Background
Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA) is a common chronic disease in orthopedics and traumatology, is one of common chronic diseases which seriously affect the life quality of people, is well developed in middle-aged and elderly people, belongs to degenerative joint diseases, and is mainly clinically manifested as joint swelling, pain, deformity and the like. The primary goals of treatment are to reduce or eliminate pain, correct joint deformities, improve or restore joint function, and improve the quality of life of the patient. The treatment principle aiming at the KOA is to select corresponding treatment measures according to the manifestation and the severity of the main symptoms, but no satisfactory treatment mode aiming at the KOA exists at present, and only certain symptoms can be acted; secondly, many treatment measures have unstable effects, and adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal tract and the like easily occur in the drug therapy; moreover, some patients are susceptible to allergic reaction to external drugs, and clinical symptoms of the patients cannot be relieved.
The traditional Chinese medicine treatment KOA is based on the holistic concept and has unique insights on the etiology, pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment system of the disease, and the KOA is one of the dominant diseases of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment and belongs to the field of arthralgia syndrome of the traditional Chinese medicine. The treatment means of manipulations, acupoint stimulation, external application of traditional Chinese medicine and the like are quite special in traditional Chinese medicine, and the curative effect is exact.
Through the specification and application of evaluation standards of different stages of knee joint diseases researched in the early stage, if the existing KOA treatment means is combined, the KOA is treated by different intervention methods, and a traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation scheme aiming at the KOA is formulated based on the concept of 'internal and external concurrent treatment, muscles and bones repeated and doctor and patient cooperation', and comprises knee percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation, traditional Chinese medicine manipulation, traditional Chinese medicine external washing, CPM training and the like. And through the verification, re-verification, popularization and application research of related subjects, the comprehensive treatment scheme is definite, the curative effect is exact, the safety is high, and the comprehensive treatment scheme can be put into clinical trial. The patient can properly adjust the speed according to the individual needs, and mainly aims at the joint rigidity and extension pain, the muscle atrophy, the tendon and ligament adhesion and the early joint function rehabilitation intervention of the bedridden person to prevent the limited movement or promote the joint function recovery. The device has the characteristics of convenient speed regulation, safety, reliability, simple use and operation, accurate timing reading, adjustable angle, convenient carrying, capability of displaying the sport mileage and the like, and is beneficial to the recovery of the local functions of the injured and diseased joints. The main machine consists of an operation panel, a screen, a special power supply (transformer), a speed reduction stepping motor and a control panel (a single chip microcomputer CPU, an adjustable potentiometer, a frequency converter, an electrolytic capacitor, an integrated circuit chip, a chip resistor, a chip capacitor, a diode, a connecting terminal, a circuit board, a wire harness, a plug spring, an inductor, a ship-shaped switch and a light emitting diode), and is assisted with a transmission mechanism, a machining part, a brace, an aluminum tooth surface fixing seat, a fixing bolt, a hand holding seat, scales, a safety bandage thread gluing, a power line and a manual control switch, so that the main machine has the function of preventing or relieving local joint adhesion and other complications. Can be used in the stable period before and after operation of orthopedics department and neurosurgery department, the sickroom of rehabilitation department, the treatment room, the rehabilitation institution, the family and other places. In this embodiment, the CPM machine 9 is mainly used for rehabilitation of patella, and the detailed principle is not described herein.
In this embodiment, still can set up control system, this control system is including the display screen that has numerical value display function, and is provided with the operating button who matches with each part on this display screen, above-mentioned force sensor, shock dynamo, scrape the motor of patellar mechanism and each electric telescopic handle all can with this control system electric connection, but the operational aspect of each part of control system integrated control, including opening and close, frequency and dynamics etc..
Therefore, the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy apparatus for treating knee osteoarthritis provided by the embodiment integrates functions of scraping the patella, vibrating the patella, applying a traditional Chinese medicine externally, performing CPM training and the like, and can be adjusted according to the position of the patella of a patient. The device can complete the operations of exercise treatment, traditional Chinese medicine external application treatment, manipulation treatment and the like at the same time, not only can reappear the patellar scraping manipulation of doctors, but also greatly lightens the working strength of medical personnel, and provides a better comprehensive treatment scheme for patients.
