Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarettes, and particularly provides a Eurycoma longifolia bead as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The essence and spice are added into the cigarette, and the effects of improving the physical and chemical properties of the cigarette, moistening the fragrance, modifying the fragrance of the cigarette, improving the smoking taste, establishing the style of the product, influencing the smell, taste and touch of consumers to a certain extent and improving the acceptability of the product are achieved. The existing essence adding method mainly comprises the steps of directly adding essence into tobacco shreds or adding essence-rich aromatic threads into filter tips. However, the above-mentioned methods have the following disadvantages: the retention time of the essence is short, the quality guarantee period of the cigarette is short, and the essence is not uniformly released. The method is an ideal method for encapsulating the tobacco essence and adding the essence blasting beads into the filter tip. Not only can prolong the retention period of the essence, but also can avoid the defect that the essence is deteriorated due to the burning of the tobacco shreds.
The bead is a liquid fragrant bead embedded in the tobacco filter tip, which wraps the liquid of different types of spices, so that a smoker can break the bead in the smoking process and the liquid in the bead flows out, so that the taste of the cigarette is richer and more fragrant, the smoker can obtain more comfortable experience, and the bead is one of important means for perfuming and enhancing the flavor of the cigarette. However, many existing blasting beads have low temperature resistance and are easy to adhere in the storage process; the rupture strength is not suitable and the excessive leakage of the fragrance is easy to generate. In addition, the sweet feeling and the use comfort brought by the use of the product are still to be improved.
