In an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus 400 further includes: a fifth obtaining unit, configured to obtain device information, where a device corresponding to the device information includes at least one of: the system comprises a main client, a third-party client and an approval device; the adding unit is used for adding the corresponding equipment to the approval block chain based on the equipment information; and the storage unit is used for storing the data generated in the approval process and the electronic contract into the approval block chain.
According to the scheme, by acquiring a signing request sent by a main body client, sending a video request to a video server based on the signing request, and sending the video request to a third party client and an approval device, when the approval device and the third party client are accessed into a video session room generated by the video server, an electronic contract is generated based on data to be signed, then the electronic contract is sent to the main body client and the third party client, the main body client and the third party client process the electronic contract and synchronize interfaces of the main body client and the third party client to the approval device, and finally the approval device is instructed to approve the data of the electronic contract based on the interfaces of the main body client and the third party client. By the online mode instead of the offline mode, the pressure for processing data offline and the limitation of basic setting are reduced, the cost of data approval is further reduced, and the efficiency and the success rate of data approval are improved by combining the mode of three-party video.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a data approval apparatus based on multi-party video according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the data approval apparatus 5 based on the multi-party video of this embodiment includes: a processor 50, a memory 51 and a computer program 52 stored in said memory 51 and executable on said processor 50. The processor 50, when executing the computer program 52, implements the steps in the various embodiments of the multiparty video based data approval method described above, such as the steps shown in fig. 1. Alternatively, the processor 50, when executing the computer program 52, implements the functions of each module/unit in the above-mentioned device embodiments, for example, the functions of each unit shown in fig. 4.
Illustratively, the computer program 52 may be partitioned into one or more modules/units, which are stored in the memory 51 and executed by the processor 50 to accomplish the present application. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution process of the computer program 52 in the multi-party video based data approval apparatus 5.
The data approval apparatus 5 based on the multi-party video may be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a cloud server, or other computing devices. The terminal device may include, but is not limited to, a processor 50, a memory 51. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that fig. 5 is only an example of the data approval apparatus 5 based on the multi-party video, and does not constitute a limitation to the data approval apparatus 5 based on the multi-party video, and may include more or less components than those shown in the drawings, or combine some components, or different components, for example, the terminal device may further include an input and output device, a network access device, a bus, etc.
The Processor 50 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 51 may be an internal storage unit of the multi-party video based data approval apparatus 5, such as a hard disk or a memory of the multi-party video based data approval apparatus 5. The memory 51 may also be an external storage device of the multi-party video data approval apparatus 5, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card, FC), and the like, which are equipped on the multi-party video data approval apparatus 5. Further, the memory 51 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the multi-party video based data approval apparatus 5. The memory 51 is used for storing the computer program and other programs and data required by the terminal device. The memory 51 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions. Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. In addition, specific names of the functional units and modules are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present application. The specific working processes of the units and modules in the system may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and reference may be made to the related descriptions of other embodiments for parts that are not described or illustrated in a certain embodiment.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
The integrated modules/units, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as separate products, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, all or part of the processes in the methods of the embodiments described above may also be implemented by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, to instruct related hardware.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not substantially depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present application and are intended to be included within the scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A data approval method based on multi-party video is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a signing request sent by a main client;
sending a video request to a video server based on the signing request, and sending the video request to a third-party client and an approval device;
when the examination and approval device and the third-party client access to the video session room generated by the video server, generating an electronic contract based on data to be signed;
sending the electronic contract to a main client and a third-party client, and synchronizing the interfaces of the main client and the third-party client to an approval device when the main client and the third-party client process the electronic contract;
instructing the approval device to approve the data of the electronic contract based on the interfaces of the subject client and the third-party client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein sending a video request to a video server based on the subscription request and sending a video request to a third party client and an approval device comprises:
generating a video request based on the subscription request and the identifier of the main client;
sending the video request to a video server;
acquiring a video link generated by the video server based on the video request;
and sending the video link to the approval device and the third-party client.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said sending the video link to the approval device and the third party client comprises:
based on the video link, acquiring a target route corresponding to the video link through a third-party system based on a dispatching mode;
and sending a video request corresponding to the video link to the approval device based on the target route.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to generating an electronic contract based on data to be signed when the approval apparatus and the third party client access a video session room generated by the video server, further comprising:
acquiring a link success message sent by the approval device and the main client, wherein the link success message is sent when the video link enters a video session room;
and sending video invitation information to the third-party client based on the set sending period.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein generating an electronic contract based on data to be signed when the approval apparatus and the third party client access a video session room generated by the video server comprises:
when the approval device and the third-party client access to the video session room generated by the video server, acquiring the data to be signed from a third-party system;
generating the electronic contract based on the data to be signed.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring equipment information, wherein equipment corresponding to the equipment information comprises at least one of the following: the system comprises a main client, a third-party client and an approval device;
based on the equipment information, adding the corresponding equipment to an approval block chain;
and storing the data generated in the approval process and the electronic contract into the approval block chain.
7. A data approval apparatus based on multi-party video, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a sending unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a signing request sent by a main client;
the sending unit is used for sending a video request to a video server based on the signing request and sending the video request to a third-party client and an approval device;
the generating unit is used for generating an electronic contract based on data to be signed when the examining and approving device and the third-party client access the video session room generated by the video server;
the synchronization unit is used for sending the electronic contract to a main client and a third-party client and synchronizing the interfaces of the main client and the third-party client to an approval device when the main client and the third-party client process the electronic contract;
and the approval unit is used for indicating the approval device to approve the data of the electronic contract based on the interfaces of the main client and the third-party client.
8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the transmitting unit comprises:
a first generating unit, configured to generate a video request based on the subscription request and the identifier of the main client;
the first sending unit is used for sending the video request to a video server;
a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain a video link generated by the video server based on the video request;
and the second sending unit is used for sending the video link to the approval device and the third-party client.
9. A multi-party video based data approval apparatus comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in said memory and executable on said processor, wherein said processor when executing said computer program implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
