Background
With the popularization of computers, no matter office workers or students, almost one computer is used, and because each person needs to use the computer for a long time every day in learning and working, the lower arm is placed on a desk, the hand and the elbow have no object for supporting, and the hand and the elbow can be sour, painful and tired after a long time, so that the working and learning efficiency is influenced, and diseases can easily fall down for a long time.
When the computer is used for a long time, the elbow recovery actions need to be done, and the actions are not standard, so that the injury is easily caused.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a medical elbow exercise assisting apparatus which is convenient to operate and capable of massaging, so as to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that the elbow recovery actions are required to be done when a computer is used for a long time, and the actions are irregular and easy to cause damage, the technical problem of the invention is as follows: provided is a medical elbow exercise assisting device which is convenient to operate and can massage.
The technical scheme is as follows: a medical elbow assist exercise device comprising: the top of the base is provided with a workbench; the first fixing frame is arranged at the corner position at the top of the workbench; the swing mechanism is arranged on the middle side of the top of the workbench; the fixing devices are arranged on the swinging mechanism and the first fixing frame, and the two fixing devices are matched with each other; and the bearing mechanism is arranged at the position, between the two fixing devices, of the top of the base.
Further, it is particularly preferable that the swing mechanism includes: the center of the top of the workbench is provided with a sliding chute, and the sliding chute on the workbench is internally provided with a sliding rack in a sliding manner; the top of the workbench is provided with a servo motor; the output shaft of the servo motor is provided with a gear lack which is meshed with the sliding rack; the top of the workbench is provided with a bearing seat; the bearing seat is provided with a rotating shaft; the rotating shaft is provided with a first circular gear which is meshed with the sliding rack and a second circular gear which is meshed with the missing gear; the rotating plate is arranged at one end, away from the servo motor, of the rotating shaft; the telescopic link, workstation top rotary type are provided with the telescopic link, and the telescopic link other end is connected with rotor plate middle part rotary type.
Furthermore, it is particularly preferred that the fixing means comprises: the telescopic rod and the first fixing frame are both provided with a second fixing frame; the second fixing frame is provided with a fixing shaft; the fixed splint is arranged on the fixed shaft; the fixed shaft is rotatably provided with an elastic clamping plate, and the elastic clamping plate is matched with the fixed clamping plate; the sleeve blocks are symmetrically arranged on the fixed clamping plate; the fixed sticky rope is arranged on the elastic clamping plate and penetrates through the sleeve block.
Further, it is particularly preferable that the urging mechanism includes: the top of the base is provided with a strut between the two fixing devices; the top of the support is provided with a disc; the rotary base plate is arranged in the disc in a rotary mode.
Further, it is particularly preferable to further include: the top of the base is provided with third fixing frames at the positions of two sides of the pillar; the middle parts of the two third fixing frames are provided with fixing blocks; the top parts of the two third fixing frames are provided with mounting blocks; the mounting blocks are respectively provided with a first rotating shaft in a rotating mode; the first rotating shafts are provided with massage wheels which are symmetrically arranged around the axis of the disc; the top parts of the two fixed blocks are respectively provided with a first elastic part; the top of the first elastic piece is provided with a pressure lever which is positioned under the massage wheel.
Further, it is particularly preferable to further include: the second rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on one side of the top of the workbench, which is far away from the servo motor; the second rotating shaft is provided with a second circular gear; the cam is arranged on the second rotating shaft; a straight rack is arranged on one side of the sliding rack close to the second circular gear and meshed with the second circular gear; the movable rod is arranged on the fixed clamping plate on the first fixing frame in a sliding mode; the lower end of the moving rod is provided with a jacking ball; the second elastic piece is sleeved in the moving rod, one end of the second elastic piece is connected with the jacking ball, and the other end of the second elastic piece is connected with the bottom of the fixed clamping plate; the other end of the movable rod is provided with a massage block; the top of the workbench is provided with a guide rail close to the cam; the ejector block is arranged on the top of the guide rail in a sliding mode and matched with the cam, and the ejector block is matched with the ejector ball.
Has the advantages that: 1. the swing mechanism is matched with the fixing device, so that the arm of a user can swing back and forth directionally, the exercise is facilitated, and the operation is convenient.
2. The elbow joint is positioned on the rotating base plate on the disc to play a role in massage protection.
3. During the process that the swinging mechanism works and the fixing device are matched to drive the arm to do back and forth bending and straightening motions, when the arm is straightened, the arm can be contacted with the massage wheel, and the massage wheel presses acupuncture points on two sides of the elbow joint.
4. During the process that the swinging mechanism works and the fixing device are matched to drive the arms to bend and straighten back and forth, the massage blocks can continuously move up and down to extrude and massage the acupuncture points of the arms, and the elbow recovery is facilitated.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, a medical elbow auxiliary exercise device, which comprises a base 1, a workbench 2, a first fixing frame 3, a swing mechanism 4, fixing devices 5 and a force bearing mechanism 6, wherein the workbench 2 is arranged at the top of the base 1, the first fixing frame 3 is arranged at the left part of the front side of the top of the workbench 2, the swing mechanism 4 is arranged at the middle side of the top of the workbench 2, the fixing devices 5 are arranged on the swing mechanism 4 and the first fixing frame 3, the two fixing devices 5 are mutually matched, and the force bearing mechanism 6 is arranged at the position, between the two fixing devices 5, at the top of the base 1.

When the gear-lacking wheel 44 is disengaged from the sliding rack 42, the gear-lacking wheel 44 is engaged with the first circular gear 47, the gear-lacking wheel 44 drives the first circular gear 47 to rotate counterclockwise, the first circular gear 47 drives the rotating plate 48 to swing backward through the rotating shaft 46, the telescopic rod 49 is shortened, and the fixed splint 53 and the elastic splint 54 on the rotating plate 48 drive the arm of the user to straighten backward. When the gear-lacking wheel 44 is not engaged with the first circular gear 47, the gear-lacking wheel 44 is engaged with the sliding rack 42 again, and the upper action is repeated, so that the arm of the user can be continuously driven to do bending and straightening motions, and the elbow joint is positioned on the rotating backing plate 63 on the disc 62 to play a role in massage protection.
