The rhythmic exercise and uprisal assistance device 10 includes a base 1100, a base unit 1200, a seat unit 1300, a vibration unit 1900, and an uprisal assistance unit 1400.
The base frame unit 1200 is pivotally disposed on the base 1100, the seat unit 1300 is disposed on the base frame unit 1200 and includes a cushion portion 1310, the vibration unit 1900 is disposed on the base 1100, and the vibration unit 1900 pushes the base frame unit 1200 to link the seat unit 1300 for vibration. The rising assist unit 1400 is connected to the seat unit 1300, and the rising assist unit 1400 operates to raise the rear end 1312 of the cushion part 1310 with respect to the front end 1311 of the cushion part.
Therefore, the vibration unit 1900 can vibrate the seat unit 1300, and the rear end 1312 of the seat cushion portion 1310 rises relative to the front end 1311, so that the seat cushion portion 1310 can be inclined, which is helpful for assisting the user in getting up, and further improves the functionality and convenience of the device 10 for assisting in the rhythmic exercise and getting up. Details of the rhythmic exercise and uprisal assisting device 10 will be described later.
The base frame unit 1200 may include a frame body 1210, two pivot portions 1230 and two connecting members 1220, the two pivot portions 1230 are symmetrical to each other and are connected to the lower portion of the frame body 1210, the two pivot portions 1230 are pivoted to the base 1100 so that the base frame unit 1200 can pivot with respect to the base 1100, the two connecting members 1220 are located above the frame body 1210, and the two connecting members 1220 are respectively disposed at two sides of the frame body 1210.
The vibration unit 1900 may be disposed between the base frame unit 1200 and the base 1100, and the vibration unit 1900 is located at the front half section of the base 1100 and includes a motor (not labeled), a transmission set (not labeled) and an eccentric wheel (not labeled), the motor drives the transmission set to drive the eccentric wheel to rotate, the eccentric wheel continuously pushes against the frame body 1210, and the base frame unit 1200 swings pivotally relative to the base 1100 to generate a vibration effect.
The rising aid unit 1400 may include a frame 1430, two first links 1410, two second links 1420, and a rising drive 1440. The frame 1430 is connected to the base unit 1200, the two first links 1410 are respectively pivoted to two sides of the seat unit 1300, the lower end 1412 of each first link 1410 is pivoted to the frame 1430, and the upper end 1411 is pivoted to the cushion 1310. Two second connecting rods 1420 are pivotally connected to two sides of the seat unit 1300, respectively, a lower end 1422 of each second connecting rod 1420 is pivotally connected to the frame 1430, and an upper end 1421 is pivotally connected to the cushion 1310; the rising driver 1440 is connected to the cushion 1310 to drive the cushion 1310 to rise and fall. Wherein each first link 1410 is closer to the front end 1311 of the seat cushion 1310 than each second link 1420, each first link 1410 has a first length L1, each second link 1420 has a second length L2, and each first length L1 is smaller than each second length L2.
The frame 1430 is pivotally connected to the connecting member 1220, and the two first links 1410 and the two second links 1420 are pivotally connected between the frame 1430 and the seat unit 1300, so that the seat unit 1300 is indirectly pivotally connected to the base unit 1200, and when the base unit 1200 is pushed by the vibrating unit 1900 to vibrate, the seat unit 1300 is linked to vibrate together. In addition, since the first length L1 is less than the second length L2, the first link 1410 and the second link 1420 have different rotation radii, so that when the cushion portion 1310 is driven to move up and down, the rear end 1312 of the cushion portion 1310 can move up relative to the front end 1311 of the cushion portion 1310, which is beneficial for the user to get up.
