The reinforcing bar cutting device according to claim 2, wherein a second mounting groove is formed in an outer edge of the second rotating disc in a radial direction thereof, the second mounting groove and the first mounting groove are symmetrically arranged with respect to the reinforcing bar as a symmetry axis, and a second cutting assembly for cutting the reinforcing bar in the movable passage is disposed in the second mounting groove.
4. The reinforcing bar cutting apparatus of claim 3, wherein the second cutting assembly comprises: one end of the second rotating arm can be rotatably arranged in the second mounting groove, and the other end of the second rotating arm is connected with the second cutting knife;
when the reinforcing steel bar passes through the movable channel, the first driving arm and the second driving arm are used for synchronously and reversely rotating, so that the first cutting knife and the second cutting knife simultaneously move towards one side of the movable channel to cut the reinforcing steel bar in the movable channel.

The rebar cutting device of claim 4, wherein the second cutting assembly further comprises: the second abutting wheel is rotatably arranged on one side, close to the second rotary table, of the support frame, and the rotating axis of the second abutting wheel is perpendicular to that of the second rotary table;
the second stress block is arranged at one end, far away from the rotating axis line, of the second rotating arm, the second stress block is far away from the movable channel, and a second extending part is arranged at one end, far away from the second cutting knife, of the second stress block; the extension length of the second extension part is increased along the axial direction of the second rotating arm;
when the second turntable rotates to drive the second stress block to rotate to the second extending part to contact with the second abutting wheel, the second rotating arm rotates under the action of the second abutting wheel, and the second cutting knife moves towards one side of the movable channel to cut the steel bar.

The reinforcing bar cutting device according to claim 5, wherein a return spring is provided between the first rotating arm and the second rotating arm; so that the first rotating arm and the second rotating arm move towards the side far away from the movable channel when the return spring is in a natural state.

The steel bar cutting device according to claim 5, wherein the second rotating arm comprises a second rotating section and a second receiving section which are connected with each other, one end of the second rotating section, which is far away from the second receiving section, is rotatably connected with the second mounting groove, and the second cutting knife and the second force bearing block are both arranged at one end of the second receiving section, which is far away from the second rotating section.

The reinforcing bar cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the first rotation arm comprises a first rotation section and a first receiving section which are connected with each other, an end of the first rotation section, which is far away from the first receiving section, is rotatably connected with the first mounting groove, and the first cutting blade and the first force bearing block are both arranged at an end of the first receiving section, which is far away from the first rotation section.
