According to the invention, the feeding rack, the material blocking device, the material ejecting device, the rotary feeding mechanism, the front pinch roll and the rear pinch roll are arranged at the front end of the steel bar flaw detection equipment, and the material poking mechanism, the finished product sling material frame, the waste opening and closing sling material frame and the waste collecting sling material frame are arranged at the rear end of the steel bar flaw detection equipment, so that the automatic feeding and discharging of the material bars are realized, the automation degree is improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
And secondly, the compression roller assembly is arranged above the two pinch roller parts close to the steel bar flaw detection equipment, so that the bar stock can stably enter and exit the steel bar flaw detection equipment, and the stability of the production process is improved.

According to the automatic sorting device, the damaged and undamaged bars are shifted to different side parts of the rear pinch roll for distinguishing through the two material shifting mechanisms arranged side by side, the three material shifting hooks are uniformly arranged on the shifting claw, the design is reasonable, the automatic sorting device is suitable for transferring the bars, a finished product sling material frame, a waste product opening and closing sling material frame and a waste product collecting sling material frame are arranged according to the bar flaw detection condition, the bars are automatically sorted, and the working efficiency is improved.
The lifting belt buffer part is arranged on the material frame E, so that the bar stock can be buffered, the length of the lifting belt E can be adjusted according to the blanking amount, the height difference that the bar stock directly falls into the bottom of the material frame E is reduced, the noise is reduced, the bar stock is prevented from being damaged due to the height difference, and the product quality is effectively ensured.
And seventh, a bridge arm is arranged on the waste opening and closing sling material frame, so that bar products with internal injury and external injury are automatically classified, and the practicability is high.
