The swing motor 131 rotates to drive the rotating disc 132 to rotate, the transmission rod 133 on the rotating disc 132 is eccentrically arranged on the rotating disc 132, the transmission rod 133 is inserted into the sliding groove 135 of the transmission sheet 134 to convert the rotation of the transmission rod 133 into the reciprocating linear motion of the transmission sheet 134, so that the pull rod 136 is driven to reciprocate in the limiting groove 137, the pull rod 136 is hinged with the swing rod 125, the water distribution spray pipe 122 is driven to rotate in a reciprocating mode, the reciprocating type spraying and washing of vegetables are achieved, and the washing effect of the vegetables is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, the pull rod 136 is hinged with one end of a plurality of swing rods 125 through hinge shafts 126, the swing rods 125 are provided with swing grooves 127, the hinge shafts 126 are slidably connected in the swing grooves 127, the other end of the swing rods 125 is fixedly connected with a blind end 123, the pull rod 136 is slidably connected in a limiting groove 137 at the upper side of the first box 100, wherein the hinge shafts 126 are in a screw shape, the main body part of the hinge shafts 126 is arranged in the swing grooves 127, and the outer end parts of the hinge shafts 126 play a limiting role.
In this embodiment, for convenience of control, the swing motor 131 is a servo motor, and the servo motor is controlled by a PLC.
Referring back to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the first circulation assembly 300 includes a first pipe 310 having one end communicating with the bottom of the first tank 100, the other end of the first pipe 310 extending into the circulation water tank 2000, and a first circulation water pump 320 provided on the first pipe 310 between the first tank 100 and the circulation water tank 2000. The washing water in the water tank is filtered by the first filter plate 110, so that large vegetable leaves are prevented from entering the bottom of the first box body 100, small silt particles can enter the bottom of the first box body 100, the washing water is pumped to the circulating water tank 2000 by the first circulating water pump 320, and the washing water is used for washing vegetables after secondary filtration in the circulating water tank 2000, so that water resources are saved.
The second circulation assembly 400 includes a second pipe 410 having one end connected to the bottom of the circulation water tank 2000, the other end of the second pipe 410 is connected to the plurality of hoses 121 of the water spraying mechanism 120, and a second circulation water pump 420 is disposed on the second pipe 410. The washing water filtered by the second filter plate is pumped and pressurized by the second circulating water pump 420, and then is guided to each water distribution spray pipe to be used for washing vegetables again, so that water resources are saved.
In this embodiment, in order to increase the water pressure, the second circulating water pump 420 may adopt a booster pump.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the rolling trash removal assembly 800 includes a dish pressing mechanism 810 disposed on the second box 200 and a rear trash removal mechanism 820 disposed on the second box 100 behind the dish pressing mechanism 810;
referring to fig. 6, the dish pressing mechanism 810 comprises a dish pressing shaft 811 driven to rotate by a driving mechanism, a plurality of dish pressing sheets 812 are fixedly connected to the dish pressing shaft 811, the rotation direction of the dish pressing shaft 811 is the direction of pressing vegetables into the second box 200, a bending portion 813 is arranged at the tail end of the dish pressing sheet 812, and the bending direction of the bending portion 813 is opposite to the rotation direction of the dish pressing shaft 811; wherein summarize in this embodiment, actuating mechanism adopts the motor, passes through the belt by the motor and drives dish axle 811 and rotate, and when rotating, the flexion 813 of pressing dish piece 812 contacts vegetables, pushes down vegetables to the wash water gradually, avoids directly pressing the dish, causes the harm to the vegetables of vegetables especially the leaf type.
Referring to fig. 7, the back impurity removing mechanism 820 includes a roller 821 driven by the second driving mechanism, a filtering hole 822 is provided on a sidewall of the roller 821, and a rotation direction of the roller 821 is the same as a rotation direction of the dish pressing shaft 811. The second driving mechanism adopts a motor, the motor drives the roller 821 to rotate through a belt, particle impurities in vegetables are removed, and the cleaning effect of the vegetables is further improved.