Preferably, a line P1 passes through the front end 1311 and the rear end 1312 of the cushion portion 1310, and an acute angle θ is formed between the line P1 and the horizontal line P2, wherein the acute angle θ is greater than or equal to negative 15 degrees and less than or equal to positive 40 degrees. More specifically, the acute angle θ is negative when it is below the horizontal line P2 and positive when it is above the horizontal line P2. Therefore, as shown in fig. 4, the acute angle θ can be, for example, negative 11 degrees, and by the action of the rising assist unit 1400, the rear end 1312 of the cushion portion 1310 can rise relative to the front end 1311 of the cushion portion 1310 (i.e., the rear end 1312 rotates counterclockwise relative to the front end 1311), so that the cushion portion 1310 becomes the position shown in fig. 5, and the acute angle θ can be, for example, positive 24 degrees.
The rising driver 1440 may include a motor 1441 and a driving rod 1442, and the rotation of the motor 1441 may drive the driving rod 1442 to extend and retract, and thus the cushion 1310 to rise and fall. Preferably, the rising driver 1440 is pivotally connected between the frame 1430 and the front end 1311 of the cushion 1310, which further facilitates the structural configuration and does not affect the vibration effect of the chair unit 1300, and preferably, the driving rod 1442 has one end pivotally connected to the cushion 1310 and the other end pivotally connected to the frame 1430. Preferably, the device 10 may further comprise a plurality of resilient pads 1700 between the frame 1430 and the seat cushion 1310. Since the vibration unit 1900 pushes against the base frame unit 1200 to generate vibration, and the seat unit 1300 is indirectly pivoted to the base frame unit 1200 through the frame 1430 to be linked, the frame 1430 and the seat unit 1300 generate acting force due to the vibration relationship, so that the acting force can be absorbed or reduced through the elastic pad 1700, thereby increasing the smoothness of the vibration and the reliability of the exercise assisting device 10.
As shown in fig. 4, a first distance D1 may be between the lower end 1412 of the first link 1410 and the lower end 1422 of the second link 1420, a second distance D2 may be between the upper end 1411 of the first link 1410 and the upper end 1421 of the second link 1420, and the first distance D1 is greater than the second distance D2. The first link 1410 may have a first height H1 between the upper end 1411 and the cushion portion 1310, the second link 1420 may have a second height H2 between the upper end 1421 and the cushion portion 1310, and the first height H1 is greater than the second height H2. This contributes to the smoothness and smoothness of the seat cushion 1310 when the rear end 1312 rises relative to the front end 1311.
After the driving rod 1442 extends, the first link 1410 and the second link 1420 are engaged, the cushion portion 1310 can be lifted up and rotated simultaneously, and as shown in fig. 6, the front end 1311 of the cushion portion 1310 moves backward relative to the base 1100, and the front end 1311 can move backward to avoid pushing against the knees of the user, thereby helping the user to get up.
In the embodiment of fig. 1 to 6, the device 10 for assisting rhythmic exercise and rising may further include two support rods 1600, the two support rods 1600 are respectively disposed at two sides of the frame 1430, and one end of each support rod 1600 is pivotally connected to the frame 1430 and the other end is pivotally connected to the base 1100. More specifically, the support rod 1600 has a long rod structure with one end pivotally connected to the frame 1430 near the rear end 1312 of the cushion 1310 and the other end pivotally connected to the rear half of the base 1100, so as to increase the stability of the device 10 when the device 10 vibrates.
In addition, the device 10 for assisting rhythmic exercise and rising can further include a seat driving unit 1800, the seat unit 1300 further includes a seat back portion 1320 and a foot pad portion 1330, the seat back portion 1320 is pivotally disposed on the seat cushion portion 1310, a first included angle is formed between the seat back portion 1320 and the seat cushion portion 1310, the foot pad portion 1330 is pivotally disposed on the seat cushion portion 1310, and a second included angle is formed between the foot pad portion 1330 and the seat cushion portion 1310, wherein the seat driving unit 1800 drives the seat unit 1300 to change the first included angle or the second included angle. Since the frame 2430 is pivoted to the moving member 2250, the frame 2430 and the seat unit 2300 can also move in the moving direction, so as to change the arm of the vibration (the distance from the pivot point to the center of mass of the seat unit 2300), and further adjust the vibration strength of the seat unit 2300.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
