamping plate (530) is fixedly connected with a mechanical arm welding gun (600);
the top surfaces of the two first bottom plates (200) are fixedly connected with a conveying mechanism (400), the conveying mechanism (400) comprises two positioning plates (470), two rotating arms (420) are arranged on one adjacent side of each of the two positioning plates (470), first connecting rods (430) are arranged on the outer sides of the two rotating arms (420), holes are formed in the side surfaces of the positioning plates (470) corresponding to the positions of the rotating arms (420), first rotating shafts (410) are rotatably connected to the positions of the positioning plates (470) corresponding to the positions of the two holes, a plurality of limiting blocks (471) are fixedly connected to the top surfaces of the two positioning plates (470), a plurality of material conveying plates (440) are fixedly connected to the side surfaces of the first connecting rods (430), and second rotating shafts (450) are fixedly connected to the sides, deviating from the first connecting rods (430), of the material conveying plates (440) located at the positions of, one end of the rotating arm (420) is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft (410) at the corresponding position, the other end of the rotating arm (420) is rotatably connected with the second rotating shaft (450) at the corresponding position, a second connecting rod (460) is fixedly connected between the two first connecting rods (430), and the second bottom plate (500) is slidably connected with the two positioning plates (470) at the corresponding positions;
the inner top surface of the U-shaped table (700) is fixedly connected with a double-shaft motor (720), the outer top surfaces of two sides of the U-shaped table (700) are fixedly connected with first clamping rings (710), the insides of the first clamping rings (710) are respectively provided with a first notch, the insides of the first clamping rings (710) are respectively rotatably connected with first driving wheels (711) at positions corresponding to the notches, the tops of the two first clamping rings (710) are respectively provided with a second clamping ring (730), the adjacent sides of the first clamping rings (710) and the second clamping rings (730) are rotatably connected through hinges, the insides of the second clamping rings (730) are respectively provided with a second notch, the insides of the first clamping rings (710) are respectively rotatably connected with auxiliary driving wheels (731) at positions corresponding to the second notches, the tops of the U-shaped table (700) are respectively provided with a third notch at positions corresponding to the first driving wheels (711), and the insides of the U-shaped table (700) are respectively provided with second driving wheels (740), the two second driving wheels (740) are fixedly connected with two corresponding output ends of the double-shaft motor (720), and the outer side face of the first driving wheel (711) is pressed against the outer side face of the second driving wheel (740).

The mechanical automation welding auxiliary positioning device of claim 1, characterized in that the top surface of the fixing plate (100) is fixedly connected with a motor frame (300) at positions corresponding to the outer sides of the two first bottom plates (200), a first motor is fixed inside the motor frame (300), the top surface of the motor frame (300) is provided with a sliding rail (310), a connecting strip (330) is fixedly connected between the sliding rail (310) and a positioning plate (470) at a corresponding position, a rocker (320) is arranged inside the sliding rail (310), one end of the rocker (320) is slidably connected inside the sliding rail (310), the other end of the rocker (320) is fixedly connected with the output end of the first motor, and the sliding rail (310) is slidably connected with the motor frame (300) through the rocker (320).

The auxiliary positioning device for mechanical automated welding according to claim 1, wherein a sliding inclined plate (220) is arranged on the outer side of the top end of the first bottom plate (200) corresponding to one end of the positioning plate (470), and a return spring (210) is fixedly connected between the top surface of the first bottom plate (200) and the bottom surface of the sliding inclined plate (220).

The auxiliary positioning device for mechanical automated welding according to claim 1, characterized in that the output end of the robot arm welding gun (600) extends to the outside of the U-shaped table (700), and the output end of the robot arm welding gun (600) is located at the middle position of the two first clamping rings (710).

6. The auxiliary positioning device for mechanical automated welding according to claim 1, wherein the distance between two adjacent material conveying plates (440) connected by the first connecting rod (430) is twice the distance between two adjacent limiting blocks (471).

The auxiliary positioning device for mechanical automatic welding according to claim 1, wherein a motor housing (480) is fixedly connected to the outer side surface of the positioning plate (470) at a position corresponding to the first rotating shaft (410), a second motor is fixedly connected to the inside of the motor housing (480), and the outer end of the first rotating shaft (410) is fixedly connected to the output end of the second motor.
8. The auxiliary positioning device for mechanical automatic welding according to claim 1, wherein four notches are formed in the side wall of the second bottom plate (500) at positions corresponding to the two adjacent rotating arms (420).