Referring back to fig. 1, the wind-blown impurity removing conveyor mechanism 4000 includes a first support body 4100, a conveyor group 4110 is disposed on the first support body 4100, and a vegetable pressing belt group 4120 and a wind blowing assembly 4200 are disposed on an upper side of the conveyor group 4110; the vegetable pressing belt group 4120 is arranged at one end of the upper side of the conveyor belt group 4110, and the width of the vegetable pressing belt group 4120 is smaller than that of the conveyor belt group 4110;
referring to fig. 8, the vegetable transfer mechanism 5000 includes a second support body 5100 installed at the end of the first box 100, two first cylinders 5200 are provided on the second support body 5100, the telescopic rods of the two first cylinders 5200 are connected to a main lifting rod 5300, the main lifting rod 5300 is connected to a branch support 5400, two second cylinders 5500 are provided on the branch support 5400, the lower end of each main lifting rod 5300 is hinged to one end of the upper side of the lifting slot 5600, and the telescopic rod of each second cylinder 5500 is hinged to the other end of the upper side of the lifting slot 5600.
When cleaning, put vegetables on the conveyer belt group 4110 and convey, when pressing the dish belt group 4120, start to slightly press the leaf part of vegetables, continue conveying, blow subassembly 4200 at this moment and blow to the root of vegetables, blow off the earth of vegetable root, be convenient for later stage cleaning.
At the tail end of the first box 100, when the telescopic rod of the first cylinder 5200 descends, the main lifting rod 5300 and the branch frame 5400 are driven to descend, the lifting groove 5600 enters the first box 100, vegetables enter the lifting groove 5600, then the first cylinder 5200 acts to drive the lifting groove 5600 upwards, when the first cylinder 5200 is lifted to be separated from the first box 100, the second cylinder 5500 acts to turn the lifting groove 5600 towards the second box 200, and the vegetables in the lifting groove 5600 are put into the second box 200 for soaking and cleaning.
Referring back to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the vegetable output assembly 900 includes a driving roller 910 driven by a driving mechanism three to rotate, a driven roller 920, and a water leakage mesh belt 930 disposed between the driving roller 910 and the driven roller 920, and a lower end of the water leakage mesh belt 930 extends into the second housing 200. The driving mechanism III adopts a motor, the motor drives the driving roller 910 to rotate through a belt, so that the water leakage net belt 930 circularly rotates, and the vegetables at the tail end of the second box body 200 are conveyed out.

the vegetable pressing mechanism (810) comprises a vegetable pressing shaft (811) driven to rotate by a driving mechanism I, a plurality of vegetable pressing sheets (812) are fixedly connected to the vegetable pressing shaft (811), the rotating direction of the vegetable pressing shaft (811) is the direction for pressing vegetables into the second box body (200), a bent portion (813) is arranged at the tail end of each vegetable pressing sheet (812), and the bending direction of each bent portion (813) is opposite to the rotating direction of the vegetable pressing shaft (811);
the rear impurity removing mechanism (820) comprises a roller (821) driven by a driving mechanism II, the side wall of the roller (821) is provided with a filtering hole (822), and the rotating direction of the roller (821) is the same as that of the vegetable pressing shaft (811);

the swing mechanism (130) comprises a swing motor (131) installed on the first box body (100), an output shaft of the swing motor (131) is connected with a rotating disc (132), an eccentric transmission rod (133) is arranged on the rotating disc (132), the transmission rod (133) is inserted into a sliding groove (135) of a transmission sheet (134), the transmission sheet (134) is connected with a pull rod (136), one end of a plurality of swing rods (125) is hinged to the pull rod (136) through a hinge shaft (126), a swing groove (127) is formed in the swing rods (125), the hinge shaft (126) is connected into the swing groove (127) in a sliding mode, the other end of each swing rod (125) is fixedly connected with a blind end portion (123), and the pull rod (136) is connected into a limiting groove (137) in the upper side of the first box body (100) in a sliding mode.
