The specified temperature here refers to the maximum temperature that the steam mixing box 6 can withstand.
The invention also comprises a sterilization humidity detection piece arranged in the sterilization box 1, the sterilization humidity detection piece is used for detecting the humidity of the sterilization box 1, and the sterilization humidity detection piece can be a humidity sensor and is connected with the controller. When the humidity in the sterilization box 1 is greater than the preset sterilization humidity, the sterilization humidity detection part sends a signal to the controller, the controller controls the steam exhaust valve 5 to be automatically opened, and the sterilization box 1 discharges condensed water to avoid the influence of the condensed water on the sterilization quality. Wherein the preset sterilization humidity refers to the maximum humidity of the sterilization box 1.

Of course, a timer connected with the controller can be additionally arranged, and the controller periodically opens the steam exhaust valve 5 and the steam exhaust and mixing valve 7 according to signals fed back by the timer to periodically exhaust condensed water.

When the inner chamber pressure of the sterilization box is inconsistent with the preset pressure and the inner chamber temperature is inconsistent with the sterilization temperature, the opening degree of a steam inlet valve 41 arranged on a steam inlet pipeline 21 at the inlet of the steam mixing box 6 and the opening degree of an air inlet valve 42 arranged on an air inlet pipeline 22 are adjusted, the mixing proportion of high-temperature steam and clean air in the steam mixing box 6 is adjusted, after the steam mixing box 6 fills steam into the sterilization box 1, the mixing proportion of the high-temperature steam and the clean air in the sterilization box 1 is adjusted, and the inner chamber pressure and the inner chamber temperature of the sterilization box 1 are adjusted until the inner chamber pressure is consistent with the preset pressure and the inner chamber temperature is consistent with the sterilization temperature.
