(1) pulverizing fructus crataegi, Poria and pericarpium Citri Tangerinae to obtain mixed powder;
(2) mixing rhizoma Zingiberis recens with water, squeezing, and filtering to obtain rhizoma Zingiberis recens juice;
(3) mixing glucose, xylitol, menthol and sylvite with water, stirring and dissolving to obtain a mixed solution;
(4) and (3) uniformly mixing the mixed powder obtained in the step (1), the ginger juice obtained in the step (2), the mixed solution obtained in the step (3) and the food leavening agent, and then concentrating and baking to obtain the energy supplement food for people with hypoglycemia.
Preferably, in the step (1), the hawthorn, the tuckahoe and the dried orange peel are dried before being crushed until the water content is less than or equal to 8 percent.

The hawthorn and the tangerine peel are added to correct the taste, and no chemical flavoring agent is additionally added. Meanwhile, the hawthorn has the effects of strengthening spleen, promoting digestion, inducing resuscitation and harmonizing stomach; tangerine peel has the effects of invigorating spleen, regulating qi, inducing resuscitation and inducing resuscitation.

(2) mixing 0.1g rhizoma Zingiberis recens with 0.1g water, squeezing at 8000r/min for 5min, and filtering to obtain rhizoma Zingiberis recens juice;
(3) mixing 5g glucose, 1.2g xylitol, 0.08g menthol, 0.12g potassium salt and 6.4g water, stirring and dissolving to obtain mixed solution;
(4) and (3) uniformly mixing the mixed powder obtained in the step (1), the ginger juice obtained in the step (2), the mixed dissolved solution obtained in the step (3) and 0.1g of food leavening agent, concentrating to 1/5 of the original volume, baking and cutting into blocks to obtain the energy supplement food for the population with hypoglycemia.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a preparation method of an energy supplement food for people with hypoglycemia, which comprises the following steps:
(1) drying 1.2g of hawthorn, 0.1g of tuckahoe and 0.3g of dried orange peel until the water content is 6%, and then crushing the dried hawthorn and the dried orange peel to pass through a 120-mesh screen to obtain mixed powder;
(2) mixing 0.3g of rhizoma Zingiberis recens with 0.6g of water, squeezing at 12000r/min for 8min, and filtering to obtain rhizoma Zingiberis recens juice;
(3) mixing 7g of glucose, 0.8g of xylitol, 0.12g of menthol, 0.08g of potassium salt and 24g of water, and stirring for dissolving to obtain a mixed solution;
(4) and (3) uniformly mixing the mixed powder obtained in the step (1), the ginger juice obtained in the step (2), the mixed dissolved solution obtained in the step (3) and 0.3g of food leavening agent, concentrating to 1/4 of the original volume, baking and cutting into blocks to obtain the energy supplement food for the population with hypoglycemia.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a preparation method of an energy supplement food for people with hypoglycemia, which comprises the following steps:
(1) drying 1g of hawthorn, 0.2g of tuckahoe and 0.2g of dried orange peel until the water content is 7%, and then crushing the dried hawthorn and the dried orange peel to pass through a 100-mesh screen to obtain mixed powder;
(2) mixing 0.2g rhizoma Zingiberis recens with 0.4g water, squeezing juice at 10000r/min for 6min, and filtering to obtain rhizoma Zingiberis recens juice;
(3) mixing 6g of glucose, 1g of xylitol, 0.1g of menthol, 0.1g of potassium salt and 14.4g of water, and stirring for dissolving to obtain a mixed solution;

The energy supplement food for hypoglycemic people as claimed in claim 2, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6 parts of glucose, 1 part of xylitol, 1 part of hawthorn, 0.2 part of ginger, 0.2 part of tuckahoe, 0.2 part of dried orange peel, 0.2 part of food leavening agent, 0.1 part of menthol and 0.1 part of sylvite.
4. A method of preparing an energy supplement food product for the hypoglycemic population according to claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
